
Don’t have time to invent a multi-course dinner? Then a salad with beef will come to the rescue. It is prepared quickly, and the ingredients can be very diverse. We tell 20 great recipes for every taste!
1. Salad with beef and red beans

This salad can easily replace a full meal.
You will need: 300 g of boiled beef, 1 can of canned beans, 1 onion, 1 bell pepper, half a bunch of parsley, 3 tbsp. olive oil, lemon wedge, salt and ground black pepper.
Cooking: Chop the beef, bell pepper, onion and parsley. Mix everything in a wide salad bowl, add washed beans, oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
2. Salad with beef and vegetables

It is convenient to grind nuts in a blender.
You will need: 300 g beef, 2 tomatoes, 2 cucumbers, 1 bell pepper, 80 g pine nuts, 3 tbsp. olive oil, salt, ground black pepper, half a bunch of cilantro.
Cooking: Fry the beef in a hot frying pan for 3-4 minutes on each side. Cool and cut into small slices. Cut cucumbers, peppers, tomatoes and cilantro. Mix everything, add salt, pepper and oil. Sprinkle chopped nuts on top of the salad.
3. Beef and spinach salad

Shake the washed spinach and blot with a paper towel to remove excess moisture.
You will need: 250 g beef, half a bunch of spinach, cherry tomato sprig, 1 cucumber, a handful of pine nuts, 2 tbsp. soy sauce, 40 ml olive oil, coarse salt, ground pepper.
Cooking: Cut the meat into small pieces, marinate in soy sauce for half an hour, and then fry. Cut the tomatoes and cucumbers, tear the spinach with your hands. Mix everything, add salt, pepper and nuts.
4. Warm salad with arugula and beef

Serve a warm salad on a warm plate to keep the meat and vegetables warm longer.
You will need: 100 g arugula, 300 g beef, 3 tomatoes, 150 g soft cheese, 2 sprigs of rosemary, 2 tbsp. soy sauce, 2 tbsp. olive oil, 30 g butter, salt and ground black pepper.
Cooking: Fry the meat with rosemary in butter, cool and cut. Mix arugula with chopped tomatoes and cheese. Salt, pepper, add oil and put on a plate. Top with beef and soy sauce.
5. Salad with beef and pickles

Salad looks very bright and appetizing!
You will need: 300 g boiled beef, 2 pickled cucumbers, 1 sweet onion, 1 bell pepper, 2 cloves of garlic, a handful of olives, 3 tbsp. vegetable oil, basil, ground pepper, salt.
Cooking: Chop the beef, cucumbers, onions, peppers and olives. Mix everything, add chopped garlic, oil, pepper and salt. Garnish the salad with a sprig of basil.
6. Salad with beef “Holiday”

Even lightly salted cucumbers can be used in this recipe.
You will need: 250 g boiled beef, 2 pickles, 150 g canned corn, 2 boiled potatoes, onion, 100 ml mayonnaise, salt and ground pepper to taste.
Cooking: Cut the beef, cucumbers and potatoes into cubes, onion into half rings. Mix all the products, salt, pepper and dress the salad with mayonnaise.
7. Layered beef and cheese salad

Salad can be collected in portions or on a large shared plate.
You will need: 250 g boiled beef, 150 g hard cheese, 1 onion, 2 boiled eggs, 1 tsp. lemon juice, 3 tbsp. mayonnaise, salt, ground pepper, herbs for decoration.
Cooking: Cut the beef and eggs into cubes, grate the cheese. Chop the onion and sprinkle with lemon juice. Assemble the salad in the following sequence: onion with mayonnaise, meat, eggs and cheese. Do not forget to grease each layer with mayonnaise. Top with a sprig of greenery.
8. Korean beef and carrot salad

You can buy Korean carrots at the store or make your own.
You will need: 300 g boiled beef, 200 g Korean-style carrots, 150 g canned corn, 1 onion, 3 tbsp. mayonnaise, salt and pepper to taste.
Cooking: Cut the meat into cubes, onion into half rings. Mix everything with carrots, add salt, pepper and mayonnaise.
9. Beef and Cabbage Salad

You can also use yogurt or sour cream as a dressing.
You will need: 250 g boiled beef, 200 g Beijing cabbage, 1 cucumber, 100 g TVcheese, 80 ml mayonnaise, ground pepper, salt and dill for decoration.
Cooking: Cut the beef, cucumber and cheese, chop the cabbage. Mix food, add salt, pepper and mayonnaise. Garnish the salad with a sprig of dill before serving.
10. Salad with beef, vegetables and sesame

Sesame can be dried in a pan, so it will be more fragrant.
You will need: 300 g roasted beef, 200 g salad mix, 1 bell pepper, 1 carrot, 1 cucumber, 2 tbsp. sesame seeds, 2 cloves of garlic, 2 tbsp. soy sauce, 30 ml vegetable oil, 1 tsp. vinegar, sea salt.
Cooking: Cut the beef, pepper and cucumber, grate the carrot. Mix all the ingredients, add lettuce, chopped garlic and sesame seeds. Separately, mix soy sauce with oil, vinegar and salt. Add dressing to salad and stir.
11. Salad with parmesan and beef

If you do not have a special parmesan knife, you can simply grate it on a fine grater.
You will need: 300 g baked beef, 80 g parmesan, 4 small tomatoes, half a bunch of arugula, ground black pepper, salt and olive oil.
Cooking: Cut the beef and tomatoes, add the arugula, pepper, salt and oil. Put everything on a plate and add slices of cheese.
12. Salad “Olivier with beef”

Classic salad with appetizing beef.
You will need: 300 g of boiled beef, 2 boiled potatoes, 1 boiled carrot, 2 pickled cucumbers, 100 g of canned peas, 2 boiled eggs, 100 ml of mayonnaise, salt and ground pepper.
Cooking: Cut meat, potatoes, carrots, cucumbers and eggs. Mix everything with washed peas. Add salt, pepper and mayonnaise. Put the salad on a plate and decorate.
13. Salad of beef, tomatoes and sweet peppers

If desired, you can add dried or fresh basil to the salad.
You will need: 250 g boiled beef, 3 tomatoes, 1 sweet pepper, 1 onion, 3 sprigs of cilantro, 50 ml of olive oil, ground black pepper, salt.
Cooking: Cut the beef and pepper into strips, tomatoes into rugs, onions into half rings. Mix, add chopped herbs, salt and pepper. Dress the salad with oil.
14. Salad with beef and asparagus

Boil asparagus no longer than 7-10 minutes.
You will need: 200 g beef, 200 g asparagus, a sprig of cherry tomatoes, 50 g spinach, 3 tbsp. olive oil, 0.5 tsp salt.
Cooking: Fry the meat for 4 minutes on each side over high heat, cool and cut. Boil the asparagus in salted water, cut the tomatoes in half. Arrange spinach, asparagus, tomatoes, salt and drizzle with oil on a plate. Lay the meat on top.
15. Classic chafan salad with beef

It is very convenient, everyone can make a salad of the presented ingredients to their liking.
You will need: 250 g beef, 2 potatoes, 1 beetroot, 1 carrot, 150 g Chinese cabbage, 100 ml mayonnaise, salt, pepper, vegetable oil.
Cooking: Cut the beef into strips, sprinkle with spices and fry until tender. Chop potatoes and fry in vegetable oil. Grate the beets, salt, pepper and season with oil. Shred cabbage, salt and mix with butter. Grate carrots, add salt, pepper and oil.
Put meat, beets, potatoes, carrots and cabbage in separate slides on a plate. Place mayonnaise in the center.
16. Salad with beef, arugula and mushrooms

To make the beef juicy, leave it for 15 minutes in the water where it was cooked.
You will need: 200 g boiled beef, 50 g arugula, 200 g fried mushrooms, 80 g walnuts, 2 tbsp olive oil, salt, pepper.
Cooking: Mix chopped beef with arugula, mushrooms and nuts. Add salt, pepper and oil. Mix gently and put on a plate.
17. Salad with green peas and beef

You can use canned or young peas.
You will need: 1 can of canned peas, 250 g of boiled beef, 1 cucumber, 1 onion, 3 tbsp. mayonnaise, salt, ground pepper, half a bunch of herbs.
Cooking: Cut the beef, cucumber, greens and onion. Mix everything with washed peas, salt and pepper. Dress the salad with mayonnaise.
18. Beef and grape salad

Grapes of different colors and sizes look beautiful on a plate.
You will need: 300 g boiled beef, 200 g grapes, 5 lettuce leaves, a handful of walnuts, 5 parsley stalks, 1 tsp. Dijon mustard, 2 tbsp. olive oil, salt, ground black pepper.
Cooking: Cut the meat into strips, and the grapes into halves. In a separate bowl, mix oil, mustard, chopped herbs, salt and pepper. Pour this dressing over the beef and leave for 10 minutes.
Put lettuce leaves on a plate, place meat and grapes on top.
19. Salad “Royal” with beef and pomegranate seeds

Blue cheese can be replaced with Philadelphia or mozzarella.
You will need: 250 g of beef, 150 g of blue cheese, half a glass of pomegranate seeds, 100 g of salad mix, 1 onion, 1 bell pepper, 50 ml of olive oil, sea salt, ground black pepper.
Cooking: Fry the beef in a skillet for 3 minutes on each side. Cool, cut into cubes. Cut the cheese into cubes, onion into half rings, pepper into strips. In a large salad bowl, combine pomegranate, beef, onion, lettuce, cheese and pepper. Salt, pepper and season with oil.
20. Salad of beef, radish and cabbage

So that the radish does not taste bitter, after cutting it, rinse it under running water.
You will need: 200 g of boiled beef, 2 boiled eggs, 1 carrot, 150 g of radish, 150 g of Chinese cabbage, 5 sprigs of herbs, lemon wedge, salt, 100 ml of mayonnaise.
Cooking: Cut the beef, eggs, radish and cabbage, grate the carrots. Mix everything, add chopped herbs, salt, pepper, lemon juice and mayonnaise. Salad ready!
