1. Banana PP pancakes

A win-win recipe for those who watch their diet.
You will need: 1 banana, 30 g oatmeal, 1 egg, coconut oil.
Cooking: Mash the banana with a fork and mix it with the egg and oatmeal. Fry the pancakes on both sides in coconut oil.
2. Banana pancakes with chocolate filling

Fritters with stuffing are twice as tasty as regular ones!
You will need: 2 bananas, 100 g chocolate, 1 egg, 5 tbsp. flour, 1 tbsp. Sahara.
Cooking: Mash the bananas and mix them with the egg and sugar. Add the flour and spoon the batter onto the hot skillet. Put a square of chocolate on top and fill it with more dough. Fry the banana pancakes covered on both sides over medium heat.
3. Banana pancakes on kefir

You can add apples, berries or other toppings to your taste.
You will need: 2 bananas, 1 cup of kefir, 1 egg, 1.5 cups of flour, 0.5 tsp. soda.
Cooking: Grind bananas with kefir and egg in a blender until smooth. Gently stir in the flour and soda, and fry the pancakes in a pan.
4. Banana pancakes with milk

Sugar in banana pancakes can not be added – and so sweet.
You will need: 1 banana, 1 tbsp. honey, 1 egg, 1 tbsp. milk, 1.5 tbsp. flour.
Cooking: Mash the banana with a fork and mix with the egg and honey. Add spices as desired, and then add milk and flour. Fry the fritters on both sides.
5. Banana fritters with sour cream

Light sourness of sour cream is especially appropriate here.
You will need: 2 bananas, 2 eggs, 150 g sugar, 250 g sour cream, 300 g flour, 1 tsp. soda, 1 tbsp. lemon juice, spices.
Cooking: Whisk bananas with eggs, sugar and sour cream. Add flour, spices and slaked lemon juice soda. Stir until smooth and fry the pancakes over medium heat.
6. Rice flour banana pancakes

A gluten-free PP recipe that even kids will love.
You will need: 1 banana, 2 eggs, 60 g rice flour.
Cooking: Beat banana with eggs in a blender, add rice flour and mix. Fry banana pancakes in a pan on both sides over medium heat.
7. Banana pancakes with semolina

If you have time, let the dough stand for 7-10 minutes before frying.
You will need: 3 bananas, 2 eggs, 3 tbsp. semolina, 2 tbsp. honey.
Cooking: Grind bananas into puree and mix them with eggs and honey. Add semolina, mix again and fry the pancakes in a non-stick frying pan.
8. Corn flour banana pancakes

For a richer golden color, add a pinch of turmeric.
You will need: 1 banana, 100 ml of kefir, 1 egg, 1 tbsp. sugar, 0.5 tsp soda, 4-5 tbsp. cornmeal, vanillin.
Cooking: Beat banana with kefir, egg and sugar until smooth. Add cornmeal, vanilla and soda, and fry the pancakes in a pan.
9. Banana fritters with peanut butter

A 100% vegan PP recipe for banana fritters, but a good frying pan is a must.
You will need: 20 g peanut butter, 50 g banana, 100 g flour, 140 g soy milk, 1 tsp. brown sugar, 1 tsp baking powder.
Cooking: Beat banana with peanut butter and sugar until smooth, add soy milk and mix. Add flour with baking powder, mix again and fry the pancakes in a pan.
10. Banana Oatmeal Pancakes

If there is no milk, then you can take ordinary boiled water.
You will need: 4.5 tbsp oatmeal, 1 banana, 1/2 cup milk, 1 egg, sugar and spices.
Cooking: Pour oatmeal with hot milk and leave for 5-7 minutes. Add mashed banana and sugar with spices to taste. At the end, add the egg, mix and fry the pancakes in a pan.
11. Banana yogurt pancakes

Depending on the desired result, take yogurt with or without fillers.
You will need: 200 m l yogurt, 1 banana, 1 egg, 20 g sugar, 5-6 tbsp. flour, 1 pinch of soda.
Cooking: Beat the yogurt with the egg and sugar with a whisk, and add the mashed banana with a fork. Add flour with soda and fry the pancakes in a pan.
12. Banana pancakes with cottage cheese

We recommend serving them with condensed milk or jam.
You will need: 200 g cottage cheese, 1 banana, 1 egg, 1 tsp. baking powder, 2 tbsp. sugar, 50 g flour.
Cooking: Place all ingredients in a blender, blend until smooth and leave the dough to stand for 10 minutes. Fry banana pancakes over medium heat on both sides.
13. Lean banana pancakes

Lean vegan pancakes can be incredibly delicious too!
You will need: 2 bananas, 180 g flour, 1 tbsp. lemon juice, 2 tbsp. sugar, 0.5 tsp soda, 250 ml of water.
Cooking: Whisk mashed banana, lemon juice, sugar and water until smooth. Add flour and salt and fry pancakes until golden brown on both sides.
14. Banana bran pancakes

Bran is an invaluable fiber, which many just do not have enough.
You will need: 1 banana, 2 eggs, 1 tbsp. sugar, 2 tbsp. bran, spices.
Cooking: Beat eggs with sugar until foamy, add spices and banana puree. Beat again, add bran and leave the dough for 10 minutes. Fry the fritters in a little oil.
15. Banana fritters with cocoa

You can make pancakes with chocolate filling, or you can add cocoa directly to the dough.
You will need: 2 bananas, 2 eggs, 50 g oatmeal, 0.5 tsp. baking powder, 2 tbsp. cocoa.
Cooking: Mash the bananas with a fork and mix with the eggs. Add dry ingredients, mix thoroughly and leave for 10 minutes. Fry the pancakes on both sides until golden brown.
16. Banana pancakes with coconut flour

Coconut flour always needs less because it absorbs moisture more.
You will need: 3 bananas, 6 eggs, 1/3 cup coconut flour.
Cooking: Whisk the eggs until foamy, mash the bananas with a fork and mix. Add coconut flour, leave the dough for 8-10 minutes and fry the pancakes in odorless vegetable oil.
17. Banana fritters with starch

EIf there is no flour on hand, it is easy to replace it with a small amount of starch.
You will need: 2 bananas, 1 egg, 1 tbsp. starch.
Cooking: Mash the bananas with a fork, mix with the egg and then add the starch. Spoon the banana pancakes into the pan with a spoon and fry on both sides over medium heat.
18. Banana fritters with nuts

Banana fritters are especially good with hazelnuts or almonds.
You will need: 3 bananas, 50 ml milk, 1 egg, 1 tsp. lemon juice, 1 tbsp. starch, 2 tbsp. sugar, 3 tbsp. flour, 1 pinch of soda, 2 tbsp. chopped nuts.
Cooking: Mash bananas with a fork and mix them with milk, egg and lemon juice. Add sugar, starch, flour and soda, and mix until smooth. At the end, add chopped nuts and fry the pancakes in a pan.
19. Banana Ricotta Fritters

This breakfast will please even gourmets!
You will need: 4 eggs, 4 tsp sugar, 2 bananas, 150 g flour, 1 tsp. baking powder, 250 g ricotta, 150 ml milk.
Cooking: Beat eggs with sugar until fluffy. Separately, beat the ricotta with bananas and milk. Combine both masses and add the sifted flour with baking powder. Fry the fritters over medium heat.
20. Banana Coconut Pancakes

We recommend frying pancakes in coconut oil so as not to interrupt the taste.
You will need: 2 bananas, 100 g sugar, 2 eggs, 50 ml kefir, 300 g flour, 1 tsp. baking powder, 40 g coconut.
Cooking: Beat eggs, bananas, kefir and sugar in a blender. Add flour with baking powder, and then stir in the coconut flakes. Fry the pancakes until golden brown on both sides.
