You will need: 3 bananas, 200 g flour, 2 tsp. baking powder, 100 g butter, 2 eggs, 120 g sugar, 3 tbsp. yogurt, 130 g raisins.
Cooking: Mash the bananas with a fork. Beat eggs, sugar and melted butter, add yogurt and combine both masses. Gradually stir in the flour and baking powder and finally add the raisins. Bake the cake in the oven for about 50 minutes at 180 degrees.
2. Banana cake with candied fruits in a slow cooker

When too lazy to fiddle with a stove or oven, then a slow cooker will help out.
You will need: 3 eggs, 200 g flour, 3 bananas, 180 g sugar, 150 g butter, 15 g baking powder, 70 g candied fruits.
Cooking: Beat eggs, butter, sugar and bananas until smooth. Add flour with baking powder, and then – candied fruits. Pour the dough into an oiled multicooker bowl and cook for 1 hour in the “Baking” mode.

A great way to use leftover kefir and stale bananas.
You will need: 2 bananas, 250 g flour, 70 g butter, 150 ml kefir, 100 g sugar, 2 eggs, 15 g baking powder, 1 pinch of salt.
Cooking: Mash half of the bananas in mashed potatoes with kefir. Beat eggs with salt, mix both masses and add melted butter. Add sugar and beat again. Stir in the flour and baking powder, and finally add the second banana, cut into pieces. Bake the banana cake in the oven for about 45-55 minutes at 190 degrees.

You will need: 250 g flour, 150 g sour cream, 100 g sugar, 1 tbsp. vanilla sugar, 1 tsp baking powder, 2 eggs, 50 g butter, 1 banana.
Cooking: Beat the eggs with regular and vanilla sugar until fluffy foam. Add sour cream and mix gently with a spoon. In the same way, stir in the melted butter, flour with baking powder and finely chopped banana. Bake the cake in the oven for 40 minutes at 180 degrees.
