1. Green beans with egg and walnuts
After this recipe, omelettes and scrambled eggs will never be the same again!
You will need: 400 g green beans, 1 onion, 3 eggs, 25 g butter, 70 g walnuts, pepper, curry, cilantro, zira, suneli hops.
Cooking: Boil the beans until half cooked. Chop the onion and fry it over medium heat, and add beans, spices, cilantro and chopped nuts to it. Pour everything with beaten eggs and fry until cooked, stirring.
2. String beans with mushrooms
Champignons or forest mushrooms – to your taste!
You will need: 400 g green beans, 400 g mushrooms, 100 g sour cream, 1 onion, 3 garlic cloves, spices.
Cooking: Boil the beans until cooked, and finely chop the onion and fry. Add mushrooms to the pan and simmer all together for 15 minutes. After that, put the beans there, mix, add spices, garlic and sour cream, and simmer for another 5 minutes.
3. Green beans with chicken and sweet pepper
For beauty and variety, take peppers of different colors.
You will need: 400 g green beans, 300 g chicken, 300 g pepper, paprika, spices.
Cooking: In different pans, fry the beans and chicken in paprika until half cooked. Mix the contents, add pepper and other spices, and leave the dish to cook under the lid over low heat for 15 minutes.
4. Green beans with minced meat
The dish is quite simple, but self-sufficient.
You will need: 300 g green beans, 150 g minced meat, 1 onion, 2 cloves of garlic, spices, 2 tbsp. vegetable oil and yogurt.
Cooking: Boil the beans until cooked, and during this time, fry the minced meat with chopped onions and spices. Add the beans to the meat, pour over the yogurt and simmer a little all together.
5. Soup with green beans and spinach
Hearty chicken soup with a minimum of ingredients.
You will need: 3 chicken fillets, 2 carrots, 250 g green beans, 1.5 l broth, 50 g spinach, coriander, spices, sesame oil.
Cooking: Cut the chicken and carrots into thin strips, and fry them together in vegetable oil. Add the beans and simmer for about 8 more minutes. Pour everything with hot broth, add spices and boil for another 10 minutes. At the very end, add spinach, garlic and sesame oil.
6. Green beans with carrots in a creamy sauce
If desired, chicken or pork will fit perfectly here.
You will need: 200 g green beans, 150 g carrots, 100 g leeks, 1 garlic clove, a pinch of ginger, 1 tbsp. soy sauce, 100 ml cream, 20 g soft cheese.
Cooking: Cut the carrots into strips, leek into half rings, and fry them until golden. Add the beans and simmer all together until they become softer. Season the dish with soy sauce, ginger, spices and crushed garlic. And after 2 minutes, add cream mixed with soft cheese. Warm up everything on a small fire – and you’re done.
7. Green beans with tomatoes and eggs
Your new favorite breakfast!
You will need: 400 g green beans, 1 onion, 1 egg, 200 g tomatoes, 30 g tomato paste, 50 g cheese, spices.
Cooking: Fry the onion until golden brown and add finely chopped peeled tomatoes to it. Add tomato paste and spices there, and simmer for 5 minutes. Put the beans in the pan and add some water. Stew until cooked and at the end fill with a beaten egg with grated cheese.
8. Pickled green beans

You will need: 500 g green beans, 5 garlic cloves, 150 ml vegetable oil, 100 ml apple cider vinegar, 2 tbsp. sugar, 1 tbsp. salt, 450 ml of water, 1 hot pepper.
Cooking: Heat water with oil and spices in a saucepan, add chopped garlic with hot pepper and pour in vinegar. When the marinade boils, add the beans, bring to a boil again and boil for 10 minutes. Leave to infuse for a day and put into jars.
9. String beans in the oven
Quick baked side dish in fragrant spices.
Thoseyou will need: 500 g green beans, 3 tbsp. olive oil, salt, 1 tbsp. coriander, suneli hops and lemon zest.
Cooking: Roll the beans well in oil and sprinkle with spices. Put it on parchment as thin as possible and send it to the oven for 20-30 minutes at 180 degrees. Be sure to stir it at least twice during the process.
10. Green bean soup
Yes, it was possible!
You will need: 700 g green beans, 500 g potatoes, 3 tbsp. butter, 2 cups milk, 4-5 cups water, spices.
Cooking: Pass the green beans through a meat grinder, and cut the potatoes into slices. Pour everything with hot water and boil until the potatoes are ready. Grind soup with a blender, add butter, spices and hot milk to the desired consistency.
11. String beans with potatoes in pots
Under sour cream and cheese filling, what else do you need?
You will need: 400 g green beans, 400 g potatoes, 150 g cheese, 150 g onions, 300 g sour cream, 1 tbsp. flour, 3 cloves of garlic.
Cooking: Chop the onion, cut the potatoes into cubes and lightly fry them until a beautiful color. Separately, fry the flour, add sour cream and crushed garlic with spices, and simmer until the sauce is smooth. Put potatoes, sauce, green beans in a pot, and again potatoes with sauce. Bake for 30 minutes at 180 degrees, sprinkle with grated cheese and bake for another 10 minutes without lids.
12. Korean-style green beans
Like carrots, only beans!
You will need: 400 g of green beans, 1 carrot, 3 cloves of garlic, half a bunch of greens, 50 ml of vegetable oil, 2 tbsp. apple cider vinegar, 1 tbsp. sugar, 1 tsp. salt, pepper and coriander.
Cooking: Boil the beans, and grate the carrots on a Korean grater. Mix all ingredients for dressing, add crushed garlic, and pour over vegetables. Let the Korean beans brew for 3-4 hours, and you can put it in a jar.
13. String beans with chicken hearts
Delicious and very budgetary recipe for a family dinner.
You will need: 300 g chicken hearts, 200 g green beans, 1 onion, 1 carrot, 1 garlic clove, 1 tbsp. sour cream, herbs, spices.
Cooking: Fry the hearts, and during this time chop the onion and grate the carrots. Fry the vegetables separately, and only then add the beans and half-cooked hearts to them. Season the dish, add sour cream, herbs and garlic, and simmer everything for 5-10 minutes over low heat.
14. Green beans with basil and mozzarella
Such an Italian-style dish remains very tasty, even when it cools down.
You will need: 1 kg of green beans, 500 g of tomatoes, 6 tbsp. olive oil, a handful of olives, herbs, 2 cloves of garlic, 1 bunch of basil, 150 g mozzarella.
Cooking: Warm the chopped garlic with spices in hot oil, and add the peeled chopped tomatoes there. Stew the tomatoes for a couple of minutes and lay out the boiled beans. After 5 minutes, add basil and herbs, mix, sprinkle with olives and mozzarella slices. Leave the dish covered to let the cheese melt.
15. Crispy string beans
Great as a side dish, appetizer or just a light snack.
You will need: 400 g green beans, 1 egg, 1 cup breadcrumbs, a pinch of paprika.
Cooking: Beat the egg with paprika, dip the beans in it and roll in breadcrumbs. Lay it out on parchment paper, preferably in a single layer. Bake for 10-15 minutes at 220 degrees.
