1. Chicken soup with red lentils

Quick and tender soup in a maximum of 40 minutes!
You will need: 2 liters chicken stock, 2 cups red lentils, 2 potatoes, 1 onion, 1 carrot, 2 tomatoes, paprika, turmeric, spices.
Cooking: Cut potatoes into cubes and put to boil. During this time, fry the onion with grated carrots until golden. Put the roast, lentils, spices and chopped tomatoes into the pot with the broth, and cook the soup until the lentils are ready.
2. Red lentil soup with meat

Meat soup with lentils is very hearty and rich.
You will need: 400 g of meat, 1 pepper, 2 tomatoes, 1 carrot, 1 onion, 50 g of celery root, 150 g of red lentils, 2 cloves of garlic, 1 bunch of herbs, spices.
Cooking: Boil the broth for an hour, strain and send the lentils into it for 10 minutes. Cut all the vegetables and the root into cubes and lightly fry until golden. Put the roast in the soup, cook for another 5 minutes, and then add spices, crushed garlic and herbs.
3. Cheese soup with red lentils

Cheese soups are adored for their texture and flavor.
You will need: 2 liters of broth, 1 carrot, 200 g of red lentils, 1 onion, 2 potatoes, 100 g of processed cheese, spices, herbs.
Cooking: Send the lentils and potatoes to the boiling broth, and cook for 10 minutes. Chop the onions, grate the carrots, and cook the roast. Send it to the soup with spices, put grated processed cheese there, and cook until tender. Sprinkle with herbs at the end.
4. Soup with red lentils and potatoes

Think beans and potatoes can’t be in the same soup? They can!
You will need: 1.5 l of broth, 2 potatoes, 160 g of red lentils, 1 onion, 1 carrot, 1 tomato, 0.5 pepper, spices.
Cooking: Send diced potatoes to the boiling broth, and after 5 minutes – lentils. Chop the onion, carrot and pepper and fry lightly. At the end, add grated tomatoes to the frying, mix, send it to the soup and boil for another 5 minutes.
5. Red lentil soup with smoked meats

Smoked meats you can take any to your taste!
You will need: 500 g smoked meats, 300 g red lentils, 1 onion, 1 carrot, 3 potatoes, spices.
Cooking: Put the potatoes in boiling water and boil for 15 minutes, and then add the lentils and chopped smoked meats. Finely chop the onion with carrots, fry and put in the soup after another 10 minutes. Season and boil vegetables until soft.
6. Soup with red lentils and mushrooms

Champignons, porcini mushrooms, forest mushrooms – choose!
You will need: 1.5 l of broth, 50 g of onion, 200 g of mushrooms, 200 g of potatoes, 50 g of carrots, 150 g of red lentils, spices.
Cooking: Add potatoes to the boiling broth and boil for 10-12 minutes. During this time, make a roast of onions and carrots, and send it to the pan along with lentils. Separately, fry the chopped mushrooms, also add to the soup, season and cook until the lentils are ready.
7. Red lentil soup with vegetables

Season vegetable soup with lemon, if desired, and garnish with cilantro.
You will need: 2 potatoes, 150 g red lentils, 1 onion, 1 leek, 150 g cauliflower, 0.5 zucchini, 0.5 pepper, 1 handful of corn, 1 carrot, turmeric, spices.
Cooking: Pour lentils and potatoes with water, and send to boil. Chop the onion, carrot and pepper and fry lightly. You can add a spoonful of tomato paste. After 10-15 minutes, send the frying, all vegetables and spices to the pan, and cook the soup until the ingredients are ready.
8. Red lentil and bacon soup

Be sure to serve it with crackers or croutons.
You will need: 1.5 cups red lentils, 125 g bacon, 2 onions, 1 clove of garlic, 20 ml of 20% cream.
Cooking: Boil the lentils until tender, and fry the onion and bacon until golden brown. Send the roast to the pan and cook for another 5 minutes. At the end, pour in the cream, season the soup with crushed garlic and remove from heat.
9. Tomato soup with red lentils

You can take a mixture of two types of lentils for color.
You will need: 350 g red lentils, 400 g tomatoes in ownjuice, 1 onion, 1 carrot, basil, cilantro, spices and herbs.
Cooking: Boil the lentils until tender, and in the meantime fry the onions and carrots. Add chopped tomatoes to the vegetables, stew a little, and add spices and chopped herbs there. Put the roast in the soup and boil for a couple more minutes.
10. Red lentil soup with ginger

The best soup recipe for the cold season!
You will need: 100 g red lentils, 1 tbsp. olive oil, 2 onions, 2 cloves of garlic, 10 g of ginger, cumin, paprika, 1 potato, 600 ml of water, 1 pepper.
Cooking: Finely chop the onion, chop the garlic and grate the ginger, and fry in a pan. Finely chop the rest of the vegetables, add to the pan and simmer for 5 minutes. Put the lentils and spices there, and after another 3 minutes, fill it with water. Carcasses all together until tender, and at the end puree with a blender.
11. Creamy red lentil soup with cream

Spicy and very fragrant soup of a delicate golden hue.
You will need: 250 g red lentils, 300 ml 15% cream, 1 liter broth, 3 tbsp. tomato paste, 1 tsp turmeric, 1 tbsp. grated ginger, spices.
Cooking: Mix a spoonful of oil with tomato paste, ginger and turmeric, and fry a little. Add stock and lentils, and simmer until cooked through over low heat, about 30 minutes. Grind the soup with a blender, season again, pour in the cream and warm up a little.
12. Red lentil and spinach soup

An interesting combination of flavors, textures and colors.
You will need: 1.5 cups red lentils, 150 g spinach, 1 tbsp. grated ginger, 3 garlic cloves, 1 tbsp. tomato paste, 1 tbsp. curry, 4 carrots, 2 stalks of leeks.
Cooking: Fry the ginger and garlic until golden, add tomato paste and curry to them, and put the chopped carrots, leek and lentils in the same place. Pour 7 glasses of water and boil the soup for 25 minutes. After that, add spinach, stir and boil for a couple more minutes.
13. Red lentil and cauliflower soup

Light but very hearty lentil soup.
You will need: 120 g red lentils, 400 g cauliflower, 1 carrot, 1 pepper, 1 tomato, 1.5 l of broth.
Cooking: Chop the carrots, cut the pepper into cubes and disassemble the cauliflower into small inflorescences. Prepare roasted carrots with peppers, add lentils and simmer for a couple of minutes. Pour in the broth, boil for 15 minutes, and add the cauliflower with chopped tomato. Boil until done.
14. Soup with meatballs and red lentils

Mince for meatballs, choose any that you want more.
You will need: 150 g of red lentils, 2 liters of broth, 1 carrot, 1.5 onions, 2 potatoes, 300 g of minced meat, spices.
Cooking: Chop half an onion, mix with minced meat, season and form meatballs. From the remaining onions and grated carrots, prepare a roast. Boil the potatoes in the simmering broth until almost done, and then add the fried potatoes, meatballs and lentils. Cook the soup for another 15-20 minutes.
15. Pumpkin soup with red lentils

This is more of an autumn soup, but we still recommend you to try it!
You will need: 1 cup red lentils, 200 g pumpkin, 1 onion, 3 garlic cloves, ginger, spices, 1 liter broth.
Cooking: Finely chop the onion, ginger and garlic and fry for a couple of minutes. Add pumpkin cut into small cubes, lentils, pour broth and boil for 15-20 minutes. Blend the soup with an immersion blender.
