You will need: 200 g of buckwheat, 400 ml of milk, a glass of water, a pinch of salt, 1 tbsp. sugar, ground cinnamon, a handful of fruit.
Cooking: Boil water with milk, add salt, sugar and washed cereals. Boil for 10 minutes over low heat. Before serving, add chopped fruit and sprinkle with cinnamon.
3. Buckwheat porridge on water with milk

A simple version of milk porridge with buckwheat that even children will like.
You will need: 200 g of buckwheat, 1 glass of water, 2 glasses of milk, a pinch of salt, 2 tbsp. Sahara.
Cooking: Boil water with sugar, add salt, washed buckwheat and cook for 10 minutes over low heat. Pour in boiling milk and turn it off after 2 minutes. Insist porridge under the lid for 10 minutes.
4. Thick milk porridge from buckwheat

Prodel are ground buckwheat kernels.
You will need: 200 g of buckwheat, 1 glass of water, 200 ml of milk, a pinch of salt, 2 tbsp. sugar, 20 g butter.
Cooking: Pour salt and washed buckwheat into boiling water. Boil for 5 minutes over low heat, pour in hot milk and cook for another 4 minutes. Add sugar and butter.
5. Milk buckwheat porridge with vanilla

Instead of vanilla, use a bag of vanilla sugar.
You will need: 1 cup buckwheat, 2 cups milk, 200 ml water, a pinch of salt, 1 tsp. sugar, vanillin on the tip of a knife.
Cooking: Boil water, add salt, sugar and washed buckwheat. Boil the porridge for 7 minutes, add boiling milk, vanillin and simmer for another 4 minutes.
6. Buckwheat porridge with dried apricots in milk

If the dried apricots are soft, then it is not necessary to soak them.
You will need: 1 cup buckwheat, 3 cups milk, 100 ml water, 100 g dried apricots, a pinch of salt, 2 tsp. Sahara.
Cooking: Dried apricots pour boiling water for 15 minutes. Bring milk with water to a boil, add salt, washed buckwheat and cook for 10 minutes after boiling. Add sugar, finely chopped dried apricots, mix and turn off. Insist porridge under the lid for another 10-15 minutes.
7. Buckwheat porridge with milk and honey

Honey is added already to the slightly cooled porridge.
You will need: 100 g of buckwheat, 1 glass of milk, 100 ml of water, a pinch of salt, a pinch of sugar, 20 g of butter, 2 tbsp. liquid honey.
Cooking: Bring water with milk to a boil, salt and add buckwheat. Boil for 10 minutes over low heat. Add sugar, butter and wrap for 15 minutes with a warm towel. When serving, add honey to the plate.
8. Buckwheat porridge with milk for children

We recommend cooking porridge at a time.
You will need: 50 g buckwheat, a glass of milk, 3 tbsp. water, 1 tsp sugar, a pinch of salt.
Cooking: Boil water, add salt, buckwheat and cook for 10 minutes. Add hot milk, butter, sugar and boil for another 5 minutes. Grind the finished porridge in a blender.
9. Liquid buckwheat porridge with milk

11. Milk porridge with buckwheat, pumpkin and apple

The number of apples and pumpkins can be changed to your liking.
You will need: 200 g of buckwheat, 200 g of pumpkin, 1 apple, 500 ml of milk, a glass of water, a pinch of salt, 1 tbsp. sugar, 20 g butter.
Cooking: Cut pumpkin and apple, add water, milk, sugar, salt and cook for 10 minutes. Pour the washed buckwheat and cook for another 15 minutes. Add oil and remove the porridge from the heat.
12. Porridge with buckwheat and rice in milk

If you use a slow cooker, then cook in the “Pilaf” mode.
You will need: 100 g of rice, 100 g of buckwheat, 0.5 l of milk, 1.5 cups of water, a pinch of salt, 1 tbsp. sugar, vanillin on the tip of a knife, 20 g butter.
Cooking: Soak rice in boiling water for 10 minutes. Boil water with milk, add rice, buckwheat, salt and cook for 10 minutes. Add butter, sugar, vanillin and leave for 15 minutes under the lid.
13. Buckwheat porridge with coconut milk

An original and modern version of the usual porridge.
You will need: 1 cup buckwheat, 300 ml coconut milk, 1 cup water, a pinch of salt, 1 tbsp. sugar, 1 tbsp. honey, a pinch of cinnamon, 20 g butter.
Cooking: Mix milk with water and bring to a boil. Add salt, sugar, washed buckwheat and cook for 15 minutes. Turn off, add butter and leave covered for 20 minutes. Serve porridge with honey and cinnamon.
14. Milk buckwheat porridge in the oven

You can cook such porridge in a large cauldron or portioned pots.
You will need: 400 g of buckwheat, 800 ml of milk, 2 cups of water, a pinch of salt, 2 tbsp. sugar, 30 g butter.
Cooking: Boil water, add salt, buckwheat and cook for 5 minutes. Add milk, sugar, butter and put the porridge in the oven for 20 minutes. Insist the finished dish in the switched off oven for another 15 minutes.
15. Buckwheat porridge with milk in a slow cooker

In a slow cooker, cooking porridge is much easier and faster!
You will need: 300 g of buckwheat, 600 ml of milk, a glass of water, a pinch of salt, 1.5 tbsp. sugar, 20 g butter.
Cooking: Pour the washed buckwheat, salt and sugar into the multicooker bowl. Add oil, water and milk. Cover with a lid and cook for 30 minutes on the Milk Porridge program. After turning off, insist the dish under the lid for 15-20 minutes.
