1. Vinegar marinated fish

Each type of vinegar will give its new notes.
You will need: 500 g fish, 2 onions, 2 carrots, 1 parsley root, 1 tbsp. tomato paste, 70 ml of 10% vinegar, 60 ml of water, 1 tsp. sugar, 2 bay leaves, spices, flour.
Cooking: Cut the carrot into strips, the onion into half rings, and the root – finely grate. Fry everything together for 5 minutes, and add water with tomato paste. Stew for 10 minutes, and then add vinegar, spices and bay leaves, and mascara for the same amount. Roll the fish in flour, fry on both sides, put in a dish and fill with marinade.
2. Fish under a tomato marinade

Tomato marinade is delicious, fragrant and very beautiful.
You will need: 600 g fish, 3 tomatoes, 2 onions, 2 carrots, 1 tsp. 9% vinegar, spices.
Cooking: Cut the fish into pieces and fry. Grate the carrots, cut the onion into half rings, and fry the vegetables separately. Peel the tomatoes, chop with a blender and add to the frying. After 10 minutes, add vinegar and spices, stew for another 10 minutes, put the fish in the vegetables, and leave it to brew under the lid.
3. Fish marinated with mayonnaise

If desired, mix mayonnaise with sour cream or yogurt in equal proportions.
You will need: 800 g fish, 3 onions, 2 carrots, 3 tbsp. mayonnaise, spices.
Cooking: Cut the fish into pieces and boil until tender. Cut the onion into half rings, grate the carrots, and fry them over low heat. Grind the fish a little, add to the vegetables with spices and mayonnaise, mix and let the dish brew for half an hour.
4. Fish under sour cream marinade

Take fillets or fish that have fewer bones.
You will need: 600 g of fish, 1 onion, 150 g of sour cream, 1 bunch of dill, 2 carrots, flour, spices.
Cooking: Dip the fish in flour and spices, and fry on both sides. Finely chop the onion, grate the carrots and put them on the fish. Top with about 2/3 of water, add sour cream and chopped herbs, season and mix. Stew the dish under the lid for 25 minutes.
5. Fish marinated with mustard

Easy recipe with simple ingredients.
You will need: 500 g fish, 1 tbsp. mustard, 2 cloves of garlic, 2 onions, spices, 2 tbsp. olive oil.
Cooking: Mix oil, mustard, minced garlic and spices and marinate the fish pieces for a couple of hours. Put onion half rings in the form, fish on top, and fill with marinade. Bake for 30-35 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees.
6. Fish under honey marinade

Honey marinade for fish is an original version with hints of Asian cuisine.
You will need: 400 g of fish, 40 ml of honey, 30 g of granular mustard, 10 g of parsley, 3 cloves of garlic, 0.5 lemon, spices.
Cooking: Grate the garlic, finely chop the greens, and mix everything with honey, lemon juice and spices. Leave the fish in the marinade for 15 minutes, put in foil and fill with the remaining liquid. Wrap in an envelope and bake for about 20 minutes at 200 degrees.
7. Fish marinated with lemon

Additionally, you can sprinkle the fish with cognac.
You will need: 800 g fish, 1 lemon, 2 tbsp. sea salt, 1 tbsp. sugar, 1 bunch of greens, 2 carrots, 1 onion.
Cooking: From onions and grated carrots, prepare a classic frying. Cut the fish into pieces, rub with salt and sugar, and put in a mold. Sprinkle fish with lemon zest and drizzle with juice. Put vegetables on top, sprinkle with chopped herbs and bake for 30-40 minutes at 180 degrees.
8. Fish marinated with Korean carrots

The recipe with marinade from ordinary carrots is already boring. Then why not take a spicy Korean one?
You will need: 700 g of fish, 300 g of Korean carrots, 1 bunch of green onions, 1 bunch of herbs, 1 tbsp. tomato paste, 1 tsp sugar, 1 glass of water, flour.
Cooking: Cut the fish into pieces, roll in flour and fry. Chop Korean carrots a little, fry separately and add tomato paste with sugar, chopped herbs and onions to it. Put the fish in the pan, add water and simmer for 20 minutes.
9. Marinated fish with vegetables

You can add other vegetables of your choice.
You will need: 400 g fish, 1 onion, 1 carrot, 1 tomato, 1 pepper, 1 zucchini, 1 tbsp. tomato paste, spices, 1 tsp apple cider vinegar, flour.
Cooking: roll the pieces fish in flour with spices and fry. Cut all the vegetables into thin strips, and chop the tomato in a blender. Stew everything together for 10-15 minutes, add spices, vinegar and tomato paste, and stew a little more. Spread the marinade over the fish and leave for 10 minutes.
10. Beet marinated fish

Beetroot marinade instantly attracts attention with its unusual bright color.
You will need: 1.2 kg of fish, 2 boiled beets, 2 carrots, 2 onions, 500 g of chopped tomatoes in their juice, 1 tbsp. sugar, flour, spices.
Cooking: Grate the carrots, coarsely chop the onion, and fry them together until soft. Add tomatoes, and after a couple of minutes – chopped beets and sugar. Cut the fish into pieces, roll in flour, fry and put in a mold. Lay it out with vegetables, add a glass of water and simmer for 30 minutes.
11. Fish marinated with pineapple

We recommend using canned pineapples in a jar.
You will need: 500 g fish, 200 g pineapple, 1 pepper, 1 onion, 1 tbsp. ketchup, spices, flour.
Cooking: Drain the liquid from the pineapples, stir in the ketchup and spices, and bring to a boil. Bake pepper, cut it into cubes with pineapple and add to the marinade. Cut the fish into pieces, roll in flour and fry on both sides. Separately, fry the onion half rings and put on the fish, and then pour the marinade.
12. Fish marinated with celery

Celery adds a new flavor to the classic marinade.
You will need: 500 g of fish, 2 carrots, 2 onions, 1 stalk of celery, 0.5 celery root, 50 ml of wine vinegar, spices, flour.
Cooking: Cut the fish into large pieces, roll in flour and fry on both sides. Finely chop vegetables and celery, fry everything together, season, and stew a little under the lid. Pour vinegar into the marinade, heat for a couple more minutes and fill it with fish. Leave the snack in the refrigerator for 4 hours.
13. Fish under sweet and sour marinade

A little more complicated recipe, but worth it!
You will need: 500 g fish, 3 tbsp. olive oil, 350 g onions, 300 g peppers, garlic, spices, 320 g tomatoes, 2.5 tbsp. sugar, 5 tbsp. apple cider vinegar, flour, 2 eggs, 20 g cilantro.
Cooking: Fry the onion cut into rings, add pepper to it, and after another 10 minutes – spices and garlic. Stew everything together, pour vinegar, and add tomatoes with sugar. Cut the fish into pieces, roll in flour, dip in a beaten egg and also fry. Put it in a mold, fill it with marinade, sprinkle with grated cilantro and send it to the oven for 12 minutes at 200 degrees.
14. Marinated fish in a pan

Marinated fried fish has been a classic appetizer since Soviet times.
You will need: 1 fish, 2 carrots, 2 onions, 3 tbsp. tomato paste, 3 bay leaves, tbsp. vinegar, spices, 1 glass of water, flour.
Cooking: Cut the fish into pieces, roll in flour and fry on both sides until golden. Cut the onion into rings, grate the carrots, and stew them with water, vinegar, tomato, spices and bay leaf for 20 minutes. Pour the marinade over the fish.
15. Marinated fish in the oven

Fish from the oven is a double benefit because it has almost no excess fat.
You will need: 500 g fish, 1.5 carrots, 1 onion, 1 tbsp. apple cider vinegar, spices, 2 tbsp. tomato paste, 0.5 cups of water.
Cooking: Roll the fish in spices and fry until golden. Shredded vegetables lightly stew with water, vinegar and tomato paste in a dry frying pan. Put half of the marinade, the fish and the marinade again into the mold, and send it to the oven for half an hour under foil at 180 degrees.
