
It is difficult to come up with a more versatile and light dish than chicken breasts in the oven. And they are always very different, because tender chicken fillet perfectly absorbs tastes and aromas. We share the best recipes!
1. Chicken breasts in soy sauce

The original taste, which you will not confuse with anything.
You will need: 1 chicken breast, 4 garlic cloves, 100 ml soy sauce, 1 tbsp. olive oil, spices.
Cooking: Transfer the chicken breast to the sleeve and add crushed garlic, oil, soy sauce and spices to taste. Tie up, mix everything well and bake in the oven for 30-40 minutes at 180 degrees.
2. Chicken breasts with cheese

Not only delicious, but also very beautiful!
You will need: 1.5 kg chicken breasts, 300 g tomatoes, 150 g cheese, 2 tbsp. sour cream, 1 tsp mustard, spices.
Cooking: Rub chicken breasts with spices and make deep, wide cuts. Put in slices of tomatoes and strips of cheese. Top the chicken with sour cream with mustard, and bake for 35-40 minutes at 180 degrees.
3. Chicken breasts with honey and mustard

This sauce makes dry chicken meat more tender.
You will need: 1 chicken breast, 1 tbsp. mustard, 2 tbsp. honey, spices.
Cooking: Roll chicken breast in spices, brush with honey and mustard sauce, and leave for 20 minutes. Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes at 200-220 degrees until a beautiful crust.
4. Chicken breasts baked with oranges

It turns out very interesting if you add a little chili and ginger.
You will need: 1 chicken breast, 1 orange, spices, 1 tbsp. soy sauce.
Cooking: Slit the breast so that you get a pocket. Rub it on all sides with soy sauce and spices, and put a couple of orange slices without films in the pocket. Wrap the chicken in foil with the remaining orange pieces, and bake for 20-30 minutes at 200 degrees.
5. Chicken breasts in a creamy sauce

Despite the fact that this is a very simple dish, no gourmet can resist it!
You will need: 2 chicken breasts, 100 g cheese, 100 ml cream, 50 g processed cheese, spices.
Cooking: Rub chicken breasts with spices and lightly fry until golden. Grate both types of cheese, mix with cream and fill the chicken with this. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 180 degrees.
6. Chicken breasts in mayonnaise

Chicken in mayonnaise is very soft, juicy and fragrant.
You will need: 4 chicken breasts, 5 tbsp. mayonnaise, coriander, Provence herbs, salt, pepper, paprika, spices, garlic.
Cooking: Mix mayonnaise with crushed garlic and all spices, and let the sauce brew a little. Lightly beat off the chicken breasts, marinate in it and leave for another half hour. Bake for 30 minutes in the oven at 180-200 degrees.
7. Chicken breasts baked with vegetables

An ideal recipe for spring and summer, when fresh young vegetables appear.
You will need: 1 chicken breast, 250 g potatoes, 250 g carrots, 1 onion, 1 pepper, 1 zucchini, 1 tomato, 1 green onion bunch, 2 garlic cloves, spices, 2 tbsp. olive oil, 2 tbsp. sour cream.
Cooking: Lubricate the chicken breast with sour cream and put it in a mold, and arrange randomly chopped vegetables around. Top with chopped garlic, green onions and spices. Drizzle vegetables with oil and bake everything under the foil for 35 minutes, and then another 10 minutes without it.
8. Chicken breasts with rice in the oven

Immediately and meat, and a hearty, but dietary side dish!
You will need: 1 chicken breast, 1 pepper, 50 g mushrooms, 1 carrot, 1 zucchini, 50 g rice, spices.
Cooking: Soak the rice in boiling water for 5 minutes, and roll the chicken in spices. Put the rice in a dish, put the breast on top, and spread the vegetables on the sides. Bake everything together for 45 minutes under foil at 180 degrees.
9. Chicken breasts with potatoes in the oven

It works especially well with small young potatoes, which do not even need to be cut.
You will need: 1 chicken breast, 300 g potatoes, 0.5 onions, 1 pepper, 100 g cheese, 25 ml soy sauce, spices.
Cooking: Marinate chicken in soy sauce and spices for 25 minutes. Put the vegetables in the form, and on top – the chicken breast, pour the rest of the marinade, cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes at 180 degrees. Remove the foil, sprinkle the dish with grated cheese and bake for another 15 minutes.
10. Chicken breasts baked with mushrooms

Such a dish cannot be spoiled or overdried!
You will need: 1 chicken breast, 200 g mushrooms, 2 tbsp. grated cheese, 1 onion, 3 tbsp. kefir, 1 tsp mustard, spices, herbs.
Cooking: Mix kefir, mustard, spices and chopped herbs. Cut the chicken, unfold it into a book, beat it off and rub the marinade on one side. Put grated cheese and fried mushrooms with onions on top, roll up the breast and wrap it tightly in foil. Bake for 45-50 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees.
11. Baked chicken breasts with spinach

To put the filling inside, make an incision on the breast, open it with a book and beat it lightly.
You will need: 2 chicken breasts, 200 g spinach, 0.5 onions, 2 garlic cloves, 100 g mozzarella, butter, spices.
Cooking: Saute chopped onion, garlic and spinach in butter until soft. Sprinkle the chicken with spices, lay out the filling, and on top – a little cheese, and connect with toothpicks. Send to the oven for 40-45 minutes at 180 degrees.
12. Chicken breasts in tomato sauce

Spicy tomato sauce on white wine – what else do you need?
You will need: 2 chicken breasts, 2 tbsp. flour, 30 g butter, 1 onion, 6 garlic cloves, 120 ml white wine, 150 g tomato paste, 120 ml broth, basil, hot pepper, 0.5 lemon, spices.
Cooking: Roll the chicken in spices and flour, and lightly fry in butter. Chop the onion, garlic and basil, fry separately, and add the wine and lemon juice.
When the liquid has evaporated a little, add the broth and tomato paste, heat the sauce, add the remaining flour, and boil until thickened. Put the breasts in a mold, pour the sauce and bake for 25 minutes at 180 degrees.
13. Chicken breasts with cabbage oven

An original homemade dish in its simplicity.
You will need: 2 chicken breasts, 1 head of cabbage, 300 g carrots, 300 g onions, 100 g herbs, 150 g tomato paste, 200 g cheese, spices.
Cooking: Chop the cabbage, onion and carrots and put them in a mold. Rub the chicken breasts with spices and arrange on top of the vegetables. Sprinkle everything with herbs, pour tomato paste and bake for 35 minutes under foil at 200 degrees. Sprinkle the dish with grated cheese and send it to the oven for another 15 minutes.
14. Baked chicken breasts with zucchini

An ideal diet recipe for those who follow the figure.
You will need: 2 chicken breasts, 2 tomatoes, 350 g zucchini, 1 onion, spices, 150 g cheese.
Cooking: Dip the chicken in the spices and place on top of the onion rings. Arrange tomato slices and zucchini slices on top or around. Pour everything with grated cheese and bake in the oven for 45 minutes at 180 degrees.
15. Chicken breasts with green beans

You can take ordinary beans, but then boiled or canned.
You will need: 1 kg of chicken breasts, 500 g of green beans, 1 onion, 1 carrot, 200 g of 15% sour cream, 200 g of mozzarella, 1 bunch of herbs, spices.
Cooking: Dip the chicken in the spices and arrange in a bowl. Cut the onion into rings, grate the carrots on a coarse grater and lay them on the breasts. Top with all the string beans. Mix sour cream with chopped herbs and grated cheese, and fill the dish. Bake in the oven for about 40-45 minutes at 180 degrees.
