1. Sweet milk soup with vermicelli
Boil milk soup in a metal or ceramic bowl with a thick bottom.
You will need: 3 cups milk, 150 ml water, 100 g vermicelli, 2 tbsp. sugar, a pinch of salt, 10 g butter, vanillin on the tip of a knife.
Cooking: Heat water in a saucepan, pour in cold milk. After boiling, add salt, sugar and vanilla. Pour in the vermicelli and cook, stirring for 7 minutes. Turn off the heat, add the oil and leave the soup covered for 10 minutes.
2. Milk soup with noodles and potatoes
You can change the ratio of water and milk to your liking.
You will need: 2 cups of water, 3 cups of milk, 100 g of vermicelli, 200 g of potatoes, salt, herbs to taste.
Cooking: Cut the potatoes into cubes and boil until half cooked in a separate pan. Mix water with milk, add potatoes, vermicelli and simmer for 7 minutes. Salt, sprinkle with herbs, turn off and leave under the lid for 15 minutes.
3. Milk soup with fried vermicelli

You will need: 500 ml milk, 1 glass of water, 4 tbsp. vermicelli, 1 sachet of vanilla sugar, 20 g sugar, a pinch of salt, 20 g butter, ground cinnamon.
Cooking: Fry vermicelli in butter until golden brown. Boil milk with water and pour into the pan. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes. Add sugar and salt. Remove soup from heat, add vanilla sugar and cinnamon.
4. Milk soup with vermicelli and egg
Depending on the speed of stirring, the egg will boil in thick or thin cobwebs.
You will need: 2 cups of water, 2 cups of milk, 80 g of vermicelli, 1 chicken egg, 50 g of butter, salt, herbs.
Cooking: Boil water with milk. Pour salt, vermicelli and boil for 7 minutes. Beat the eggs lightly and pour in a thin stream into the boiling soup, stirring occasionally. After 3 minutes, add chopped greens and turn off.
5. Milk soup with vegetables and vermicelli
If there is no small vermicelli, then just break the long vermicelli into the soup or use small pasta.
You will need: 0.5 l milk, 0.5 l water, 1 potato, 2 tomatoes, 1 zucchini, 1 hot pepper, 1 carrot, 1 leek, 200 g turnip, parsley, 1 tsp. salt, 20 g butter, ground black pepper, lime for decoration.

6. Milk soup with broccoli and vermicelli
If you add butter at the beginning, it will reduce the amount of foam on the milk.
You will need: 400 ml of water, 500 ml of milk, 100 g of vermicelli, 200 g of broccoli, 50 g of butter, salt and ground pepper.
Cooking: Boil water with milk, add chopped broccoli florets. After 5 minutes, add vermicelli. Cook the soup over low heat for 7 minutes. Add butter, salt and ground pepper. Switch off and cover with a lid for 15 minutes.
7. Milk soup with vermicelli and spinach
Spinach can be cut with a knife or chopped in a blender.
You will need: 0.5 l of milk, 0.5 l of meat broth, a bunch of spinach, 100 g of vermicelli, 1 boiled egg, 1 potato, 20 g of herbs, 3 stalks of green onions, ground black pepper and salt.
Cooking: Boil water with milk, add diced potatoes. After 5 minutes, pour in the vermicelli, reduce the heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Pour finely chopped egg, spinach and greens. Salt, pepper and remove soup from heat.
8. Milk soup with mushrooms and vermicelli
Saute the mushrooms until the moisture is completely evaporated from them.
You will need: 2 cups of water, 500 ml of milk, 300 g of mushrooms, 1 carrot, 1 potato, 2 tbsp. vermicelli, 50 g butter, salt, ground black pepper, 3 sprigs of dill.
Cooking: Boil water with milk, add diced potatoes. Fry chopped onions, carrots and mushrooms in butter. Pour the roast into the pan and boil for 3 minutes. Add vermicelli, reduce heat and cook for 7 more minutes. Bring on the salt, sprinkle with herbs and turn off.

You will need: 300 ml of water, 3 cups of milk, 150 g of vermicelli, 0.5 tsp. salt, 2 tbsp. Sahara.
Cooking: Boil the vermicelli in lightly salted water for 7 minutes. Boil the milk in a separate saucepan, add the prepared vermicelli and sugar. Boil for 2 minutes, add butter and switch off. The soup should be infused for 5 minutes.
