1. Salad with broccoli and chicken

Chicken can be boiled or fried in a grill pan.
You will need: 250 g chicken fillet, 300 g broccoli, medium tomato, bunch of spinach, 20 ml soy sauce, 3 tbsp. olive oil, salt, black pepper.
Cooking: Boil the fillet in salted water and cut. Cut the broccoli into small florets and fry over a high heat. Chop the tomato, chop the spinach. Mix everything in a salad bowl, add sauce, oil, salt and pepper.
2. Salad “Summer” with broccoli and pepper

To keep the broccoli crispy and not overcooked, put it in cold water with ice for 30 seconds after boiling it.
You will need: 300 g raw broccoli, bell pepper, garlic clove, 1 tbsp. apple cider vinegar, 30 ml. olive oil, salt and ground pepper.
Cooking: Disassembled into florets, throw broccoli into boiling salted water for 2 minutes. Cut the pepper into strips and fry in olive oil. Combine the ingredients with garlic, season with vinegar, oil and spices.
3. Salad with grapefruit and broccoli

When choosing a grapefruit for this salad, give preference to yellow and reddish specimens.
You will need: 300 g broccoli, 1 bell pepper, 200 g feta, half a grapefruit, a bunch of lettuce, 2 tbsp. olive oil, 1 tsp lemon juice, coarse salt, flax seeds, black pepper.
Cooking: Broccoli boil and cool. Cut the pepper into strips, and feta into cubes. Peel the grapefruit and cut into small pieces with your hands. Mix everything, add oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Garnish with lettuce leaves, sprinkle with flax seeds on top.
4. Salad with broccoli and avocado

In the recipe, you can use young peas or canned.
You will need: 0.5 ripe avocado, 200 g broccoli, 1 cucumber, 150 g peas, lemon wedge, spinach leaves, 2 tbsp. vegetable oil, salt and pepper.
Cooking: Separate the broccoli into florets and wash. Slice the avocado and drizzle with lemon juice. Cut the cucumber into longitudinal strips. Combine broccoli, avocado and cucumber, add washed peas and spinach. Dress the salad with oil, lemon juice and spices.
5. Salad with broccoli and radishes

Dietary salad, which always looks very bright and appetizing.
You will need: 250 g marinated champignons, 300 g broccoli, 200 g radishes, a bunch of greens, 3 tbsp. vegetable oil, salt and spices to taste.
Cooking: Boil broccoli for a couple of minutes in salted water, remove and cool. Cut mushrooms, radishes and greens. Mix everything in a wide salad bowl, season with oil, salt and spices.
6. Salad with raisins, broccoli and sour cream

Use small florets in the salad, and keep the thick twigs for the soup.
You will need: 1 small head of broccoli, a handful of walnuts, 100 g of light raisins, 100 g of sour cream, salt.
Cooking: Cut the inflorescences into small pieces, chop the nuts. Rinse the raisins with boiling water. Combine products, add sour cream and salt to taste.
7. Salad with broccoli and cherry tomatoes

Dress the salad just before serving.
You will need: 1 head of broccoli, 200 g cherry tomatoes, half a white onion, a handful of light raisins, 2 tsp. vinegar, 3 tbsp. yogurt, 2 tbsp. l. mayonnaise, a pinch of granulated sugar, salt.
Cooking: Select the inflorescences and divide them into small pieces. Cut the tomatoes into halves, onions into rings. Separately mix yogurt, mayonnaise, sugar, salt and vinegar. Combine all ingredients carefully and add dressing.
8. Salad with broccoli and almond flakes

Dry the flakes of almonds for one minute in a pan.
You will need: 0.5 head of broccoli, 3 tbsp. almond flakes, 3 tbsp. olive oil, sea salt and hot pepper.
Cooking: Break the broccoli into florets and boil for 2 minutes. Remove from saucepan and cool in cold water. Carefully put the vegetable on a plate, sprinkle with salt and pepper, oil the fields. Add almond flakes on top.
9. Warm salad with mushrooms, broccoli and bacon

Spread the salad on a warmed plate!
You will need: 300 g broccoli florets, 200 g bacon, 200 g mushrooms, large clovegarlic, olive oil, sea salt and smoked paprika.
Cooking: Boil broccoli and mushrooms separately. Cut the bacon and fry on a grill pan. Chop the garlic into plates and also fry for 1 minute in olive oil. Mix food, add oil, salt and spices.
10. Summer salad with broccoli, cucumbers and tomatoes

A quick and refreshing salad ready in just 15 minutes.
You will need: 200 g raw broccoli, 2 medium tomatoes, cucumber, 1 bell pepper, 20 ml olive oil, garlic clove, salt and ground pepper.
Cooking: Scald broccoli florets with boiling water. Chop the tomatoes, peppers and cucumber. Mix everything in a salad bowl and add crushed garlic. Season the salad with olive oil, salt and pepper.
11. Salad with apple and broccoli

An excellent salad recipe for those who are interested in a raw food diet.
You will need: 200 g broccoli florets, sweet and sour apple, lemon wedge, orange wedge, 50 g almonds, salt, 2 tbsp. vegetable oil, 2 garlic cloves, dried rosemary and marjoram.
Cooking: Soak the almonds for 6-8 hours. Cut the apple into cubes and sprinkle with citrus juice. Mix it with broccoli, nuts and crushed garlic. Season the salad with oil, salt and spices.
12. Broccoli and Pine Nut Salad

Cherry tomatoes, lots of greens and pine nuts… What could be more delicious?
You will need: 2 cups broccoli florets, cherry tomatoes, bunch of spinach, 2 tbsp. olive oil, 1 tbsp. Dijon mustard, salt, fresh thyme, 1 tsp. lemon juice, ground pepper.
Cooking: Steam the broccoli for 3 minutes. Mix it with chopped tomatoes, spinach, nuts and herbs. Dress the salad with oil, mustard, lemon juice and spices.
13. Salad “Prince” with eggs, broccoli and tomatoes

You can use both sour cream and mayonnaise for dressing.
You will need: 2 boiled eggs, 3 small tomatoes, 200 g raw broccoli florets, 3 tbsp. sour cream, salt and pepper.
Cooking: Cut broccoli, tomatoes and mix them with spices. Put everything on a plate, decorate with chopped eggs and put sour cream on top of the salad.
14. Simple salad with broccoli and mayonnaise

Stir the salad gently so as not to crush the delicate inflorescences!
You will need: 300 g fresh broccoli, 1 large tomato, 1 bell pepper, 50 g mayonnaise, a pinch of salt and black pepper.
Cooking: Dip the broccoli in boiling water for two minutes. Cool and mix with chopped tomato and pepper. Add spices and mayonnaise.
15. Turkey and Broccoli Salad

You can boil or pan fry the meat if you wish.
You will need: 200 g broccoli, 200 g turkey fillet, fresh cucumber, 150 g hard cheese, 3 tbsp. sour cream, salt.
Cooking: Fry the fillet and cut into relatively large pieces. Divide the broccoli into small florets. Cut the cucumber into half rings, and the cheese into cubes. Mix everything, add sour cream and spices to the salad.
