1. Udon with chicken and vegetables in soy sauce

The classic recipe – neither add nor take away.
You will need: 200 g udon noodles, 250 g chicken fillet, 1 bell pepper, 1 carrot, 1 zucchini, 3 tbsp. soy sauce, spices, sesame.
Cooking: Cut the chicken fillet into strips, and all the vegetables into strips. Boil udon until done. Fry chicken until golden, add vegetables and fry for another 5-7 minutes. Add udon, soy sauce and spices and fry for another 3-4 minutes. At the end, sprinkle the finished noodles with sesame seeds.
2. Udon with chicken and teriyaki sauce

You can make your own teriyaki from soy sauce with sugar, but it’s easier to take it ready-made – it’s just as good.
You will need: 200 g udon noodles, 400 g chicken breast, 120 g bell peppers, 70 g carrots, 20 g ginger, 10 g garlic, 15 g green onions, 50 ml soy sauce, 120 ml teriyaki sauce, spices.
Cooking: Cut the chicken breast into strips, season and fry with chopped ginger and garlic for 5 minutes until golden. Add chopped vegetables and fry for another 5 minutes.
Separately boil udon according to the instructions. Add soy sauce and teriyaki to the chicken with vegetables, and simmer for 1 minute. Add udon and cook for another 3 minutes. Finally add chopped green onion.
3. Sweet and sour chicken udon

Chicken in sweet and sour sauce is much easier to prepare than it seems at first.
You will need: 220 g udon noodles, 400 g chicken fillet, 100 g green beans, 150 g onions, 100 g eggplant, 180 g bell peppers, 3 garlic cloves, 4 tbsp. soy sauce, 1 tbsp. sesame oil, 1 tsp apple cider vinegar, 1 tbsp. honey, sesame.
Cooking: Cut the eggplant into cubes, chicken into strips, chop the onion and garlic, grate the carrots on a Korean grater and cut the pepper into strips. Boil udon according to instructions. Mix soy sauce, honey, vinegar and sesame oil.
Fry the chicken in a third of the mixed sauce. After a couple of minutes, add onions, garlic and carrots, and fry for a couple more minutes. Then add eggplant, bell pepper and green beans. After a couple of minutes, add udon, the remaining sauce and sesame seeds, mix and warm everything together for 1 minute.
4. Udon with chicken in a slow cooker

Amazing udon can be cooked not only in a pan or in a wok!
You will need: 400 g udon noodles, 400 g chicken fillet, 200 g bell peppers, 80 g carrots, 80 g onions, 90 ml teriyaki sauce, 2 tbsp. vegetable oil, 2 cloves of garlic.
Cooking: Cut the chicken into strips and marinate it in teriyaki sauce for 10 minutes. Boil udon according to the instructions and cut all the vegetables into strips. Heat the vegetable oil in the multicooker bowl in the “Frying” mode and fry the chicken. Put it aside.
Separately, in a clean bowl, fry all the vegetables until soft. Add garlic, chicken and udon, stir and fry for another 2-3 minutes in the same mode until tender.
5. Udon with chicken and bell pepper

One of the most popular recipes because bell peppers are the perfect addition to udon.
You will need: 200 g udon noodles, 250 g chicken fillet, 2 bell peppers, 1 onion, 1/2 carrot, 1 tbsp. soy sauce, half a bunch of green onions, spices.
Cooking: Boil udon according to package instructions. Cut the vegetables into strips, the chicken into cubes, and chop the green onions. Fry everything together over high heat until the chicken is golden brown. Add spices, soy sauce and 100-150 ml of water, and simmer until thickened. Add udon, stir and remove from heat.
6. Udon with chicken and green beans

If using fresh green beans, boil them for a couple of minutes until soft.
You will need: 200 g udon noodles, 300 g chicken breast, 1 onion, 1 bell pepper, 160 g green beans, 4 tbsp. soy sauce, spices, sesame.
Cooking: Boil the udon and randomly cut the chicken with vegetables. Fry the chicken for 2-3 minutes over high heat, add vegetables and beans, and fry for another 5 minutes. Pour in soy sauce, season and add udon. Fry everything together for another 3-4 minutes and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
7. Udon with chicken and champignons

Optionally, take not only champignons, but also any other mushrooms.
You will need: 200 g udon noodles, 200 g chicken fillet, 200 g mushrooms, 40 g onions, 1 bell pepper, 40 ml soy sauce, spices.
Cooking: Cut the mushrooms and chicken into cubes, bell peppers into strips, chop the onion and boil the udon according to the instructions. Fry the chicken for a couple of minutes over high heat, add the mushrooms and fry for another 2 minutes. After e In addition, add onion and pepper, and continue cooking for 10 minutes. Cooking: Boil the udon according to the instructions and, optionally, but not too large, chop the rest of the ingredients. If the shiitake is dry, soak them in hot water for 20 minutes. Fry the chicken over high heat for 3-4 minutes. Add all vegetables and mushrooms with garlic and chili, and fry, stirring, for another 5-6 minutes.
Add spices, pour in soy sauce and teriyaki and send udon to the pan. Mix everything thoroughly, cook for another 1 minute and sprinkle the finished noodles with sesame seeds.
9. Udon with chicken, green peas and tomatoes

Tomatoes are not so often used in Asian cuisine, but this is not a reason to abandon them altogether.
You will need: 200 g udon noodles, 300 g chicken breast, 2 tomatoes, 1 bell pepper, 1 carrot, 1 onion, 100 g green peas, 3 tbsp. soy sauce, 2 cloves of garlic, spices.
Cooking: Boil udon according to instructions. Remove the skin from the tomatoes and cut them into cubes. Cut the rest of the vegetables into strips and chop the garlic. Fry the chicken pieces in a skillet over high heat and season. Add onions, carrots and bell peppers, and fry for another 5 minutes.
Add green peas and tomatoes, and after 3 minutes – soy sauce and garlic. After another minute, send udon to the pan, mix everything and remove the finished noodles from the heat.
10. Udon with chicken, eggplant and Korean carrots

If there is no Korean carrot, then the usual one will do.
You will need: 200 g udon noodles, 200 g chicken fillet, 1 eggplant, 80 g Korean carrots, 1 onion, 5 tbsp. soy sauce and teriyaki, spices.
Cooking: Cut the chicken into strips and marinate it for 20 minutes in soy sauce and spices. Boil udon until done. Cut the eggplant into cubes and chop the onion.
Fry the chicken for 4-5 minutes over high heat. Add onion and eggplant, and fry for another 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add Korean carrots and udon, season, pour in the rest of the chicken marinade and teriyaki, and simmer for another 5 minutes.
11. Udon with chicken and zucchini

A great solution is to cut the zucchini and carrots into thin ribbons using a vegetable peeler.
You will need: 200 g udon noodles, 300 g chicken breast, 1 zucchini, 1 carrot, 1 bell pepper, 120 ml teriyaki sauce, 10 g garlic, 20 g ginger, spices.
Cooking: Cut the chicken into strips, roll in spices and fry until tender. Boil the udon, cut the bell pepper into strips, and carrots and zucchini into thin ribbons. Send the vegetables to the chicken and fry for another 3-4 minutes. Add grated ginger, crushed garlic and teriyaki. After another 3 minutes, add udon and stir in the noodles.
12. Udon with chicken and pineapple

Chicken with pineapple is traditionally good in any form.
You will need: 300 g chicken fillet, 200 g udon noodles, 200 g canned pineapples, 2 bell peppers, 100 ml soy sauce, 2 garlic cloves, 3 tbsp. lemon juice, 30 g ginger, 15 g starch, 1 tbsp. Sahara.
Cooking: Cut the chicken into strips, sweet pepper into strips, chop the garlic and ginger, cut the pineapples into cubes and boil the udon. Fry the chicken over high heat until golden brown. Add garlic, ginger and pepper, and cook for another 2-3 minutes. Add pineapples and fry some more.
Separately, mix lemon juice, soy sauce, sugar and cornstarch and heat, stirring, until cornstarch dissolves. Add udon to the chicken, mix everything, pour in soy sauce and simmer for another 5-7 minutes.
13. Creamy chicken udon

This udon recipe is original not only with creamy sauce, but also with boiled chicken.
You will need: 200 g udon noodles, 250 g boiled chicken, 200 ml cream, 120 g mushrooms, 1 onion, 1 garlic clove, spices.
Cooking: Boil udon until done. Finely chop the boiled chicken. Fry chopped onion and garlic until transparent, add mushrooms, and fry for another 5 minutes. Pour in the cream, season, and simmer for 5-6 minutes until thickened. Add chicken and udon, stir and heat for another minute.
14. Udon with chicken and egg

It is very typical for Japanese cuisine to add eggs to dishes.
You will need: 200 g udon noodles, 250 g chicken fillet, 2 eggs, 1 bell pepper, 1 carrot, 120 g green beans, 5 tbsp. soy sauce, 15 g of garlic and ginger, spices.

15. Udon with chicken and shrimp

A variation of udon for both chicken and seafood lovers.
You will need: 300 g udon noodles, 400 g chicken fillet, 200 g peeled shrimp, 200 g daikon, 200 g bell pepper, 200 g asparagus, 1 leek, 4 cm ginger, 1 chili pepper, 3 garlic cloves, 1 bunch cilantro, soy sauce, spices.
Cooking: Boil the udon until cooked through, thinly slice the chicken and randomly chop the rest of the ingredients. Sauté the leek, chili, ginger and garlic for a couple of minutes. Add chicken and fry for another 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add the daikon and bell pepper, cook the same amount more, and then add the shrimp and asparagus. Pour in soy sauce and simmer everything together for another 2-3 minutes. After that, add chopped cilantro, season to taste and mix everything with udon.
