
Korean-style champignons, beloved by all, are prepared very simply. The only difficulty is just to wait for the right time and not eat them before. Here are 15 great recipes!
1. Korean champignons in 15 minutes

Just what you need when you don’t have time to cook.
You will need: 1 kg of mushrooms, 3 cups of water, 50 ml of vegetable oil, half a lemon, 4 peas of black and allspice, 1 tbsp. coriander beans, 5 garlic cloves, 4 bay leaves, 1 tsp. sugar, 1 tbsp. salt.
Cooking: Mix salt, spices, sugar, oil, chopped garlic and lemon juice in water. Boil mushrooms in this mixture for 10 minutes. After cooling, drain and serve.
2. Korean champignons with onions

Cut the onion into rings 3-4 mm thick.
You will need: 500 g champignons, 2 onions, 2 tbsp. vegetable oil, 1 tbsp. apple cider vinegar, 2 bay leaves, 5 allspice peas, 0.5 tsp. sugar, 1 tbsp. salt.
Cooking: Boil the mushrooms for 10 minutes. Cut the onion into rings. Mix mushrooms with onions, spices, salt, vinegar and sugar. Mix everything well and leave to marinate in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours.
3. Korean-style champignons with carrots

It is better to use small mushrooms.
You will need: 1 kg of champignons, 3 carrots, 1 onion, 5 stalks of green onions, 5 cloves of garlic, 2 tbsp. apple cider vinegar, 70 ml vegetable oil, 3 bay leaves, 2 tbsp. soy sauce, 1 tbsp. salt, 1 tsp sugar, 0.5 tsp ground black pepper, 0.5 tsp ground paprika.
Cooking: Cut the mushrooms and boil in salted water for 10 minutes. Grate carrots and salt. Fry chopped onion in vegetable oil and add hot to carrots. Mix mushrooms, carrots, sugar, salt, vinegar and spices. Cover with a lid and leave overnight.
4. Korean champignons with sweet pepper

Peppers of bright colors look beautiful in a salad.
You will need: 600 g champignons, 4 sweet peppers, half a bunch of green onions, 2 tbsp. soy sauce, 2 tsp lemon juice, 1 onion, 60 ml vegetable oil, 1 tbsp. coarse salt, 0.5 tsp sugar, 0.5 tsp ground black pepper, 3 garlic cloves, 2 bay leaves.
Cooking: Chop the mushrooms, peppers, garlic and green onions. Boil mushrooms in salted water for 7-10 minutes. Fry chopped onion until transparent, add sweet pepper. Mix everything with spices, sugar, salt and garlic. Cover with a lid and leave to marinate for 10-12 hours.
5. Korean mushrooms with soy sauce and sesame seeds

You can use white sesame, black or a mixture of the two.
You will need: 1 kg of champignons, 3 tbsp. sesame seeds, 100 ml vegetable oil, half a lemon, 5 garlic cloves, 50 ml soy sauce, 4 bay leaves, 5 allspice and black peppercorns, 1 tbsp. salt, 1 tsp sugar, 0.5 tsp ground black pepper, 0.5 tsp ground coriander, 5 stalks of green onions, half a bunch of parsley.
Cooking: Boil the mushrooms for 10 minutes and cool. Mix chopped greens and garlic squeezed through a press with spices, oil and lemon juice. Dry the sesame for a couple of minutes in a pan and add to the mushrooms. Pour everything with a spicy mixture, mix and leave to marinate for 8 hours.
6. Korean mushrooms with tomatoes

Use cherry tomatoes or regular small tomatoes.
You will need: 500 g of mushrooms, 200 ml of water, 2 sprigs of cherry tomatoes, 1 tbsp. lemon juice, 3 cloves of garlic, half a bunch of herbs, 2 tbsp. vegetable oil, 1.5 tsp salt, 1 tsp honey, 0.5 tsp ground black pepper, 5 peas of allspice.
Cooking: Boil the mushrooms for 10 minutes and cut into halves. Separately, mix water with salt, sugar, spices, oil and lemon juice. Bring the mixture to a boil, add boiled mushrooms and tomatoes. Turn off the heat, cover with a lid and leave the vegetables in the pot until cool.
7. Spicy champignons in Korean

Adjust the amount of hot pepper to your liking.
You will need: 1 kg of champignons, 1 pod of hot pepper, 2 onions, half a bunch of herbs, 4 bay leaves, 20 ml of apple cider vinegar, 1 tsp. honey, 1 tbsp. salt, 2 tbsp. sesame seeds, 4 garlic cloves, 3 tbsp. vegetable oil, 2 tbsp. soy sauce.
Cooking: Cut mushrooms and boil in salted water for 10 minutes. Separately, mix vinegar, oil, spices, garlic squeezed through a press. Cut the onion, hot pepper, chop the greens, dry the sesame seeds in a pan. Mix all ingredients with hot mixture. Pickle mushroomsin a cold place 5-6 hours.
8. Korean mushrooms with Tabasco sauce

Hot sauce will make this appetizer even more interesting.
You will need: 600 g champignons, 2 onions, half a bunch of dill, 0.5 tsp. Tabasco sauce, 2 tbsp. soy sauce, 2 tsp lemon juice, 3 garlic cloves, 2 tbsp. sesame, 3 tbsp. olive oil, 0.5 tsp ground black pepper, 1.5 tsp coarse salt.
Cooking: Boil mushrooms in salted water for 10 minutes. Fry the chopped onion and, together with the oil, pour hot into the mushrooms. Add finely chopped dill, garlic squeezed through a press, oil, lemon juice, sauces, salt and other spices. Stir and leave for 3-4 hours in a cold place.
9. Korean mushrooms with beans

Such a salad can even replace a full meal.
You will need: 1 kg of champignons, 1 cup of beans, 1 onion, half a bunch of greens, 3 stalks of green onions, 2 tbsp. vinegar, 3 tbsp. vegetable oil, 4 cloves of garlic, 50 ml of soy sauce, 1 tsp. honey, 0.5 tsp ground coriander, 5 black peppercorns.
Cooking: Soak the beans for 8-10 hours and cook until tender. Mushrooms cut and boil for 8 minutes. Mix beans, mushrooms, vinegar, chopped garlic, honey and spices. Finely chop the onion and fry until golden brown. Pour the roast into the salad, sprinkle with herbs and mix. The snack will be ready in 10 hours.
10. Mild champignons in Korean

A great alternative for those who don’t like spicy!
You will need: 1 kg of mushrooms, 1 onion, 4 cloves of garlic, half a bunch of herbs, half a lemon, 80 ml of vegetable oil, 3 bay leaves, 1 tbsp. salt, 0.5 tsp ground coriander, 2 tbsp. soy sauce, 0.5 tsp sugar, 3 tbsp. sesame.
Cooking: Boil washed mushrooms for 10 minutes. Cool and mix with chopped herbs and garlic. Add lemon juice, sauce, salt, sugar and spices. Finely chop the onion and fry. Pour the frying into the mushrooms and mix. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and leave to marinate in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
11. Korean mushrooms with cauliflower

Cabbage will remain crispy if it is immediately dipped in cold water after cooking.
You will need: 500 g mushrooms, 300 g cauliflower, 1 carrot, 1 sweet pepper, 40 ml vegetable oil, 1 tbsp. vinegar, 1.5 tsp salt, 0.5 tsp sugar, 1 tbsp. soy sauce, 2 bay leaves, 2 garlic cloves.
Cooking: Boil the mushrooms for 10 minutes in salted water. Boil cabbage for 8 minutes. Cut carrots and peppers. Mix everything with oil, vinegar, salt, sugar, spices and garlic. Leave the mushrooms to marinate for 3 hours.
12. Korean style fried champignons

Stir occasionally while marinating.
You will need: 600 g champignons, 1 tbsp. soy sauce, 3 cloves of garlic, 0.5 tsp. honey, 1 tsp coarse salt, 0.5 tsp ground black pepper, 2 tbsp. vegetable oil, 1 tbsp. vinegar.
Cooking:Fry mushrooms and garlic until golden brown. Add soy sauce, vinegar, honey, salt, oil and spices. Mix and leave for an hour in the refrigerator.
13. Korean style mushrooms marinated with asparagus

Don’t overcook the asparagus so it doesn’t fall apart.
You will need: 0.5 kg of mushrooms, 300 raw asparagus, 1 onion, 50 ml of vegetable oil, 2 tsp. lemon juice, 1 tsp salt, 0.5 tsp honey, 3 cloves of garlic, 3 peas of black and allspice, 2 bay leaves.
Cooking: Mushrooms cut and boil for 8 minutes with bay leaf. Fry the chopped onion until transparent, add the chopped asparagus and simmer for 4-5 minutes. Mix frying, champignons, add spices, salt, honey, sauce and lemon juice. Mix everything and leave covered for 2-3 hours.
14. Korean champignons with fuju

Soak dry fuju in hot water.
You will need: 500 g champignons, 3 garlic cloves, 200 g fuzhu, 1 carrot, 1 onion, 2 tsp. lemon juice, 1.5 tsp salt, a pinch of sugar, 3 bay leaves, 0.5 tsp. ground mixture of peppers, 1 tsp. coriander beans, 3 stalks of green onions.
Cooking: Boil the mushrooms for 10 minutes. Grate carrots on a special grater. Cut the prepared fuju, add champignons, carrots, garlic squeezed through a press and lemon juice. Stir and add remaining spices. Fry the chopped onion and add it to the salad hot. Sprinkle with chopped green onions and send to marinate in the refrigerator for 4-5 hours.
15. Korean champignons “Original”

You will definitely have to look for some ingredients for this recipe, but the effort is worth it!
You will need: 500 g champignons, 3 cloves of garlic, 2 tbsp. grape seed oil, 1 tsp spicy Korean sauce, 15 g salt, 0.5 tsp honey, 1 tbsp. lemon juice, 1 tbsp. soy sauce, 1 tsp Korean fermented bean paste.
Cooking: Fry mushrooms in hot oil until golden brown. Add minced garlic, salt, sauces, pasta and honey. Stir, turn off and pour in the lemon juice. Marinate mushrooms for 4 hours in a cold place.
