1. Classic strawberry jam with whole berries

Let’s start with the simplest recipe: only strawberries and nothing more!
You will need: 950 g strawberries, 750 g sugar, 0.5 lemon.
Cooking: Rinse the strawberries well, remove the tails and let them dry. Sprinkle it with sugar in layers and leave for 8 hours, shaking occasionally. Boil the berry for 5-7 minutes to dissolve the remaining sugar, and leave for another 2 hours without a lid. Repeat the procedure 2 more times, and at the end add lemon juice and put the jam in jars.
2. Strawberry jam with citric acid

Instead of lemon juice, you can take the usual dry acid. It retains the bright color of the berry.
You will need: 500 g strawberries, 500 g sugar, 0.5 tsp. citric acid.
Cooking: Rinse the strawberries, dry them, remove the tails and cover them with sugar overnight. In the morning, gently mix everything, boil for 5 minutes, cool, and repeat the procedure twice more. During the third cooking, add citric acid. Roll jam into jars.
3. Strawberry jam in a hurry

Without many hours of waiting and several approaches!
You will need: 1 kg strawberries, 1 kg sugar, 100 ml water.
Cooking: Pour washed and peeled strawberries with sugar for 2 hours. You still have to wait this time for the berry to let the juice out. Pour in water, put on medium heat and bring the jam to a boil. Remove the foam and boil the syrup for 5 minutes. After that, immediately roll the jam into jars.
4. Thick strawberry jam with whole berries

To thicken ordinary non-homogeneous jams, use natural thickeners.
You will need: 3 kg strawberries, 2 kg sugar, 25 g agar agar, 75 ml lemon juice.
Cooking: Pour washed strawberries with sugar and leave for 4-5 hours. Mix lemon juice with agar agar, add to strawberries and bring everything to a boil. Boil half an hour on low heat, removing the foam. And then pour the jam into jars.
5. Strawberry and cherry jam with whole berries

The combination of cherry and strawberry flavors is simply amazing!
You will need: 300 g strawberries, 250 g cherries, 400 g sugar.
Cooking: Sort and wash the berries, tear off the leaves and get the pits from the cherries. Sprinkle everything with sugar, leave for an hour and mix gently. Boil the jam for 10 minutes, removing the foam, and immediately roll it into jars.
6. Strawberry and orange jam

Sweet strawberry jam, but with a gentle sourness and not at all cloying.
You will need: 800 g strawberries, 400 g sugar, 2 oranges.
Cooking: Pour the peeled strawberries with sugar, put on the stove and bring to a boil. Peel the oranges from all the films and chop coarsely. Add them to the strawberries, reduce the heat, boil the jam for another 10 minutes and cool. Bring it back to a boil, remove from heat and roll into jars.
7. Jam with whole strawberries and raspberries

A huge dose of vitamins on guard of your good mood and excellent immunity!
You will need: 1 kg raspberries, 1 kg strawberries, 2 kg sugar.
Cooking: Pour sugar with water and boil the syrup of medium density. Sort and clean the berry, pour syrup and leave for 3-4 hours. Carefully drain the syrup and boil it for another 15-20 minutes until viscous. Return the berry back and boil for another 10 minutes, and then roll the jam into jars.
8. Strawberry jam with fresh berries

The secret is that only syrup is boiled here, so the berries will be as fresh as possible.
You will need: 1 kg strawberries, 900 g sugar, 200 ml water, 3 tsp. citric acid.
Cooking: Pour the sugar with water and boil the syrup until it is completely dissolved. Remove it from the heat immediately after boiling and carefully place the strawberries in it. Leave for 15 minutes, remove the berry and boil the syrup for another 15 minutes. Repeat the procedure two more times, but after the last one, put the strawberries immediately into jars, and add citric acid to the syrup. Pour in the berries and roll up the jam.
9. Strawberry Jam with Mint and Basil

A real wonder for you and your loved ones!
You will need: 1.5 kg strawberries, 1.5 kg sugar, 1 lemon, 2 tsp. cinnamon, mint, basil.
Cooking: Sprinkle strawberries with sugar and leave for a couple of hours. Drain the juice carefully, add lemon zest and juice, mint, basil and cinnamon to it, bring to a boil and simmer for a couple of minutes. Gently put the berry into the syrup, boil for 5 minutes and cool to room temperature. Repeat this step twice more and pour the jam into jars.
10. Jam with whole strawberries and cherries

This jam will remind you of summer all winter long!
You will need: 800 g cherries, 1 kg strawberries, 500 g sugar.
Cooking: Peel the strawberries, remove the pits from the cherries and sprinkle the berries with sugar. Bring to a boil, boil for 5 minutes and cool the jam slightly. Repeat this step two more times and roll the workpiece into jars.
11. Jam with whole strawberries and blueberries

To prevent blueberries from falling apart, soak them in salt water for 15 minutes.
You will need: 1 kg strawberries, 1 kg blueberries, 1 kg sugar.
Cooking: Sprinkle the berry with sugar together or separately, and leave for several hours. Drain the juice, bring to a boil and boil until the sugar dissolves. Let the syrup cool, pour over the berries and mix gently. Boil for another 5-10 minutes and pour the jam into jars.
12. Frozen strawberry jam with whole berries

Think frozen strawberries are bound to fall apart? But no!
You will need: 1 kg of frozen strawberries, 1 kg of sugar, 2 sprigs of thyme, 0.5 lemon.
Cooking: Rinse the frozen berry with cold water and immediately sprinkle with sugar. As soon as it begins to melt and give juice, add thyme and bring the jam to a boil. Boil it for 5 minutes, removing the foam, pour in the lemon juice, remove the thyme and roll it into jars.
13. Strawberry jam without sugar

This jam is suitable for those who prefer the pure taste of strawberries or follow the figure.
You will need: 600 g strawberries.
Cooking: Rinse the strawberries well and put them in a jar to the very top. Pour in some water and boil directly in a jar in a water bath for half an hour. Roll up with a sterile lid.
14. Strawberry jam with pectin

Another recipe for a very thick and healthy strawberry jam with whole berries.
You will need: 1.5 kg strawberries, 10 g pectin, 330 g sugar, 0.5 lemon, 6 sprigs of thyme.
Cooking: Pour strawberries with pectin, mix and boil for 10 minutes. Add sugar, lemon juice and thyme leaves, and cook until the sugar dissolves. In the process, remove the foam, and then immediately pour the jam into jars.
15. Strawberry jam with whole berries in a slow cooker

The best way to save time without sacrificing results!
You will need: 1 kg strawberries, 800 g sugar.
Cooking: Wash strawberries and remove stems. Put it in a bowl, sprinkle with sugar and leave to stew for an hour with the lid open. Roll jam into jars.
