The roasting sleeve is good because you can fold it and cook literally anything. Today we want to share the best recipes for chicken in the sleeve – whole, in parts, with a side dish or vegetables. Choose!
1. Whole chicken up your sleeve
In the sleeve, too, an excellent crisp is obtained.
You will need: 1 chicken, 2 tbsp. olive oil, spices, garlic.
Cooking: Mix the oil with spices and crushed garlic, and rub the chicken well inside and out. Wrap it tightly in a sleeve and bake in the oven for 1-1.5 hours at 180 degrees. 20 minutes before the end, cut the sleeve to form a crust.
2. Chicken drumsticks in the sleeve
A classic recipe with a fresh sprig of rosemary.
You will need: 800 g chicken drumsticks, 2 cloves of garlic, 1 sprig of rosemary, 1 tsp. paprika, hops-suneli and curry, spices.
Cooking: Roll the chicken drumsticks well in spices with crushed garlic. Fold in a sleeve along with a sprig of rosemary and bake for 45 minutes at 200 degrees. Then cut the sleeve, spread the drumsticks in one layer and bake for another 15 minutes.
3. Chicken wings up your sleeve
Fragrant and juicy chicken wings are a wonderful snack and a complete meat dish.
You will need: 1 kg chicken wings, 3 tbsp. soy sauce, provencal herbs, chili, spices.
Cooking: Marinate the wings in soy sauce and spices, fold into a sleeve and leave for 20 minutes. Bake for 40 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees, and if you want a crust, cut the bag 10-15 minutes before the end.
4. Chicken fillet in the sleeve
Thanks to baking in the sleeve, even dryish chicken fillet turns out to be very juicy.
You will need: 600 g chicken fillet, 1 tbsp. smoked paprika, 1 tbsp. olive oil, 1 tbsp. soy sauce, spices.
Cooking: Mix the oil, soy sauce and spices and rub the chicken well with this mixture. Fold the fillet into a sleeve and bake for 30-35 minutes at 200 degrees.
5. Chicken with potatoes in the sleeve
You can add any fresh or frozen vegetables if you like.
You will need: 1 chicken, 2 garlic cloves, spices, 600 g potatoes, 100 ml sour cream, 2 tbsp. olive oil.
Cooking: Cut the chicken along the breast and unfold it so that it bakes faster. Rub it with spices, and then with sour cream with garlic, and leave for an hour. Coarsely chop the potatoes and mix with oil and seasonings. Put everything in a sleeve and bake for 1.5 hours at 180 degrees.
6. Chicken with vegetables in the sleeve
Delicate dietary dish without excess fat, but with a rich taste.
You will need: 600 g chicken, 3 potatoes, 1 onion, 1 carrot, 1 pepper, 1 tomato, 1 zucchini, 150 g broccoli, 150 g cauliflower, 5 tbsp. sour cream, 2 tbsp soy sauce, spices.
Cooking: Marinate portioned chicken pieces in sour cream, soy sauce and spices for an hour. Put them in the sleeve, add randomly chopped vegetables, tie and mix. Bake in the oven for 50-60 minutes at 190 degrees.
7. Chicken with mushrooms in the sleeve
Mushrooms go well with herbs and herbs.
You will need: 600 g chicken, 500 g mushrooms, 2 tbsp. mayonnaise, spices, 1 bunch of herbs.
Cooking: Roll chicken in mayonnaise and spices, and fold into a sleeve. Coarsely chop the mushrooms there, chop the greens and mix everything. Bake in the oven for about an hour at 180 degrees.
8. Chicken in cream
We recommend taking sour cream from 20% fat.
You will need: 900 g chicken, 100 ml cream, 2 garlic cloves, 1 onion, spices.
Cooking: Cut the chicken into portions, coarsely chop the onion, and cut the garlic into slices. Mix everything with spices, put in a sleeve, pour in the cream and mix again. Bake for an hour at 180 degrees.
9. Chicken in tomato
The crust from tomato paste is the most beautiful and ruddy!
You will need: 800 g chicken, 150 g tomato paste, 100 g onion, spices.
Cooking: Cut the chicken into portions, and the onion into half rings. Mix everything with tomato paste and spices, leave for half an hour and put in a sleeve. Bake for an hour in the oven at 180 degrees.
10. Chicken with oranges in the sleeve
An exquisite dish that can decorate any holiday table.
You will need: 1 chicken, 1 orange, 1 apple, 2 tbsp. provencal herbs, 1 tbsp. turmeric, 1 rosemary sprig, 3 garlic cloves, 2 tbsp. olive oil.
Cooking: Mix the oil with the spices and rub the marinade on the chicken inside and out. Coarsely chop the apple, orange and snok, and stuff the chicken for everyone. Put two circles of orange under the skin. Wrap the bird in a sleeve with a sprig of rosemary and bake for 60-70 minutes at 200 degrees.
11. Chicken with dried fruit in the sleeve
The delicious filling will not leave anyone indifferent.
You will need: 1 chicken, 0.5 cup breadcrumbs, 2 oranges, 3 tbsp. raisins, 100 g prunes, 200 g dried apricots, 2 apples, 4 tbsp. brown sugar, 300 ml red wine.
Cooking: Rub the chicken with spices inside and out. Mix the zest and pulp of one orange, juice from the second, crackers and spices in a bowl. Stuff the bird with this mixture and secure the hole with toothpicks.
Mix dried fruits and apple slices with sugars and wine and slightly evaporate in a pan. Put everything in a sleeve and bake for 60-70 minutes at 180 degrees, and cut the bag in the last 10 minutes.
12. Chicken with soy sauce in the sleeve
Spicy and spicy Asian-inspired chicken.
You will need: 1 chicken, 100 ml soy sauce, chili pepper, ginger root, garlic, spices.
Cooking: Mix soy sauce with finely chopped chili, crushed garlic and grated ginger. Rub the chicken inside and out with spices, and then put it in a sleeve and pour over the sauce. Leave for half an hour and bake for another hour at 180 degrees.
13. Chicken in honey sauce
Honey mustard marinade is a win-win choice for poultry.
You will need: 1 chicken, 5 garlic cloves, 3 tbsp. honey and granular mustard, spices.
Cooking: Mix honey, mustard, spices and grated garlic, and rub the marinade over the chicken on all sides. Put it in a sleeve and bake for an hour at 180-200 degrees.
14. Chicken with beans in the sleeve
Soak the beans and boil until tender in advance.
You will need: 1 chicken, 250 g beans, 3 carrots, 2 onions, 500 ml tomato sauce or puree.
Cooking: Divide the chicken into portions, roll in spices and lightly fry. Chop the onion, grate the carrots on a coarse grater and cook the roast. Add tomatoes and beans there, mix, and put everything in a sleeve. Bake in the oven for 40 minutes at 180 degrees.
15. Chicken with cabbage in the sleeve
It’s hard to come up with a chicken recipe even easier!
You will need: 400 g chicken, 400 g cabbage, 1 carrot, 2 tbsp. tomato paste, spices, 2 cloves of garlic, 1 tsp. Sahara.
Cooking: Divide the chicken into pieces, grate the carrots and finely chop the cabbage. Put everything in a sleeve, add spices, sugar, garlic and tomato paste, and mix well. Bake the dish for about 45 minutes at 180 degrees.
