1. Cake “Potato” according to GOST

When you want to return to the carefree years again.
You will need: 3 eggs, 100 g sugar, 80 g flour, 20 g starch, 0.5 tsp. vanilla essence, 130 g butter, 50 g condensed milk, 60 g powdered sugar, 1 tbsp. cocoa.
Cooking: Heat the eggs with sugar in a water bath to about 45 degrees and beat until foamy. Add starch with flour, pour the mass onto a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes in the oven at 200 degrees. Let the biscuit dry for a day.
Grind the biscuit in a blender. Separately beat butter, icing sugar, vanilla and condensed milk. Mix with biscuit crumbs, shape into cakes and roll in cocoa.
2. Cake “Potato” with boiled condensed milk

In fact, such “Potatoes” can be given any shape.
You will need: 300 g cookies, 1 cup boiled condensed milk, 4 tbsp. cocoa, 100 g butter, 1 pinch of vanillin, powdered sugar.
Cooking: Grind the cookies into crumbs and mix the condensed milk, cocoa and soft butter until smooth. Add vanillin, combine both masses, knead longer, form cakes and roll them in powdered sugar.
3. Cake “Potato” from cookies in sesame

Any cookie that can be crushed into crumbs will do.
You will need: 400 g cookies, 100 g butter, 100 g condensed milk, 2 handfuls of walnuts, 2 handfuls of cocoa, sesame.
Cooking: Crush the cookies with walnuts. Mix condensed milk, butter and cocoa until smooth. Combine both masses, knead the dough thoroughly, form cakes in the form of potatoes and roll them in sesame seeds.
4. Cake “Potato” with a banana

We recommend rolling the cake in coconut flakes or chopped nuts.
You will need: 300 g shortbread cookies, 50 g butter, 10 g cocoa, 30 g condensed milk, 1 banana.
Cooking: Melt the butter, mash the banana with a fork, crush the cookies into crumbs and mix everything until smooth. Form cakes, roll in something to taste and send for 1 hour in the refrigerator.
5. PP “Potato” with cottage cheese

Unusual cottage cheese “Potato” – healthy and low-calorie.
You will need: 200 g cottage cheese, 80 g oatmeal, 1 banana, 0.5 tsp. cinnamon, 2 tbsp. honey, 20 g cocoa.
Cooking: Mash the banana with a fork, mix with oatmeal and send the mass for 20-25 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees. Stir the workpiece every 5 minutes, and then grind it in a blender. Grind cottage cheese through a sieve, add honey and mix everything together. Form a “potato”, roll in cocoa and send for a couple of hours in the refrigerator.
6. Cake “Potato” with nuts

Toast the nuts in advance in a dry frying pan.
You will need: 400 g shortbread cookies, 50 g almonds, 50 g walnuts, 50 g peanuts, 1 can of boiled condensed milk, 50 g cocoa.
Cooking: Grind cookies and roasted shelled nuts in a blender. Mix with boiled condensed milk until smooth, form cakes, roll them in cocoa and send for 1 hour in the refrigerator.
7. Cake “Potato” with coconut

If you are preparing “Potato” not for children, then you can add a couple more tablespoons of coconut or cream liquor.
You will need: 300 g shortbread cookies, 1.5 tbsp. cocoa, 100 g powdered sugar, 120 g butter, 100 g coconut.
Cooking: Grind cookies in a blender, mix with half of the coconut and add the powdered sugar with cocoa. Mix everything thoroughly with soft butter, form cakes, roll in the remaining shavings and send for a couple of hours in the refrigerator.
8. Cake “Potato” with cognac

A great option for homemade cake if you are expecting guests.
You will need: 300 g cookies, 150 g butter, 3 tbsp. cocoa, 2 tbsp. cognac, 2 tbsp. powdered sugar, coconut.
Cooking: Beat the butter with powdered sugar and cognac, pass the cookies through a meat grinder and mix. Add cocoa, knead the mass, form “potatoes” and roll in coconut flakes.
9. Cake “Potato” from sweet crackers

Plus “Karotshki” in that such a cake is made from any improvised ingredients.
You will need: 300 g of sweet crackers, 120 g of condensed milk, 90 g of butter, 80 g of sugar, 50 g of walnuts, 2 tbsp. cocoa, 40 ml of milk.
Cooking: Grind crackers and nuts with a blender into crumbs. Beat the condensed milk, butter, sugar and cocoa with a mixer. Combine both masses, pour in milk and knead the plasticine dough. Form cakes and put in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours.
10. Cake “Potato” with milk

Milk allows you to give the dough an even more viscous consistency.
You will need: 350 g cookies, 1 glass of milk, 1 glass of sugar, 100 g butter, 2 tbsp. cocoa.
Cooking: Crush cookies into crumbs in any convenient way. Mix sugar, cocoa and milk, and bring to a boil, stirring. Add soft butter and boil everything until it dissolves. Let the mass cool a little, mix with crumbs and knead thoroughly. Form small cakes, roll them in sprinkles to taste and send to the refrigerator.
11. Cake “Potato” with Nutella

One of the fastest Potato recipes, when the cake needs to be cooked as quickly as possible.
You will need: 300 g cookies, 120 ml milk, 3 tbsp. nutella.
Cooking: Crush the cookies into crumbs, boil the milk with Nutella until it dissolves, mix everything together and make small cakes. Put them in the freezer for 15 minutes.
12. Cake “Potato” with peanut butter

Other nut butter works great too!
You will need: 500 g shortbread cookies, 200 g sugar, 200 ml milk, 200 g butter, 5 tbsp. cocoa, 4 tbsp. peanut butter, 2 tbsp. peanuts.
Cooking: Mix butter, milk, sugar and half of the cocoa, and boil for 5-7 minutes over medium heat until dissolved. Crush cookies into crumbs, mix with peanut butter, and then – with milk mixture. Form the cakes. Grind the peanuts into crumbs, mix with the remaining cocoa, and roll the “potato” in the sprinkles.
13. Vegan Chickpea Potato

For this recipe, boil the chickpeas ahead of time to cool.
You will need: 400 g boiled chickpeas, 120 g dates, 100 g walnuts, 40 g cocoa.
Cooking: Pass chickpeas, nuts and dates through a meat grinder several times or chop in a blender. Add half of the cocoa, mix the ingredients, shape into cakes and roll them in the remaining cocoa. Send the dessert for 2 hours in the refrigerator.
14. Cake “Potato” from dryers with prunes

Drying or bagels are another win-win basis for Potatoes.
You will need: 800 g dryers, 1 can of condensed milk, 100 g prunes, 200 g butter, 3 tbsp. cocoa, coconut.
Cooking: Beat condensed milk with soft butter and cocoa. Grind the dryers into crumbs and separately grind the prunes in a blender. Put everything together, form cakes, roll in shavings and send to the refrigerator.
15. Cake “Potato” from waffles

Any waffles you have on hand will do.
You will need: 600 g waffles, 200 g butter, 2 cups roasted walnuts, 100 g dark chocolate, 3 tbsp. cocoa.
Cooking: Grind waffles with nuts in a blender, add cocoa and grated chocolate, and mix with melted butter until smooth. Form cakes and roll in any topping to taste. Send them to freeze in the fridge.
