1. Baked mackerel in foil

Most often, mackerel is sold whole, in the form of gutted carcasses, so we will cook it the same way.
You will need: 2 mackerels, 20 g each of carrots, onions and bell peppers, 1 tbsp. mayonnaise, 1 tbsp. soy sauce, spices.
Cooking: Clean and gut the mackerel. Rub it with spices inside and out. Finely chop all the vegetables and put in the abdomen. Lubricate the mackerel with a mixture of mayonnaise and soy sauce, wrap individually in foil and bake for about 30-40 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees.
2. Mackerel with soy sauce in foil

Soy sauce is the easiest and most versatile marinade for any fish.
You will need: 2 mackerels, 2 onions, 150 ml soy sauce, 1/2 lemon, 20 ml vegetable oil, spices.
Cooking: Gut the mackerel, make cuts on the sides, rub the fish with spices and sprinkle with lemon juice. Finely chop the onion and put it in the slits and belly. Pour all this with soy sauce with butter and leave for 20-30 minutes. Wrap the mackerel in foil and bake for 20 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees. Open the foil and bake for another 20 minutes.
3. Mackerel with lemon in foil in the oven

A win-win way to cook delicious and tender mackerel.
You will need: 2 mackerels, 1 lemon, 6 sprigs of parsley, spices, 1 tsp. vegetable oil.
Cooking: Gut the mackerel, make cuts on the sides and rub it with spice oil. Put lemon slices into the incisions, and put the remaining lemon into the belly. Add parsley sprigs there and wrap in foil. Bake the mackerel for about 30 minutes at 200 degrees.
4. Mackerel with onions and carrots in foil

A great way to bake mackerel fillet under a vegetable coat.
You will need: 900 g mackerel, 1 onion, 1 carrot, 1 tbsp. lemon juice, 2 tbsp. mayonnaise, 3 tbsp. vegetable oil, spices.
Cooking: Cut the mackerel carcasses into halves and separate the fillets on the skin. Finely chop the onion, grate the carrots and fry them until soft. Lubricate the fillet on the skin side with oil, and on the pulp side with mayonnaise with soy sauce. Put the vegetables on the mayonnaise and put the two halves of the fillet together. Wrap everything in foil and bake for about 30 minutes in the oven at 190 degrees.
5. Mackerel with vegetables in foil

Quite a dietary dish for all adherents of proper nutrition.
You will need: 3 mackerel, 1 bell pepper, 1 carrot, 1 onion, 1 zucchini, 3 garlic cloves, 1 lemon, spices and herbs.
Cooking: Fillet the mackerel on the skin, sprinkle with lemon juice and rub with spices and herbs. Finely chop all the vegetables and fry a little until soft. Add garlic and spices. Lay the vegetables on the mackerel fillet and roll each fillet skin-side out. Wrap in foil and bake in the oven for half an hour at 180 degrees.
6. Mackerel with herbs in foil in the oven

Mackerel is best baked in foil – so there will be almost no smell in the apartment.
You will need: 3 mackerels, 1 bunch of green onions, dill and parsley, 1 lemon, spices.

Cooking: Gut and rinse the mackerel, make cuts on the sides and rub it with spices. Drizzle the fish with lemon juice. Slice the tomatoes and onion into rings and place in the slits. And what remains – in the abdomen. Wrap the mackerel in foil and bake for up to 40 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees.
8. Mackerel with mayonnaise in foil

If you want to beautifully brown the fish, then cook it without foil for the last 10 minutes.
You will need: 2 mackerels, 1 onion, 2 tbsp. mayonnaise, 2 cloves of garlic, spices, 4 sprigs of herbs.
Cooking: Gut and clean the mackerel. Rub it with spices, and put chopped onion and a couple of sprigs of greens into the belly. Mix mayonnaise with crushed garlic, grate mackerel and wrap in foil. Bake in the oven for 35 minutes at 190 degrees.
9. Mackerel filletwith sour cream and onion in foil

Fillet is more convenient to cook because it bakes even faster.
You will need: 4 mackerel fillets, 2 tbsp. sour cream, 2 onions, spices.
Cooking: Rub the mackerel fillet with sour cream and spices. Cut the onion into rings and put a small amount on 4 sheets of foil. Arrange mackerel on top, and onion again on top. Wrap everything in foil and bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 200 degrees.

You will need: 2 mackerels, 200 g of champignons, 1 onion, 4 sprigs of herbs, 1 lemon, spices.
Cooking: Gut the carcasses of the fish and put the onion and greens chopped into feathers into the belly. Sprinkle mackerel with lemon juice and rub with spices. Cut the mushrooms into slices, put on foil, put the mackerel on top and then mushrooms again. Wrap everything tightly and bake in the oven for about 35 minutes at 190-200 degrees.
11. Mackerel in sour cream in the oven

Another great way to cook low-calorie PP fish!
You will need: 600 g mackerel, 1/2 cup sour cream, 15 ml lemon juice, 1/2 onion, spices.
Cooking: Gut the fish, sprinkle with lemon juice, rub with spices and stuff with chopped onions. Generously grease the mackerel with sour cream on all sides and leave for 10-20 minutes. Wrap it in foil and put it in the oven for 40 minutes at 180 degrees.
12. Mackerel with mustard in foil

Depending on what kind of mustard you take, the taste will also be completely different.
You will need: 1 mackerel, 1 tbsp. mustard, mayonnaise and soy sauce, spices.
Cooking: Gut the mackerel and rub with spices on all sides. Mix mustard, mayonnaise and soy sauce, coat fish inside and out, and leave for 20 minutes. Wrap the mackerel in foil and bake for 40 minutes at 180 degrees.

You will need: 2 mackerels, 1 orange, 1 sprig of thyme and rosemary, 100 ml of soy sauce, 1 tsp. ground ginger.
Cooking: Gut the mackerel, cut it, make cuts on the sides and marinate it for 15 minutes in soy sauce with ginger. Put slices of oranges into the cuts, and chopped herbs into the belly. Cover the fish with the remaining orange slices on all sides and wrap in foil. Cook mackerel in the oven for 20 minutes at 220 degrees, unfold the foil and cook for another 10 minutes.
14. Mackerel with cheese in foil

Such a beautiful dish can easily be served even on the festive table.
You will need: 1 mackerel, 2 potatoes, 1 carrot, 1 onion, 1 bell pepper, 150 g mayonnaise, 100 g hard cheese, half a bunch of parsley, spices and herbs.
Cooking: Finely chop all the vegetables and fry until golden brown in a pan. Gut the mackerel and rub it with spices and herbs. Put the vegetables on the foil and top with the mackerel. Put some grated cheese inside the fish. Pour everything with mayonnaise and wrap in foil, leaving a small hole on top. Bake the mackerel for 20 minutes in the oven at 200 degrees, unfold the foil, cover with the remaining cheese and chopped herbs, and bake for another 10 minutes.
15. Mackerel with potatoes in foil

You will need: 2 mackerels, 6 potatoes, 1 lemon, 1 bunch of herbs, spices.
Cooking: Cut and gut the fish, sprinkle with lemon juice and rub with spices. Slice the potatoes thinly and place them on two pieces of foil. Put the mackerel on top, wrap everything up and bake for 40 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees.
