1. Bird cherry compote in jars

You can change the amount of ingredients, but keep the proportions.
You will need: 1 glass of bird cherry, 1 glass of sugar, 20 g of lemon, 1.5 liters of water.
Cooking: Rinse the bird cherry, remove the legs and fill it with boiling water for 2-3 minutes. Let the berries drain and put in a sterile jar. Add lemon. Boil water with sugar, boil for about 5 minutes, pour in the bird cherry and roll up the compote.
2. Bird cherry compote without sterilization

The classic way of making compotes, for which you just need to wash the jar.
You will need: 300 g of bird cherry, 300 g of sugar, 2.5 liters of water.
Cooking: Rinse the berries and put them in a jar washed with soda. Pour in boiling water, cover and leave for 5 minutes. Drain this water, boil it again and pour the bird cherry again for 5 minutes. Drain the water again, add sugar, boil until dissolved, pour the syrup over the bird cherry and roll up the compote.
3. Compote of bird cherry without sugar

You need to understand that such a compote will be very amateurish. But if you like tart drinks – try it!
You will need: 1 kg of bird cherry, 1 liter of water.
Cooking: Rinse the bird cherry, cut off the branches and put it in a clean jar. Fill with water, cover with a lid and sterilize in a pot of boiling water for about 30 minutes. Roll up the compote.
4. Bird cherry compote with orange for the winter

If desired, add cinnamon or other spices to taste – they are very useful here.
You will need: 400 g bird cherry, 1 orange, 250 g sugar, 2.5 liters of water.
Cooking: Rinse and sort the bird cherry, and pour boiling water over it. Put it in a clean jar. Put the sliced orange there, pour everything with boiling water and leave it under the lid for 10 minutes. Drain the water, boil it again and pour for another 5 minutes. Drain the water again and boil. Pour sugar into a jar, pour boiling water over it and roll up the compote for the winter.
5. Bird cherry compote in a 3-liter jar

Compote for the whole family is very convenient to roll up in 3-liter jars, so catch the proportions.
You will need: 1 kg of bird cherry, 1.5 cups of sugar, 1.5 liters of water, 2 pinches of citric acid.
Cooking: Sort and wash the bird cherry. Pour boiling water over it for a couple of minutes, let it drain and put it in a sterile jar. Boil water with sugar, boil until smooth, pour the bird cherry and add citric acid. Roll up compote for the winter.
6. Compote of bird cherry and currant for the winter

An ideal vitamin drink in the cold season to strengthen the immune system.
You will need: 200 g of bird cherry, 300 g of black currant, 200 g of sugar, 2.5 liters of water.

7. Compote of bird cherry and apples for the winter

You will need: 6 apples, 10-12 branches of bird cherry, 300 g of sugar, 1.5 liters of water.
Cooking: Cut the apples into slices, sort out the bird cherry and put everything in sterile jars. Pour boiling water over and leave covered for 15 minutes. Drain this water and boil it with sugar until dissolved. Pour compote again and roll up.
8. Compote of ranetki and bird cherry for the winter

Bird cherry gives this compote a beautiful shade and a more complex taste.
You will need: 700 g ranetki, 1 cup bird cherry, 350 g sugar, water.
Cooking: Rinse everything thoroughly and put in a sterile jar. Pour boiling water over, cover with a lid and leave to cool. Drain this water, add sugar to it, bring to a boil and boil for 5 minutes. Pour again and roll up the compote.

Cooking: Sort the bird cherry and pour boiling water for 2-3 minutes. Put it in a sterile jar. Put the raspberries there, sprinkle with sugar and pour boiling water. Roll up compote for the winter.
11. Compote of red bird cherry, apples and pears

The best compote recipe from the simplest ingredients in a hurry.
You will need: 8-10 sprigs of red bird cherry, 6 pears, 6 apples, 450 g of sugar, 2 liters of water.
Cooking: Sort through the bird cherry, randomly cut the fruit and put everything in sterile jars. Pour boiling water over and leave covered for 15 minutes. Drain this water, add sugar and boil until dissolved. Fill everything with syrup androll compote for the winter.
12. Compote of bird cherry with lemon

If you prefer sweet drinks, then take more sugar.
You will need: 300 g of bird cherry, 300 g of sugar, 1 lemon, 1.5 liters of water.

13. Bird cherry compote with wild rose for the winter

Very unusual both in taste and in cooking technology!
You will need: 2-2.5 liters of water, 200 g of bird cherry, 500 g of wild rose, 270 g of sugar.
Cooking: Boil water with sugar and boil for 3 minutes. Put the washed bird cherry and wild rose there, remove from heat and let the berries brew for about 5 hours or even overnight. Put the berries in jars washed with soda. Bring the syrup back to a boil, boil for 5 minutes, pour compote and roll up.
14. Bird cherry compote with vinegar for the winter

Lovers of expressive sourness will like it. Vinegar is definitely needed fruit!
You will need: 400 g of bird cherry, 150 g of sugar, water, 10 ml of apple or other fruit vinegar.
Cooking: Rinse the bird cherry and put it in a sterile jar. Pour boiling water over and leave covered for 10 minutes. Drain this water, add sugar to it and boil again. Pour vinegar into the bird cherry, fill it with boiling syrup and roll up the jar.
15. Bird cherry compote with sea buckthorn for the winter

An excellent berry compote from several types of very healthy berries at once.
You will need: 200 g of cherries, 200 g of wild rose, 300 g of bird cherry, 100 g of sea buckthorn, 200-300 g of sugar, 1.5 l of water.
Cooking: Sort and wash all the berries. Put the cherries immediately in sterile jars. Boil water with sugar, boil until dissolved and add the rest of the berries. Boil for 3-5 minutes, stirring, and pour everything over the cherry. Roll up the compote.
