You will need: 500 g apricots, 140 g sugar, 220 ml kefir, 200 g flour, 2 eggs, 1 tsp. soda, 0.5 tsp salt.
Cooking: Beat eggs with sugar, and mix kefir with soda. Combine both masses and add the sifted flour with salt. Mix randomly chopped apricots into the dough, pour everything into a mold and bake for 40 minutes at 180 degrees in the oven.
2. Jellied pie with apricots in milk

It’s okay if the milk is sour – this is even a plus for the dough.
You will need: 400 g flour, 450 ml milk, 1 tsp. baking powder, 1 pinch of salt, 400 g apricots, 2 eggs, 200 g sugar.
Cooking: Beat the eggs with the sugar, add the milk and then add the sifted dry ingredients. Pour half of the dough into the mold, lay out the apricot halves and pour more dough on top. Bake the cake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 40 minutes.
3. Jellied pie with apricots on yogurt

The taste of the cake also depends on whether you choose yogurt with or without filling.
You will need: 500 g apricots, 3 eggs, 1 cup sugar, 500 g flour, 1 cup yogurt, 1/2 cup vegetable oil, 15 g baking powder.
Cooking: Beat eggs with sugar with a mixer. Add yogurt and butter and beat again. Then stir in the sifted flour with the baking powder. Add chopped apricots, mix the dough, pour it into a mold and bake a jellied pie for 40 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees.
4. Jellied pie with apricots in a slow cooker

Preparing in about the same way as in the oven – no difficulties.
You will need: 500 g apricots, 150 g sugar, 220 ml kefir, 200 g flour, 2 eggs, 1 tsp. baking powder.

You will need: 70 g butter, 50 g sugar, 2 eggs, 100 g flour, 1 tbsp. starch, 2 tsp baking powder, 300 g apricots.
Cooking: Beat soft butter with eggs and sugar, add the sifted dry ingredients. Pour the dough into the mold and put the chopped apricots on top. Bake the jellied pie in the oven for 35-40 minutes at 180 degrees.
9. Jellied pie with cocoa and apricots

Choose cocoa with a high content of cocoa beans – it has a richer chocolate flavor.
You will need: 170 g sugar, 190 g flour, 60 g cocoa, 2 eggs, 200 ml kefir, 350 g apricots, 100 ml vegetable oil, 10 g baking powder.
Cooking: Whisk eggs with sugar. Add oil and kefir, and whisk again. Add sifted dry ingredients and blend together. Then mix the chopped apricots into the dough and pour it into the mold. Bake the cake for 45 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees.
10. Lenten jellied apricot pie with yeast

Even during fasting, it is not at all necessary to completely abandon your favorite treats!
You will need: 300 g apricots, 200 g flour, 250 ml water, 2 tbsp. vegetable oil, 100 g sugar, 1 tsp. dry yeast, 1 pinch of salt.
Cooking: Dissolve sugar and yeast in warm water and leave for 10 minutes. Add flour and salt, and then butter. Leave the dough for 1 hour warm and pour half into the form. Lay out the chopped apricots and fill them with dough again. Bake the cake for 35-40 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees.

Running out of eggs in the fridge is no reason to put off baking.
