
Well, who doesn’t like to crunch on chips to a movie or even a beer? But the problem with such snacks is that they are quite high in calories and not very healthy. But the same cannot be said about pita chips, so catch our 15 great recipes!
1. Lavash chips in the oven

It is most convenient to cook such chips in the oven. Just 5-7 minutes and you’re done!
You will need: 1 sheet of lavash, 2 tbsp. olive oil, 10 g dill, 30 g hard cheese, 1 garlic clove, spices.
Cooking: Mix olive oil, crushed garlic, chopped dill and spices. Cut pita bread, put on parchment and brush with this sauce. Sprinkle with grated cheese and put the chips in the oven for 5-7 minutes at 190 degrees.
2. Lavash chips in a pan

We advise you to fry the chips in corn oil – it turns out both tastier and healthier.
You will need: 1 sheet of pita bread, salt, red pepper, dried garlic, ground coriander, dried dill, 1 tbsp. vegetable oil.
Cooking: Cut pita bread into triangles and place in hot oil in a frying pan. Add all the spices to taste and constantly stir the chips over medium heat. When they become crispy, turn off the stove.
3. Lavash chips in the microwave

And to make the chips even more flavorful, add a little smoked paprika.
You will need: 1 sheet of lavash, 1 tbsp. vegetable oil, salt, spices.
Cooking: Mix vegetable oil with spices to taste. Cut pita bread into pieces and brush with this oil. Carefully lay out and cook the chips in the microwave for 3 minutes at 800 watts.
4. Lavash chips in a slow cooker

Have you ever thought that even chips can be cooked in a slow cooker?
You will need: 2 sheets of pita bread, 300 ml of vegetable oil, spices.
Cooking: Pour vegetable oil into the multicooker bowl and turn on the “Frying” mode for 15 minutes. Cut the pita bread into slices and put into this oil in portions. After 2 minutes the chips are ready. Lay them out on paper towels and season.
5. PP lavash chips

Perhaps the most dietary chips of all.
You will need: 1 sheet of lavash, 2 tsp vegetable oil, 0.5 tsp each salt and ground black pepper, 1 tsp each. paprika and Italian herbs.
Cooking: Cut the pita bread into pieces, put it in a bag, add oil with all the spices and shake well. Bake the chips in the oven for 5-7 minutes at 180 degrees, stirring occasionally.
6. Lavash chips with cheese

Cheese should not be taken very much and rubbed on the smallest grater.
You will need: 2 sheets of pita bread, 200 g of grated hard cheese, 200 g of sour cream, 2 tsp. spices.
Cooking: Mix sour cream with spices and brush lavash sheets with it. Cut them into pieces, put them on parchment and lightly sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake the chips in the oven for 5-7 minutes at 200 degrees.
7. Lavash chips with garlic

And for a beautiful golden color, add turmeric to the spices!
You will need: 1 sheet of lavash, 5 tbsp. olive oil, 3 cloves of garlic, spices and herbs.
Cooking: Mix olive oil with crushed garlic and your favorite spices. Cut pita bread into slices, put on parchment and brush with this oil. Cook the chips for 5-6 minutes in the oven at 200 degrees.
8. Lavash chips with paprika

If you like spicy snacks, we advise you to add a little more red pepper.
You will need: 3 sheets of pita bread, 3 tbsp. olive oil, 1 tsp paprika, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp Italian herbs.
Cooking: Mix olive oil with spices and herbs. Cut pita bread and spread on parchment. Add oil and spices, and cook the chips for 10-15 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees, stirring occasionally.
9. Lavash chips with sour cream and herbs

It is most convenient to lubricate pita bread with a silicone culinary brush.
You will need: 2 sheets of pita bread, 100 g sour cream, 4 sprigs of herbs, 1 tsp. Italian herbs, 3 cloves of garlic, spices.

You will need: 1-2 sheets of pita bread, 100 g parmesan, 60 g sesame seeds, 1 egg, 2 tbsp. sour cream, spices.
