1. Homemade dry yeast bread
This bread is prepared without kneading and is very airy and fragrant.
You will need: 500 g flour, 360 ml water, 1 tsp each salt and sugar, 7 g dry yeast.
Cooking: Mix flour with yeast, sugar and salt, add warm water and mix until smooth. Continue to mix the dough for about 5 minutes, then leave for 1-1.5 hours in heat, put in a mold and leave for another 30 minutes. Bake for 30-40 minutes at 200 degrees, and for the first 20 minutes put a container of water on the bottom of the oven.
2. Bread with fresh yeast in the oven
This amount of ingredients will make two neat loaves.
You will need: 500 g flour, 300 ml water, 10 g fresh yeast, 30 ml vegetable oil, salt.
Cooking: Add salt and yeast to warm water and mix well. Then add the butter, mix again and add the sifted flour to the dough. Knead it, leave it warm for 40 minutes, divide it into 2 parts and put it into molds. Leave warm for another half an hour and bake for 40-50 minutes at 180-200 degrees.
3. Homemade bread without yeast
An alternative recipe, also with oatmeal!
You will need: 500 ml of kefir, 1 tsp. salt and soda, 1 tbsp. honey, 3 tbsp. vegetable oil, 4 cups flour, 0.5 cup oatmeal.
Cooking: Mix kefir, oil and honey, and gradually introduce dry ingredients. Knead the dough with your hands, leave it for 15 minutes, divide into parts, form loaves and put on parchment. Make cross cuts on top and bake in the oven for 40-45 minutes at 200 degrees.
4. Homemade bread with milk
Fluffy and tender bread is ideal even for breakfast.
You will need: 500 g flour, 5 g dry yeast, 1 tbsp. sugar, 1 tsp salt, 250 ml milk, 50 g butter.
Cooking: Mix dry ingredients, add warm milk and soft butter. Knead a homogeneous dough and leave it warm for an hour. Put it in a mold, leave for another 40 minutes and bake for half an hour at 180 degrees. Then immediately remove the bread from the mold and cool on a wire rack.
5. Bread with sour cream in the oven
It is impossible to resist the pleasant sourness of sour cream bread.
You will need: 125 g sour cream, 100 ml water, 2 tbsp. butter, 1 tbsp. sugar, 1 tsp salt, 10 g dry yeast, 2.5 cups flour.
Cooking: Dissolve yeast, sugar and salt in warm water and leave for 15 minutes. Add warm sour cream and sifted flour to it, knead the dough and add butter at the end.
Leave the dough warm for an hour, knead, leave for another hour and form a bun. Put it on parchment, leave it again for 30 minutes, make oblique cuts on top and bake for 45 minutes at 180 degrees.
6. Homemade buckwheat bread
We recommend mixing buckwheat flour with wheat flour for a more comfortable consistency.
You will need: 150 g buckwheat flour, 150 g wheat flour, 220 ml water, 1 tsp. dry yeast, 1 tsp salt, 1 tbsp. sugar, 2 tbsp. vegetable oil.
Cooking: Add yeast and sugar to warm water, mix and leave for 15 minutes. Add butter there, and then – both types of sifted flour. At the end, salt the dough, knead it for about 10 minutes and leave it warm for an hour.
Roll out the dough into a layer, twist it into a roll, pinch the edges and make oblique cuts on top to make a loaf. Leave the workpiece for another half hour and bake in the oven for 30-40 minutes at 180 degrees.
7. Homemade cornmeal bread
For an even more beautiful golden hue, add a pinch of turmeric.
You will need: 220 g corn flour, 550 g wheat flour, 100 ml milk, 50 ml vegetable oil, 20 g dry yeast, 10 g salt, 20 g sugar, 320 ml water.
Cooking: Add sugar, salt, yeast and 2 tablespoons of wheat flour to warm water, and leave for 15 minutes. Separately, mix the cornmeal with butter and milk, and combine with the dough.
Knead the dough, gradually adding the remaining flour, and leave it warm for an hour. Divide into parts as needed, put in a mold and bake in the oven for about 40 minutes at 180 degrees.
8. Bread made from rye flour
Homemade rye bread is very satisfying, healthy, and good even when losing weight.
You will need: 600 g rye flour, 2 tsp dry yeast, 1 cup water, 2 tbsp. honey, 1 tsp salt, spices.
Cooking: Dilute yeast with honey in warm water ohm, and gradually add the sifted flour and other dry ingredients. Knead a homogeneous dough and leave it warm for 1.5 hours. Put the dough into a mold, leave for another hour and bake for 10 minutes at 220 degrees, and then another 30-40 at 180.
9. Homemade bread with cheese
Choose a hard cheese so it doesn’t melt too much and make the crumb wet.
You will need: 400 g flour, 400 ml water, 1 tbsp. dry yeast, 250 g cheese, 1 tsp. salt, a pinch of sugar.
Cooking: Dissolve yeast and sugar in 100% warm water and leave for 15 minutes. Add the rest of the water, add half the flour, salt and mix. Leave warm for 45 minutes.
Then add the remaining flour to the dough, knead the dough, leave for another 45 minutes, and add cheese to it. Put the dough in a mold, sprinkle a little more flour on top, leave for 20 minutes, and then bake in the oven for 40 minutes at 200 degrees.
10. Bread with bran in the oven
Bran is a valuable fiber that our body needs so much.
You will need: 1 glass of water, 4 tbsp. bran, 1.5 cups flour, 2 tbsp. vegetable oil, 18 g fresh yeast, 1 tbsp. butter, 2 tbsp. sugar, a pinch of salt.
Cooking: Mix sugar and yeast with warm water and leave for 15 minutes. Add salt and bran, and gradually introduce the sifted flour. At the end, pour in vegetable oil, knead the dough and leave it warm for an hour.
Lubricate the form with butter, sprinkle with flour and put the dough into it. Bake bread for about 40-50 minutes at 200 degrees, and cool on a wire rack.
11. Homemade bread with malt
The main difficulty of this recipe is only to find malt in the store!
You will need: 300 ml water, 40 ml olive oil, 20 g sugar, 1 tsp. salt, 300 g wheat flour, 150 g rye flour, 60 g malt, 7 g dry yeast.
Cooking: Mix warm water, olive oil and malt. Add sifted flour with salt and sugar, and at the very end – yeast. Knead the dough, leave it warm for 1.5 hours, and form a loaf. Give it another 30 minutes to proof and bake for 40 minutes at 200 degrees.
12. Homemade bread with herbs
An amazing spring recipe that will even go for an independent dish.
You will need: 350 g flour, 7 g dry yeast, 220 ml water, 20 g sugar, 1 tsp. salt, 30 ml vegetable oil, 100 g herbs, 3 garlic cloves, 80 ml olive oil.
Cooking: Mix yeast, sugar, a little flour and water, and leave the dough for 15 minutes. Add vegetable oil, salt and the remaining flour, knead a soft dough and leave warm for an hour.
Grind herbs, garlic and olive oil in a blender until smooth. Roll out the dough into layers, put the filling there, roll it into a roll, cut it lengthwise and twist it with a scythe or a tourniquet. Put the bread in a mold, leave for 40 minutes and bake another 40 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees.
13. Homemade bread with sun-dried tomatoes
Sun-dried tomatoes seem to be made for home baking.
You will need: 350 g flour, 200 ml water, 10 sun-dried tomatoes, 1 tbsp. sugar, 2 tsp dry yeast, 1 tsp salt, 2 tbsp. olive oil, spices.
Cooking: Add yeast and sugar to warm water, stir and leave for 15 minutes. Add the sifted flour, salt and spices, and at the end – olive oil. Knead the sticky dough, divide it into pieces and leave it warm for an hour.
Chop sun-dried tomatoes or puree them as desired. Evenly mix part into half of the dough, roll out both halves in layers and put on top of each other. Put the rest of the filling on top, roll the roll, seal the edges, put it in a mold and leave for half an hour. Bake for 30-40 minutes at 200 degrees.
14. Bread with semolina in the oven
Very fragrant, with the thinnest crust and unusual grainy texture.
You will need: 300 ml of water, 185 g of semolina, 340 g of flour, 20 g of fresh yeast, 2 tbsp. butter, 1 tbsp. sugar, 1.5 tsp salt.
Cooking: Dissolve yeast and sugar in warm water and leave for 15 minutes. Add salt, sifted flour and semolina, knead the dough and at the end mix in soft butter.
Leave the dough warm for an hour, shape into loaves, place on parchment paper and leave for another hour. Put a container of water in the oven and bake the bread for 15 minutes at 240 degrees. And then remove the water and bake for another 20-30 minutes at 200 degrees.
15. Homemade bread with onions
Onion bread is eaten before it even gets cold!
You will need: 400 ml milk, 600 g flour, 1 egg, 11 g dry yeast, 2 tsp. sugar, 1.5 tsp salt, 1 onion, 2 tbsp. sour cream, 5 tbsp. vegetable oil.
Cooking: Mix warm milk, yeast, half sugar and a spoonful of flour, and leave for 20 minutes. During this time, fry the finely chopped onion in 2 tablespoons of oil with the remaining sugar and half the salt.
Add the sifted flour, the rest of the salt, sour cream, 2 more tablespoons of butter and the cooled onion to the dough. Knead a homogeneous dough and leave it warm for an hour. Mash, leave for another 20 minutes, put on parchment, and again leave for a short time to proof. Lubricate the ostbutter, make cuts and bake bread in the oven for 35-40 minutes at 180 degrees.
