1. Five-minute redcurrant jam

Delicious, sweet and thick jam without any extra effort.
You will need: 2 kg of red currant, 2 kg of sugar, 400 ml of water.
Cooking: Remove twigs and wash berries. Put the water and sugar to boil, and cook the syrup over low heat until completely dissolved, stirring. Send the currants to the syrup, mix, bring to a boil and mix again. Remove from heat for 10 minutes, then boil again and pour the jam into sterile jars.
2. Seedless redcurrant jam

Nice sour jam without cloying sweetness.
You will need: 1 kg of red currant, 1 kg of sugar.
Cooking: Remove the twigs, rinse the currants and boil the berries over medium heat until soft. Grind the currants through a sieve, squeeze out all the juice from the cake there, and add half the sugar. Bring the jam to a boil, add the remaining sugar and continue to cook until it dissolves. Pour jam into jars.
3. Redcurrant jam without cooking

You dont have to spend hours at the hot stove!
You will need: 1 kg of red currant, 1 kg of sugar.
Cooking: Squeeze juice from redcurrant in any convenient way. Gradually add sugar, stirring until each previous portion dissolves. Pour the jam into sterile jars.
4. Redcurrant jam with a blender

It is better to grind the berries with a blender in small portions.
You will need: 1 kg of red currant, 1 kg of sugar.
Cooking: Rinse the currants, remove the twigs and grind them in parts with a blender immediately with sugar. Boil the resulting mass over low heat until boiling, and then boil a little - another 3-5 minutes. Pour jam into sterilized jars.
5. Redcurrant jam with pectin

A great recipe for lovers of thicker jam.
You will need: 1 kg of red currant, 1 sachet of pectin, 500 g of sugar.
Cooking: Grind currants directly with sprigs through a sieve. In the resulting puree, add pectin mixed with 2 tablespoons of sugar. Bring the mixture to a boil over high heat. Add the remaining sugar, boil for 3 minutes, stirring, and pour the jam into sterile jars.
6. Redcurrant jam with agar-agar

If you do not want to mess with the twigs, then instead of a blender, grind the berries through a sieve.
You will need: 1 kg of red currant, 700 g of sugar, 2 tsp. agar-agar, 100 ml of water.
Cooking: Pour agar-agar with cold water and leave for 20 minutes. Clean the currants from twigs and debris, chop with a blender, add sugar and cook over medium heat until it dissolves. Continue to cook jam for another 7-10 minutes, pour in water with agar, and boil for another 5 minutes. Roll up the blank in sterilized jars.
7. Redcurrant jam with gelatin

Reminds me of my favorite childhood jelly, only with a more expressive texture.
You will need: 1.3 kg of red currant, 1 kg of sugar, 20 g of gelatin.
Cooking: Remove the twigs and pass the currants through a meat grinder. Add sugar and bring the mixture to a boil. Dilute gelatin in water according to the instructions, pour in currants, mix and boil for another 4 minutes. Roll jam into jars.
8. Redcurrant jam with orange

It is simply impossible to refuse such a wonderful delicacy!
You will need: 1 kg of red currant, 500 g of oranges, 1.5 kg of sugar.
Cooking: Coarsely chop the oranges with peel, rinse the currants, remove the twigs and pass everything through a meat grinder. Add sugar to the puree, mix and leave for half an hour, stirring occasionally. Boil the jam for 10 minutes over low heat after boiling and roll into sterile jars.
9. Redcurrant and raspberry jam

Be sure to try this magical combination of summer berries!
You will need: 1 kg of red currant, 1 kg of raspberries, 1.5 kg of sugar.
Cooking: Remove the currant sprigs, rinse all the berries and carefully mash with a crusher separately from each other. Bring the currant mass to a boil, and then add raspberries. Bring to a boil again, add sugar and boil everything until it dissolves. Roll the jam into sterile jars.
10. Black and red currant jam

A real storehouse of vitamin C, especially in the cold season.
You will need: 500 g of red currant, 500 g of black currant, 500 g of sugar, 1 sachet of gelfix.
Cooking: Sort through the currants, remove the twigs and grind everything with a blender. Mix gelfix and 2 tablespoons of sugar, add to puree and bring to a boil. Add the remaining sugar, boil the jam for another 3 minutes and roll up.
11. Redcurrant jam with honey

The main thing is not to bring the jam to a boil during the heating process.
You will need: 1 kg of black and red currants, 600 ml of honey.
Cooking: Sort through the currants, remove the twigs and beat everything with a blender. Heat the mass almost to a boil, let it cool to room temperature and repeat this step twice more. Add honey, mix and pour the jam into sterilized jars.
12. Redcurrant and apple jam

You can change the proportions of apples and currants depending on the desired taste.
You will need: 700 g red currants, 700 g apples, 400 g sugar.
Cooking: Remove the branches, rinse the currants, mix with sugar and leave for half an hour. Bring the mixture to a boil and add finely chopped peeled apples. Boil for 10 minutes and let cool. Repeat this step 2 more times, and roll the jam into sterile jars.
13. Redcurrant and blueberry jam

And again, a wonderful jam recipe, the results of which will delight in the winter.
You will need: 500 g red currants, 500 g blueberries, 500 g sugar, 1 tbsp. lemon juice.
Cooking: Remove the twigs, mix the berry with sugar and boil over low heat for about 40 minutes, removing the foam. Add lemon juice, mix and pour the jam into sterile jars.
14. Redcurrant and gooseberry jam

You will need: 1.5 kg of gooseberries, 700 g of red currants, 1 kg of sugar.
Cooking: Remove the twigs and tails, and mash the berries with a crusher separately from each other. Then rub the currant through a sieve, mix with sugar and bring to a boil. Add gooseberries, boil again, boil the jam for 20 minutes and roll up.
15. Redcurrant and blackberry jam

A very easy jam recipe that even novice housewives can handle.
You will need: 1.5 kg of red currant, 1.5 kg of blackberries, 1 kg of sugar.
