You will need: 350 g chicken fillet, 1-2 eggs, 30 g butter, 120 ml milk, 10 g flour.

Cooking: Boil the chicken until tender and pass it through a meat grinder. Fry the flour in a pan, pour in hot milk and boil for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Mix this sauce with minced meat, and add the yolks and melted butter there. Whisk the egg whites to peaks and fold into the minced meat as well. Put the soufflé in a mold and bake for about 20 minutes in the oven at 220 degrees.

You can take any stuffing at all, even fish.

You will need: 500 g minced meat, 1.5 cups of milk, 3 eggs, spices.

Cooking: Grind carrots and minced meat in a blender until smooth. Add milk, eggs, butter, spices and semolina, and whisk again. Leave for 15 minutes and put the mass in a greased multicooker bowl. Cook in the “Baking” mode for about 45 minutes.

You will need: 400 g chicken fillet, 40 g frozen spinach, 120 ml cream, 1 egg, 0.5 tsp. olive oil, spices.

Cooking: Grind the chicken, egg, spices and cream with a blender until smooth. Set aside half of the mass, add spinach to it and chop again. Lubricate the mold with olive oil and lay out both masses in layers. Bake the soufflé in the microwave for 5-6 minutes at maximum power.
