You will need: 300 g minced meat, 1 tbsp. chopped nuts, 2 tbsp. soy sauce, 1 onion, 200 g puff pastry, garlic and spices.
Cooking: Grate the onion and mix with minced meat. Add all the other ingredients there, knead and put in the refrigerator for half an hour. Cut the dough into thin ribbons, form small meatballs and put everything on the skewers with a snake. Bake for 25-30 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees.

You will need: 250 g puff pastry, 150 g sausage, 100 g cheese, 2 tbsp. ketchup, dry herbs.
Cooking: Roll out the dough with a thin layer, grease with ketchup and sprinkle with herbs. Lay sausage pieces on top, sprinkle with grated cheese, roll up a tight roll and cut. Bake pucks for about 10-12 minutes at 180 degrees. Sprinkle with the rest of the cheese and bake for another 5 minutes.

You will need: 500 g puff pastry, 20 pcs. asparagus, 1/3 cup cottage cheese, 1 tbsp. milk, 2 tbsp. chopped herbs, spices.
Cooking: Beat cottage cheese with milk until smooth, and add spices and aromatic herbs there – this will be the sauce. Peel the asparagus, cut the dough, sprinkle it with water and wrap each sprout in a roll. Bake it for 10-12 minutes at 200 degrees and serve with cottage cheese sauce.
13. Mini puff pastry pizza
The secret of cooking is in juicy tomatoes and two types of cheese.
You will need: 500 g puff pastry, 2 tomatoes, 50 g each mozzarella and parmesan, 2 tbsp. olive oil, 10 basil leaves, spices, 1 egg.
Cooking: Finely chop the basil and mix with olive oil and spices. Cut the dough into squares, brush with this oil and sprinkle with grated mozzarella. Top with tomato slices, sprinkle with parmesan and pinch the two corners of the squares. Brush with egg and bake for 15-20 minutes at 200 degrees.
14. Puff pastry rolls with mushrooms and olives
We recommend using pitted black olives.
You will need: 500 g puff pastry, 150 g tomatoes, 150 g mushrooms, 50 g olives, 30 g cheese, spices, herbs, sesame seeds, 1 egg.
Cooking: Cut and fry the mushrooms with garlic or onions to taste. Mix them with chopped tomatoes and chopped olives. Roll out the dough, sprinkle with spices, lay out the filling and sprinkle with grated cheese.
