
For novice cooks, biscuits often seem to be something out of reach. They are really quite capricious, because the cake must rise, bake and remain soft and tender. Therefore, we have collected 15 simple recipes for biscuits at home, which are definitely obtained the first time!
1. The fastest biscuit

Only five ingredients and 20 minutes in the oven!
You will need: 1 cup flour, 1 cup sugar, 50 g butter, 3 eggs, a pinch of salt.
Cooking: Whisk the eggs until firm white foam, add the sugar and beat again until smooth. Gradually add the sifted flour and a pinch of salt. Lubricate the form with butter, lay out the dough and bake for 20 minutes at 180 degrees.
2. Homemade kefir biscuit

Optionally add cocoa, vanilla, cinnamon or any other spices.
You will need: 300 g flour, 2 tsp baking powder, 1 tsp soda, 1.5 cups of kefir, 3 eggs, 150 g of sugar, 120 ml of vegetable oil, a pinch of salt.
Cooking: Beat eggs with sugar until fluffy white foam about 5 minutes. Add warm kefir and oil, and stir. Separately, mix the sifted flour with the rest of the dry ingredients and introduce into the liquid part in several passes. The finished dough resembles thick sour cream. Pour it into the mold and bake for 35 minutes in the oven at 190 degrees.
3. Biscuit with egg separation

It turns out very soft, tender and tall even without baking powder.
You will need: 4 eggs, 120 g sugar, 100 g flour, 30 g starch, 20 ml vegetable oil, 40 ml milk, a pinch of salt.
Cooking: Beat egg whites with salt until stiff peaks and gradually add sugar. Then introduce one yolk at a time, continuing to interfere at low speed. Gradually add the sifted dry ingredients, and finally the milk and butter. Put the dough into a mold and bake for half an hour at 170 degrees.
4. Biscuit with hot milk

Another good alternative recipe, this time the American Biscuit.
You will need: 120 ml milk, a pinch of baking powder and salt, 60 g butter, 170 g flour, 150 g sugar, 3 eggs.
Cooking: Beat eggs with sugar until frothy, and sift dry ingredients separately. Combine both masses in two steps with a whisk or silicone spatula. Bring milk with butter to a boil, pour into the dough and mix quickly again. Bake in the oven for 35-40 minutes at 170 degrees.
5. Chiffon biscuit

This is a moist juicy biscuit, which is very good even without impregnation. But it is important to accurately observe the proportions in the recipe!
You will need: 4 eggs, 130 g flour, 105 g sugar, 1.5 tsp. baking powder, a pinch of salt, 90 ml of milk, 65 ml of vegetable oil.
Cooking: Beat egg whites with salt and 25g sugar until stiff peaks form. And beat the yolks with the remaining sugar, and pour in the butter with milk. Add the sifted dry ingredients to the yolks, and then gently mix them with a spatula with the proteins. Bake for 30-40 minutes at 180 degrees.
6. Biscuit on dark chocolate

Chocolate sponge cake can be made with cocoa. And you can immediately on chocolate!
You will need: 4 eggs, 100 g dark chocolate, 100 g sugar, 100 g butter, 100 g flour, 10 g baking powder.
Cooking: Melt the chocolate in a water bath and cool to room temperature. Beat egg whites with sugar until stiff foam. Add butter, yolks, and then flour with baking powder to chocolate. At the end, gently stir in the whites with a spatula, pour the dough into a mold and bake for about 30 minutes at 180 degrees.
7. Homemade coffee biscuit

For the test, the simplest instant coffee is best.
You will need: 4 eggs, 115 g sugar, 145 g flour, a pinch of baking powder, 55 ml boiling water, 1.5 tbsp. coffee, 20 ml vegetable oil, a pinch of salt.
Cooking: Dissolve the coffee in boiling water, and beat the whites with half the sugar and salt until dense glossy peaks. Mix the yolks with the remaining sugar, add vegetable oil and coffee, and stir until smooth. Add half of the flour to the dough, then gently fold in the whites, and add the remaining flour. Transfer the lush dough into a mold and bake for 30-40 minutes at 180 degrees.
8. Honey biscuit without sugar

Instead of substitutes, we offer the best natural alternative – honey.
You will need: 4 eggs, 150 g honey, 140 g flour, a pinch of salt.
Cooking: Beat the whites with salt until light foam, add honey and continue to beat until fluffy and homogeneous. Reduce the speed of the mixer, and add the egg yolks one by one. Introduce flour into the dough in parts and knead it with a spatula, pour into a mold and bake in the oven for about 25 minutes at 190 degrees.
9. Apple biscuit

For this homemade biscuit, you can use applesauce, but apple jam is also ideal.
You will need: 350 g apple jam, 2 tsp soda, 2 eggs, 0.5 cups of milk, 2/3 cups of sugar, 2 cups of flour.
Cooking: Beat the eggs with sugar until a homogeneous thick mass, and mix the jam with soda. Combine both masses, pour in milk, and then, continuing to whisk, add flour in several passes. Bake for 20 minutes in the oven at 210 degrees and then another 10-20 minutes at 180.
10. Banana biscuit

Take a large and ripe banana – and the dough will turn out as it should!
You will need: 4 eggs, 1 cup flour, 1 banana, 1 cup sugar, 1 tsp. baking powder.
Cooking: Beat eggs with sugar until soft foamy. Smash the banana with a blender or mash with a fork, and add to the eggs. Add the sifted flour with the baking powder and gently knead the dough with a spatula. Bake for 30-35 minutes at 180 degrees.
11. Homemade biscuit on sour cream

If there is no milk or kefir, fatty sour cream is also suitable!
You will need: 20 g butter, 1 cup sour cream, 2 cups flour, 1 cup sugar, 6 eggs, 0.5 tsp. soda, salt.
Cooking: Beat the yolks with sugar, and add sour cream, soda and sifted flour to them. Separately, beat the whites with a pinch of salt to peaks and gently fold into the dough. Bake the sour cream biscuit for about 40 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees.
12. Biscuit on mayonnaise

One of the most unexpected recipes, but it turns out very original and delicious!
You will need: 2 eggs, 250 g mayonnaise, 7 tbsp. sugar, a pinch of soda, a pinch of baking powder, 7 tbsp. flour.
Cooking: Beat eggs with sugar until light and fluffy. Add mayonnaise, salt, baking powder and slaked soda. In several passes, add the sifted flour and bake the biscuit for 20 minutes at 180 degrees.
13. Biscuit on semolina

It has a different texture, but it’s also very tasty!
You will need: 4 eggs, 200 g sugar, a pinch of salt, 60 g butter, 300 ml milk, 150 g semolina.
Cooking: Beat the yolks with sugar until a stable foam as long as possible. Add semolina to them, mix and leave for 15 minutes. Whisk the egg whites with salt until soft peaks form and gently fold the masses together with a spatula. Bake for 20-25 minutes at 180 degrees, fill the biscuit with hot milk and butter and bake for another 7 minutes.
14. Coconut Milk Biscuit Without Eggs

A good homemade biscuit recipe if you want to do without animal products!
You will need: 250 g flour, 1.5 tsp baking powder, a pinch of soda and salt, 150 ml of coconut milk, 130 ml of water, 190 g of sugar, 85 ml of vegetable oil, 1 tbsp. lemon juice.
Cooking: Sift and mix all dry ingredients. Separately, mix warm water with coconut milk and sugar. Add vegetable oil and lemon juice there. Combine both mixtures to the consistency of thick sour cream, and add more water if necessary. Bake the biscuit for 35-40 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees.
15. Gluten-free rice flour biscuit

Keep proportions, because rice flour behaves a little differently!
You will need: 3 eggs, 1 cup sugar, 1 cup rice flour, a pinch of salt, a pinch of baking powder.
Cooking: Beat eggs with sugar and salt for a few minutes at maximum speed. Add flour with baking powder and mix gently with a spatula. Pour the dough into a mold and bake for 20 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees.
