1. Pie with currants on sour cream

Any novice hostess can easily cope with such a recipe.
You will need: 100 g sour cream, 4 eggs, 1 glass of currants, 1 glass of sugar, 1.5 tsp. baking powder, 1 cup flour.
Cooking: Beat eggs with sugar until fluffy, add sour cream and then add the sifted flour with baking powder. Pour half of the dough into the mold, cover with currants and pour the dough again. Bake the cake for 40 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees.
2. Puff pastry with currants

There is nothing faster than making a puff pastry pie.
You will need: 500 g of ready-made puff pastry, 400 g of currants, 1 cup of sugar.
Cooking: Mix currants with sugar. Roll out most of the dough into a shape with sides, lay out the berry and cover with a second layer of dough on top. You can cut the second layer into strips and lay out with a lattice. Bake the cake in the oven for 45 minutes at 180 degrees.
3. Jellied pie with currants

Jellied pies are incredibly simple and do not require any culinary skills.
You will need: 3 eggs, 1 cup sugar, 1 cup sour cream, 3 tbsp. butter, 400 g currants, 1 tsp. baking powder, 300 g flour.
Cooking: Whisk eggs with sugar, and then add sour cream with melted butter. Mix flour with baking powder into the dough. Pour half of the dough into the mold, cover with currants and fill with the second half. Bake the cake for 35 minutes in the oven at 200 degrees.
4. Pie with currants on kefir

Get the yogurt in advance so that it warms up to at least room temperature.
You will need: 1.5 cups flour, 1 cup kefir, 1 cup sugar, 2 eggs, 1 tsp. soda, 1 glass of currants.
Cooking: Beat eggs with sugar, and mix kefir with soda and leave for a couple of minutes. Combine both masses and add the sifted flour. Pour half of the dough into the mold, lay out the currants, fill with the remaining dough and bake in the oven for 40 minutes at 180 degrees.
5. Vegetable oil pie with currants

Delicate and fluffy variation of a simple kefir dough.
You will need: 100 ml of vegetable oil, 150 ml of kefir, 300 g of currants, 2 eggs, 80 g of sugar, 300 g of flour, 1 sachet of vanilla sugar, 1 tsp. baking powder.
Cooking: Whisk eggs with sugar. Add kefir at room temperature and butter. Then add vanilla sugar and sifted flour with baking powder. At the end, mix currants into the dough, pour it into a mold and bake the cake for about 40 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees.
6. Pie with currants in milk

If you use frozen currants, then first let it thaw and drain off excess water.
You will need: 180 g sugar, 100 ml milk, 2 eggs, 250 g flour, 2 handfuls of currants, 1.5 tsp. baking powder, 1 pinch of vanillin, 4 tbsp. vegetable oil.
Cooking: Mix all dry ingredients and pour oil and milk into them. Whisk the eggs and add to it. Stir currants into the dough, pour it into a mold and bake the cake for 40-45 minutes at 180 degrees in the oven.
7. Sand cake with currants

Crumbly shortbread dough that goes amazingly with juicy currants.
You will need: 100 g butter, 80 g sugar, 80 g sour cream, 300 g currants, 1 pinch of vanillin, 1 pinch of salt, 270 g flour, 1 tbsp. starch.
Cooking: Mix half the sugar, flour, salt and vanilla. Chop the cold butter and rub everything into crumbs. Add sour cream, quickly knead the dough and put it in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
Roll out most of the dough into a shape with sides. Sprinkle with starch, lay out the currants and sprinkle with the remaining sugar. Rub the remaining dough on a grater and pour on top. Bake the cake for 35 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees.
8. Lean currant pie

Apple or orange juice works best for this recipe.
You will need: 450 g flour, 125 ml fruit juice, 170 g sugar, 0.5 tsp. baking powder, 150 ml vegetable oil, 270 g currants, 2 tbsp. starch.
Cooking: Mix currants, starch and a third of sugar, and leave everything for a couple of minutes. Separately, mix fruit juice, oil and remaining sugar. Add sifted flour with baking powder and knead the dough. Send a third of the dough for half an hour in the freezer,and the rest – in the refrigerator.
Roll out the dough from the refrigerator into a mold with sides and put the currants on top. And the dough from the freezer – grate and pour on top. Bake the cake in the oven for 40 minutes at 180 degrees.
9. Cottage cheese pie with currant

Light and dietary pie for those who watch their figure.
You will need: 150 g cottage cheese, 50 g oatmeal, 50 g rice flour, 300 g currants, 1 egg, 50 g 20% sour cream, 1 tsp. baking powder, 2 tsp stevia.
Cooking: Beat cottage cheese with egg and sour cream. Add the sifted dry ingredients and put the dough into the mold. Cover it with currants and bake the cake for 40 minutes at 180 degrees.
10. Semolina pie with currants

Not quite a mannik, not quite a classic flour dough – but still a very tasty and tender cake.
You will need: 200 g of currants, 1 cup of kefir, 1 cup of flour and semolina, 1 cup of sugar, 2 eggs, 10 g of baking powder.

You will need: 120 g sour cream, 90 g mayonnaise, 3 eggs, 300 g currants, 100 g sugar, 1 tsp. baking powder, 100 g flour.
