
One of the most vivid culinary experiences of childhood is chicken legs in the oven. But if earlier they were prepared for a special occasion, now they are a great option for everyday dinner. We share the best cooking recipes!
1. Chicken legs with garlic in foil

What could be easier and tastier?
You will need: 2 chicken legs, 1 tbsp. curry, 3 garlic cloves, 2 tbsp. vegetable oil, spices.
Cooking: Rub chicken legs with spice oil and stuff with garlic slices. Wrap each leg in foil and bake for 30-35 minutes at 200 degrees.
2. Chicken legs in the sleeve

If you prefer more juicy meat – choose this recipe!
You will need: 2 chicken legs, 70 ml soy sauce, 1 tbsp. mayonnaise, spices, garlic.
Cooking: Rub the chicken with mayonnaise and spices and leave for half an hour. Put the legs in the sleeve, pour in the soy sauce and bake for 40 minutes at 200 degrees.
3. Chicken legs baked in soy sauce

Instead of tomato sauce, you can take any favorite ketchup – store or homemade.
You will need: 2 chicken legs, 100 ml soy sauce, 50 ml tomato sauce, 1 clove of garlic, spices, 0.5 bunch of herbs.
Cooking: Mix both sauces, chopped garlic and herbs, and pour the chicken legs with marinade immediately in the form. Leave them for half an hour, and bake for 20 minutes in the oven at 190 degrees. Turn the legs over and bake for another half hour.
4. Chicken legs in tomato sauce

And again, the tomato sauce gives a wonderful ruddy crust.
You will need: 2 chicken legs, 7 tbsp. tomato sauce, 2 tbsp. mayonnaise, 0.5 chili, grated ginger, garlic and spices.
Cooking: Mix all the ingredients for the marinade to taste, grate the chicken legs well and wrap in foil. Bake in the oven at 190 degrees for about 40 minutes.
5. Baked chicken legs with mayonnaise

For color, add a pinch of curry or turmeric to mayonnaise.
You will need: 2 chicken legs, 50 g mayonnaise, 2 garlic cloves, 30 g butter, spices, 2 sprigs of rosemary.
Cooking: Rub the chicken legs with a mixture of all spices on all sides. Put them in a buttered form, and top with mayonnaise with crushed garlic. Spread rosemary on the sides, and bake at 190 degrees for 30 minutes under foil and 15 without it.
6. Chicken legs with potatoes in the oven

Due to the fact that the legs are fatter than the breast, the potatoes also turn out to be tastier.
You will need: 4 chicken legs, 10 potatoes, 4 garlic cloves, 4 tbsp. sour cream, 2 tbsp. olive oil, 1 tbsp. mustard.
Cooking: Rub the legs with spices and stuff with garlic slices. Cut the potatoes into medium pieces and put everything in a mold. Drizzle with olive oil, lightly brush with sour cream and mustard, and bake for about an hour at 200 degrees.
7. Chicken legs with vegetables in the oven

A quick recipe that takes a maximum of 15 minutes to prepare the ingredients.
You will need: 4 chicken legs, 2 carrots, 2 celery stalks, 1 pepper, 2 onions, 1 zucchini, 6 garlic cloves, 3 tbsp. olive oil, 1 tsp mustard, 1 tsp hops-suneli, spices.
Cooking: Coarsely chop all the vegetables, put in a baking dish and mix with half the oil. Mix the remaining oil with mustard and spices, and rub the chicken legs on all sides. Put them on top, and bake for about an hour at 200 degrees under foil.
8. Chicken legs with cheese

Chicken legs under cheese are not so common, so you can definitely surprise them.
You will need: 2 chicken legs, 200 g cheese, 60 ml mayonnaise, 100 g onion, spices.
Cooking: Roll the legs in spices, add onion rings and mayonnaise, mix and leave for an hour in the refrigerator. Put them in a mold, and spread the onion rings and grated cheese on top. Bake for 50 minutes in the oven at 190 degrees.
9. Breaded Chicken Legs

Another very simple and quick chicken leg recipe.
You will need: 4 chicken legs, 80 g breadcrumbs, 1 egg, 2 tbsp. grated cheese, spices.
Cooking: Mix crackers, spices and grated cheese. Peel the legs, rinse and dip first in a beaten egg, and then in the breading. Bake on parchment for about 45 minutest at 200 degrees, and then leave for a while in the oven turned off.
10. Chicken legs with cabbage in the oven

If the cabbage is very tough, add some water to the mold.
You will need: 3 chicken legs, 800 g cabbage, 1 onion, 1 carrot, 2 tbsp. sour cream, 1 tbsp. vegetable oil, 2 cloves of garlic, spices.
Cooking: Marinate the chicken legs in sour cream, garlic and spices for half an hour. Chop onions, carrots and cabbage, and mash everything together. Mix vegetables with oil, put in a mold, and spread the chicken on top. Bake under foil for 40-50 minutes at 180 degrees.
11. Chicken legs in honey mustard sauce

Sweetish crispy crust with smoky flavor.
You will need: 4 chicken legs, 4 tbsp. honey, 2 tbsp. mustard, 1 tbsp. smoked paprika, salt.
Cooking: Mix honey, mustard, paprika and salt until smooth, and add a little oil. Rub the marinade on the chicken and leave it for half an hour in the refrigerator. Put the legs in a mold and bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 20 minutes on one side and 25 minutes on the other side.
12. Chicken legs baked in beer

Chicken in a beer marinade is best cooked in a sleeve.
You will need: 3 chicken legs, 1 garlic clove, spices, 200 ml light beer, 1 tbsp. olive oil.
Cooking: Mix the oil with spices and crushed garlic, and rub the chicken legs on all sides. Leave them to marinate for a couple of hours, then put them in a sleeve, fill them with beer and bake at 180 degrees for about 45 minutes.
13. Chicken legs in wine

Wine marinade is more piquant and refined than beer marinade.
You will need: 2 chicken legs, 0.5 cup red wine, 2 onions, 60 ml tomato sauce, spices.
Cooking: Cut the onion into rings and marinate in spices, tomato sauce and wine along with the chicken legs. After a couple of hours, or better, the next day, spread the legs on a baking sheet and bake at 180 degrees for 40-50 minutes, periodically pouring juice over them.
14. Chicken legs with rice in the oven

When serving, sprinkle the dish with fragrant chopped herbs.
You will need: 2 chicken legs, 500 ml water, 200 g rice, 1 carrot, spices.
Cooking: Rinse the rice, soak in water for 20 minutes and drain. Grate the chicken legs with spices, and also leave for a while. Grate carrots on a coarse grater, mix with rice and put in a mold. Put the chicken on top and pour in a glass of water. Bake for about 50 minutes at 180 degrees under foil.
15. Baked chicken legs in cream

Instead of wine, you can take the usual broth or just water.
You will need: 3 chicken legs, 200 ml cream, 150 ml white wine, 1 tbsp. mustard, 3 cloves of garlic, 30 g of olive oil, spices.
Cooking: Rub the legs with spices and butter and leave for 20 minutes. Fry them lightly on all sides and put them in a mold. Mix cream, wine, mustard, crushed garlic seasoning, heat the sauce, but do not bring to a boil, and pour over the chicken. Bake for 40-45 minutes in the oven at 200 degrees, periodically pouring the same sauce.
