Cooking: Grate the cheese, add one egg white and mix thoroughly. Beat the remaining eggs with flour and spices until smooth. Form cheese into small balls, dip them in egg and breadcrumbs, and deep-fry until golden.
2. Cheese balls in flour

Such balls can be fried in an ordinary frying pan, but in a large amount of oil.
You will need: 300 g hard cheese, 3 eggs, 3 tbsp. flour.

You will need: 120 g hard cheese, 100 g flour, 1 egg, 50 g butter, 2 tbsp. milk.

4. Cheese balls from cottage cheese

And if you want to make them sweet, add a couple of tablespoons of sugar to taste.
You will need: 250 g cottage cheese, 250 g flour, 2 eggs, 0.5 tsp. soda, 1 pinch of salt, spices.
Cooking: Grind the cottage cheese with a blender, sift the flour and mix all the ingredients until smooth. Season to taste, shape the dough into balls and fry in plenty of oil until golden brown.
5. Mozzarella cheese balls

If you have a package of mozzarella balls, then consider that the appetizer is almost ready!
You will need: 200 g mozzarella balls, 3 tbsp. flour, 2 eggs, 2 tbsp. milk, 8 tbsp. breadcrumbs.
Cooking: Whisk eggs with milk. Dry the mozzarella balls with napkins and roll each in flour, egg and breadcrumbs. Fry them until golden brown in plenty of oil.
6. Suluguni cheese balls

Such salty cheese balls, like suluguni, are especially good with beer.
You will need: 450 g suluguni, 150 g breadcrumbs, 4 eggs, 1 tbsp. flour, 1 tsp paprika, 2 cloves of garlic, spices.
Cooking: Finely grate the suluguni and mix with spices, crushed garlic, flour and one egg. Whisk the remaining eggs. Form balls from the cheese mass, dip in egg and breadcrumbs, and then fry them in a large amount of oil.
7. Cheese balls with parmesan and herbs

An interesting recipe for curd cheese balls for lovers of original snacks.
You will need: 250 g of cottage cheese, 2 eggs, 50 g of parmesan, 5 sprigs of herbs, 100 g of flour, 1 pinch of baking powder, spices.
