1. Classic deep-fried cheese balls
The most popular recipe for hard cheese balls.
You will need: 200 g hard cheese, 2 eggs, 2 tbsp. flour, 50 g breadcrumbs, spices.
Cooking: Grate the cheese, add one egg white and mix thoroughly. Beat the remaining eggs with flour and spices until smooth. Form cheese into small balls, dip them in egg and breadcrumbs, and deep-fry until golden.
2. Cheese balls in flour
Such balls can be fried in an ordinary frying pan, but in a large amount of oil.
You will need: 300 g hard cheese, 3 eggs, 3 tbsp. flour.
Cooking: Grate cheese on a fine grater and mix with eggs and flour. Roll this mass into small balls, roll them in flour and fry until golden.
3. Cheese balls in the oven
The most dietary recipe for cheese balls, as far as possible.
You will need: 120 g hard cheese, 100 g flour, 1 egg, 50 g butter, 2 tbsp. milk.
Cooking: Grate the cheese on a fine grater, melt the butter a little and mix all the ingredients into a homogeneous dough. Form small balls, put them on parchment and bake in the oven for 5 minutes at 200 degrees, and then another 10-15 at 180.
4. Cheese balls from cottage cheese
And if you want to make them sweet, add a couple of tablespoons of sugar to taste.
You will need: 250 g cottage cheese, 250 g flour, 2 eggs, 0.5 tsp. soda, 1 pinch of salt, spices.
Cooking: Grind the cottage cheese with a blender, sift the flour and mix all the ingredients until smooth. Season to taste, shape the dough into balls and fry in plenty of oil until golden brown.
5. Mozzarella cheese balls
If you have a package of mozzarella balls, then consider that the appetizer is almost ready!
You will need: 200 g mozzarella balls, 3 tbsp. flour, 2 eggs, 2 tbsp. milk, 8 tbsp. breadcrumbs.
Cooking: Whisk eggs with milk. Dry the mozzarella balls with napkins and roll each in flour, egg and breadcrumbs. Fry them until golden brown in plenty of oil.
6. Suluguni cheese balls
Such salty cheese balls, like suluguni, are especially good with beer.
You will need: 450 g suluguni, 150 g breadcrumbs, 4 eggs, 1 tbsp. flour, 1 tsp paprika, 2 cloves of garlic, spices.
Cooking: Finely grate the suluguni and mix with spices, crushed garlic, flour and one egg. Whisk the remaining eggs. Form balls from the cheese mass, dip in egg and breadcrumbs, and then fry them in a large amount of oil.
7. Cheese balls with parmesan and herbs
An interesting recipe for curd cheese balls for lovers of original snacks.
You will need: 250 g of cottage cheese, 2 eggs, 50 g of parmesan, 5 sprigs of herbs, 100 g of flour, 1 pinch of baking powder, spices.
Cooking: Grind cottage cheese with eggs and spices, and add grated parmesan. Add chopped greens, baking powder and flour there, knead the cheese dough and form balls. Deep fry them.
8. Cheese balls from feta and Dor Blue
Instead of feta, you can take soft cheese, and instead of Dor Blue – another blue cheese.
You will need: 150 g feta, 150 g Dor Blue cheese, 1 egg, 0.5 cup breadcrumbs, spices.

You will need: 150 g ham, 100 g hard cheese, 80 g white bread, 50 g breadcrumbs, 1 tsp. paprika, 1 egg, 60 ml of milk, spices.

You will need: 200 g crab sticks, 100 g hard cheese, 100 g butter, 1 egg, 70 g breadcrumbs.
Cooking: Grate cheese, butter and crab sticks separately from each other. Whisk an egg. Mix cheese and butter, shape into balls and dip in egg. Roll them in crab sticks, dip again in the egg, and roll in breadcrumbs. Fry the cheese balls in plenty of oil.
13. Cheese balls with shrimps

You will need: 150 g hard cheese, 100 g peeled shrimp, 2 tbsp. flour, 1 egg, 0.5 tsp. baking powder, spices.
Cooking: Grate cheese, mix with flour, egg, spices and baking powder until smooth. Leave the dough for half an hour, form small cakes and put a shrimp on each. Roll into balls with filling and deep-fry until golden brown.
14. Cheese balls with potatoes
Boil the potatoes and mash in advance so that it has time to cool.
You will need: 100 g mashed potatoes, 100 g hard cheese, 100 g processed cheese, 1 tbsp. sour cream, 2 tbsp. flour, breadcrumbs, spices.
