
Delicious and juicy carp is best obtained in the oven. Moreover, there are much more ways to bake it than it seems at first glance. And we have already collected the most interesting of them in our selection of recipes!
1. Baked carp in foil

The easiest and most reliable way to bake whole fish.
You will need: 1 carp, 1/2 lemon, 1 tbsp. salt, 2 tbsp. spices.
Cooking: Gut the fish, make cuts on the sides and rub with salt and spices. Insert lemon slices into the cuts and wrap the carp in foil. Bake the fish in the oven for 40 minutes at 180 degrees.
2. Carp pieces in the oven

Portioned pieces are baked much faster than a whole fish.
You will need: 1.5 kg of carp, 1 purple onion, 1 lemon, 20 ml of olive oil, 3 sprigs of herbs, spices.
Cooking: Cut the carp into portions, sprinkle with lemon juice and sprinkle with spices. Put onion rings on parchment, top with fish, sprinkle with herbs and drizzle with olive oil. Bake for 25 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees.
3. Carp with rosemary in the oven

If you wish, you can put some more vegetables into the belly of the carp.
You will need: 1 carp, 1/2 lemon, 1 rosemary sprig, 1 tbsp. spices.
Cooking: Gut the carp, rub it with spices, and put lemon slices and rosemary in the belly. Wrap the fish in foil and bake in the oven for about 40 minutes at 190 degrees.
4. Carp stuffed with vegetables

You need a fairly large fish, cleaned of scales and entrails.
You will need: 1 carp, 1 zucchini, 1 carrot, 1 onion, 2 lemons, spices.
Cooking: Grate the carrots, chop the onion, finely chop the zucchini, and fry everything until soft. Rub the peeled carp with spices, make cuts on the sides and put in lemon slices. Put vegetables in the belly, and put the carp on parchment on circles of lemons. Bake the fish for about 40 minutes in the oven at 200 degrees.
5. Carp baked in the sleeve

Carp in the sleeve always turns out tender and juicy.
You will need: 1 carp, 2 onions, 1 lemon, 2 tbsp. butter, specialAnd.
Cooking: Gut the carp, make cuts on the sides and rub with spices. Put sliced onion and lemon into the incisions and belly. Lubricate the fish with butter, put it in a sleeve and bake for half an hour at 200 degrees.
6. Carp with potatoes in the oven

In order not to cook the side dish separately, we suggest baking everything together.
You will need: 1 carp, 1 kg potatoes, 1/2 lemon, 1 sprig of rosemary, 2 tbsp. olive oil, spices.
Cooking: Gut the fish, rub with spices, make cuts on the sides and insert lemon slices there. Put the carp on a greased baking sheet, and put coarsely chopped potatoes on the sides. Sprinkle everything with spices and chopped rosemary, and bake in the oven for 40 minutes at 190 degrees. In the process, sprinkle everything with olive oil a couple of times.
7. Baked carp in mayonnaise

The most ruddy crust you can get.
You will need: 1 carp, 2 onions, 1 carrot, 2 tomatoes, 1 lemon, 3 garlic cloves, mayonnaise, spices.
Cooking: Finely chop the onion, grate the carrots, fry and put in a baking dish. Put the tomato slices into the gutted carp. Mix mayonnaise, spices, crushed garlic and lemon zest, grease the fish and put on vegetables. Send everything to the oven for 35-40 minutes at 200 degrees.
8. Carp under a vegetable coat

An interesting way to cut a whole carp for baking.
You will need: 1 carp, 3 tomatoes, 1 onion, 4 tbsp. sour cream, 100 g hard cheese, 2 tbsp. lemon juice, 1 tbsp. mustard, spices.
Cooking: Cut the scaled fish along the spine along with the head, open it like a book, and gut it. Lay it skin side down on the parchment. Mix lemon juice, mustard and spices, and rub the fish with the marinade. Lay onion rings on top and brush with sour cream.
Sprinkle with half of the grated cheese, lay out the circles of tomatoes and brush with sour cream again. Sprinkle the carp with the remaining cheese and bake for about 40 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees.
9. Carp baked in sour cream

For this recipe, you will need portioned carp steaks.
You will need: 400 g carp, 150 g sour cream, 1 tbsp. vegetable oil, spices.
Cooking: Rub the pieces of carp with spices, put in a greased form and fields with sour cream. Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes at 200 degrees.
10. Carp in sour cream and honey marinade

The main feature is in the unusual marinade.
You will need: 1 carp, 2 tbsp. sour cream, 1 tbsp. mayonnaise, 1 egg yolk, 4 garlic cloves, 0.5 tsp. honey, lemon and spices, herbs.
Cooking: Rub the gutted carp with spices and drizzle with lemon juice. Put chopped greens in the belly. Mix mayonnaise, sour cream, yolk, honey and crushed garlic, and coat the fish with this marinade. Bake in the oven for 40 minutes at 200 degrees.
11. Carp stuffed with caviar

The original recipe for cooking carp in the gourmet oven.
You will need: 1 carp, 150 g fish caviar, 170 g onion, 60 g butter, 1 tsp. paprika, olive oil, spices.
Cooking: Gut the carp, wash the caviar and fry the finely chopped onion in butter until soft. Mix caviar, onion and all spices, and stuff the carcass. Rub the fish with more spices, and put on parchment. Drizzle with olive oil and bake for about 50-60 minutes at 180 degrees.
12. Carp with champignons in the oven

Amazing recipe for stuffed fish.
You will need: 1 carp, 200 g mushrooms, 1 tomato, 1 leek, 1 tbsp. lemon juice, 1 bunch of parsley, spices.
Cooking: Cut the leeks into rings, and the mushrooms into slices, and fry until soft. Rub the gutted fish with spices and lemon juice. Put the mushrooms inside with onions and chopped herbs, and put the carp in a mold. Spread tomato slices on top and bake for 45-50 minutes in the oven at 170 degrees.
13. Stuffed carp with mushrooms

An excellent option for carp both for dinner and for a festive table.
You will need: 1 carp, 150 g mushrooms, 2 eggs, 1 lemon, 3 tbsp. butter, 1/2 cup sour cream, 1/3 cup breadcrumbs, half a bunch of parsley, olive oil, spices.
Cooking: Cut the mushrooms, pour in a little water and simmer for 20 minutes over low heat under the lid. Rub egg yolks with butter and mix with spices and breadcrumbs. Beat egg whites until fluffy and add to the same. Then add mushrooms.
Fill gutted carp with mushrooms, sprinkle with herbs and drizzle with olive oil. Bake the fish for about 45 minutes at 180 degrees, periodically pouring over the juice that stands out.
14. Carp with zucchini in the oven

Other vegetables like zucchini or eggplant will do as well.
Thoseyou will need: 1 carp, 5 zucchini, 2 tsp. mustard, 3 tsp ketchup, spices.
Cooking: Cut the zucchini into slices and place on parchment paper. Mix mustard with ketchup and spices, lubricate the gutted carp and put on top. Spread the rest of the zucchini on the sides and bake everything in the oven for 50 minutes at 180 degrees.
15. Baked carp in vegetable marinade

Delicious homemade food for all occasions!
You will need: 1 carp, 2 onions, 1 tomato, 1 bell pepper, 1/2 lemon, 1 chili pepper, 2 garlic cloves, 20 ml vegetable oil, spices.
Cooking: Gut the carp, rub it with spices and put an onion cut into rings into the belly. Cut the second onion too and put it in the form. Whisk the rest of the ingredients in a blender, coat the fish with the resulting marinade and put it on an onion pillow. Bake everything in the oven for about 45 minutes at 180 degrees.
