1. Cabbage cutlets in a pan

Let’s start with a classic recipe where you can add other vegetables to taste.
You will need: 300 g cabbage, 1 onion, 2 eggs, 2 tbsp. sour cream, 30 g butter, spices.
Cooking: Grind cabbage and onion in a blender, add eggs with sour cream and spices, and mix the minced meat. Fry cutlets on both sides in butter.
2. Cabbage cutlets in the oven

So cutlets are less fat, so this is the lowest calorie recipe!
You will need: 300 g cabbage, 1 egg, 1 onion, spices, 2 tbsp. flour.
Cooking: Grind cabbage with onions in a blender, add flour, egg and spices, and mix. Form cutlets, put on parchment and bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes on one side and 10-15 on the other.
3. Breaded cabbage cutlets

Breadcrumbs mixed with spices give a neat crispy crust.
You will need: 1 kg of cabbage, 2 cloves of garlic, 1 onion, 1 bunch of herbs, 0.5 cups of flour, spices, 1 cup of breadcrumbs.
Cooking: Boil the cabbage for 8-10 minutes and grind it in a blender. Add finely chopped onion, herbs, garlic, and then spices and flour. Form cutlets, roll in breadcrumbs and fry until golden.
4. Cabbage cutlets in batter

It turns out something in between cutlets and chops. A very unusual but simple recipe!
You will need: 1 head of cabbage, 1 egg, 2 tbsp. flour, 3 tbsp. milk, spices.
Cooking: Cut the head of cabbage into 4 parts, weld until soft, and cut each quarter into thin slices. Mix the batter from the rest of the ingredients, dip the cabbage in it and fry.
5. Cutlets with cabbage and carrots

These cutlets are very juicy, and with a pleasant golden hue.
You will need: 400 g cabbage, 1 carrot, 1 onion, 1 egg, 4 tbsp. semolina, herbs, spices.
Cooking: Grate the carrots, finely chop the onion and make a light fry. Chop the cabbage and pour boiling water for 5 minutes. Mix the vegetables, add the rest of the ingredients, mix the minced meat and leave for 10 minutes. Form and fry cutlets.
6. Cabbage cutlets with potatoes

Choose this recipe if you need a more satisfying dish!
You will need: 300 g cabbage, 300 g potatoes, 50 g crackers, 2 onions, 1 egg, 1 tbsp. butter.
Cooking: Boil the potatoes and mash in a puree, and chop the cabbage with onions and lightly stew. Mix both masses, add butter and egg, form cutlets and roll in breadcrumbs. And then fry in a pan.
7. Cabbage cutlets with mushrooms

Kefir makes cutlets even more tender and softer.
You will need: 200 g cabbage, 150 g mushrooms, 160 ml kefir, 1 egg, 3 tbsp. flour, spices.
Cooking: Chop the cabbage, knead with your hands, and add the mushrooms cut into medium pieces. Pour in yogurt with an egg, season, add flour and knead the minced meat. Drop the cutlets into the pan with a spoon.
8. Cabbage cutlets with cheese

Cheese of absolutely any kind and texture is suitable. By the way, cottage cheese is also good!
You will need: 500 g cabbage, 100 g cheese, 1 onion, 1 carrot, 1 egg, 60 g flour, herbs, spices, breadcrumbs.
Cooking: Boil the cabbage for 10 minutes and finely chop with a knife. Fry the grated carrots with onions, and add to the cabbage. Add grated cheese, chopped greens, an egg, spices, flour and a little crackers to a comfortable consistency. Form and fry the cutlets for 3-4 minutes per side.
9. Cutlets from cabbage and minced meat

The original version of cabbage-meat cutlets.
You will need: 400 g cabbage, 1 egg, 150 g minced meat, spices, 0.5 bunch green onions, 10 tbsp. flour.
Cooking: Finely chop the cabbage, pour boiling water for 7 minutes and let drain. Add minced meat, egg, spices, chopped green onion and half of the flour, knead the minced meat and form patties. Roll them in the remaining flour and fry.
10. Lean Cabbage Cutlets

There are no eggs, no milk – nothing at all. Just two ingredients!
You needupholstered: 1 kg of cabbage, 1 glass of semolina, spices.
Cooking: Grind cabbage in a blender, add semolina with spices, mix and leave for 15 minutes. Form cutlets, fry – that’s it!
11. Cabbage cutlets with rice

The perfect accompaniment to meat dishes.
You will need: 400 g cabbage, 150 g rice, 1 egg, 1 bunch of greens, 2 tbsp. flour, spices.
Cooking: Boil the rice until cooked, grate the cabbage, finely chop the greens, and mix all the ingredients. Form into small patties and fry on both sides.
12. Cabbage cutlets with buckwheat

A very tasty and original recipe, although it is more complicated.
You will need: 450 g cabbage, 250 g buckwheat, 500 g potatoes, 300 g carrots, 100 g onions, spices.
Cooking: Boil potatoes and buckwheat until cooked, and chop onions, carrots and cabbage and stew until soft. Make mashed potatoes and mix all the ingredients into a thick vegetable mince with spices. Form and fry cutlets in a pan.
13. Cabbage cutlets with semolina

Semolina perfectly replaces flour and gives a more delicate taste.
You will need: 700 g cabbage, 100 g semolina, 2 eggs, herbs, spices.
Cooking: Chop the cabbage, pour over with boiling water and squeeze. Add chopped greens, eggs, spices and half of the semolina, knead the minced meat and leave for 15 minutes to swell. Form cutlets, breaded in the remaining semolina and fry.
14. Cabbage cutlets with oatmeal

Flakes or bran will do, but they need to be crushed beforehand.
You will need: 500 g cabbage, spices, 50 g oatmeal, herbs.
Cooking: Boil cabbage with spices until soft, let dry and cool, and grind in a blender or with a meat grinder. Add greens, spices and oatmeal to the minced cabbage, mix, form cutlets with wet hands and fry.
15. Cabbage cutlets with zucchini

Another simple diet recipe!
You will need: 300 g cabbage, 300 g zucchini, 1 egg, 4 tbsp. flour, 2 tbsp. sour cream, a pinch of soda, 1 tsp. sugar, spices.
Cooking: Rub the zucchini on a fine grater and squeeze lightly from the liquid. Grind cabbage in a blender, mix with zucchini and add the rest of the ingredients. Spread the cutlets on the pan with a spoon.
