1. Thin pizza dough
In order for the dough to retain its delicate structure, roll it gently with your hands.
You will need: 300 g flour, 1 tbsp. olive oil, 180 ml water, 10 g dry yeast, a pinch of salt, a pinch of sugar.
Cooking: Mix the sifted flour with yeast, salt and sugar. Make a small well, pour oil and slightly warmed water into it. Knead a soft dough, cover with cling film and refrigerate for half an hour. Before starting work, let the dough warm up to room temperature.
2. Kefir pizza dough
Olive oil gives the dough plasticity and a special taste.
You will need: 500 g flour, 250 ml kefir, 1 egg, 0.5 tsp. soda, 1 tsp sugar, 50 ml olive oil, a pinch of salt.
Cooking: In a large bowl, mix slightly warmed kefir, egg, salt, sugar and soda. Add the sifted flour and knead the dough. Add oil little by little while kneading. Cover the dough with cling film and leave for 20 minutes at room temperature.
3. Fluffy pizza dough
For proofing, choose a warm place without drafts.
You will need: 1 cup kefir, 500 g wheat flour, 100 g butter, 0.5 tsp. soda, 3 tbsp. vegetable oil, 15 g sugar, a pinch of salt.
Cooking: Mix melted butter with kefir, salt, sugar and soda. Add the sifted flour and knead the dough, greasing your hands with vegetable oil. Roll into a ball, cover with cling film and leave for 20 minutes.
4. Yeast-free thin pizza dough
The dough is very soft and nice.
You will need: 350 g flour, 1 glass of water, 1 egg, 2 tbsp. vegetable oil, 0.5 tsp sugar, 0.5 tsp baking powder, 1 tsp salt.
Cooking: Mix sifted flour with salt, sugar and baking powder. Add egg, warm water and oil. Knead the dough quickly. Cover with a towel and leave for 15 minutes.
5. Pizza dough with fresh yeast
The dough should double in size.
You will need: 450 g flour, 25 g wet yeast, 1 cup warm water, 50 ml olive oil, 1 tsp. sugar, 20 g salt.
Cooking: Dissolve sugar in warm water, add yeast and 2 tbsp. flour. Stir gently and leave in a warm place for 15 minutes.
In a large bowl, mix sifted flour with salt. Pour in the dough, oil and knead the dough. Cover with a napkin and leave for 1.5 hours to approach.
6. Pizza dough with sour cream
The right dough, which should not tear when stretched.
You will need: 0.5 kg wheat flour, 2 eggs, 250 g sour cream, 60 g butter, 0.5 tsp. soda, 15 g of salt.
Cooking: Mix sour cream with soda, add lightly beaten eggs, salt and a glass of flour. Pour in the melted butter and knead the dough, gradually adding the rest of the flour. The dough should not be sticky and very soft.
7. Quick milk pizza dough
The yeast test should be given 15-20 minutes to activate the processes.
You will need: 450 g flour, 200 ml milk, 70 ml olive oil, 2 eggs, 5 g dry yeast, 1 tsp. sugar, 1 tsp salt.
Cooking: Dissolve yeast in warm milk, add sugar and leave for 15 minutes. Mix the sifted flour with salt, collect a slide and make a depression. Pour in milk with yeast and lightly beaten eggs. Knead a soft dough, oiling your hands.
8. Mayonnaise pizza dough
When sifted, the flour is enriched with oxygen.
You will need: 2 cups flour, 2 eggs, 80 g mayonnaise, 0.5 tsp. soda, 0.5 tsp salt.
Cooking: Lightly beat the eggs with salt and mayonnaise, add soda and mix. Sift the flour, add the prepared mixture and knead the dough. Before starting work, the dough should stand for 10-15 minutes.
9. Pizza dough with mayonnaise and yeast
Do not overheat the water, otherwise the yeast will cook.
You will need: 500 g flour, 200 ml warm water, 100 g mayonnaise, 1 tbsp. dry yeast, 1 tsp sugar, 20 g salt.
Cooking: Dissolve yeast in warm water with sugar. Sift flour, make a well and pour in water with yeast. Add salt, mayonnaise and knead the dough. Add flour if necessary.
10. Pizza dough with mayonnaise and no yeast
A great option for those who do not like yeast dough.
You will need: 350 g wheat flour, 2 tbsp. mayonnaise, 1 tsp baking powder, 1 egg, 0.5 tsp. salt.
Cooking: Mix flour with baking powder and salt. Add lightly beaten eggs with mayonnaise. Knead the dough, put it in a bag and leave it warm for half an hour.
11. Pizza dough on kefir and mayonnaise
Any kefir will do, even sour.
You will need: 500 g flour, 1 cup kefir, 2 tbsp. mayonnaise, 0.5 tsp baking powder, 0.5 tsp salt.
Cooking: Mix kefir with mayonnaise. Sift flour, add salt, baking powder and prepared mixture. Knead the dough and leave for 15 minutes in a warm place.
12. Real Pizza Dough
It is necessary to knead such a dough intensively and for a long time.
You will need: 400 g flour, 1 tsp dry yeast, 1 tsp honey, 250 ml of boiled water, 1 tsp. olive oil, 1.5 tsp. salt.
Cooking: Sift flour, add salt, honey and yeast. Pour in water, oil and mix with a spoon. Cover bowl with cling film and let rest for 5 minutes. Then knead the dough well until smooth. Cover with a towel and leave to proof for 2 hours.
13. Pizza dough without milk and eggs
The dough according to this recipe is also suitable for pies, buns or whites.
You will need: 700 g flour, 300 ml water, 25 g fresh yeast, 70 g butter, 1 tsp. sugar, 1 tsp salt.
Cooking: Sift flour twice. Melt the butter, cool slightly and crumble the yeast into it. Add the mixture to the flour, salt and knead the dough. Cover with a towel for 40 minutes.
14. Potato pizza dough
An original dough that goes well with different fillings.
You will need: 4 potatoes, 100 g flour, 1 egg, 0.5 tsp. sugar, 1 tsp salt.
Cooking: Boil potatoes in uniforms, cool, peel and grate on a fine grater. Add egg, salt, sugar and flour. Knead the dough.
15. Pizza batter
Be sure to cook pizza on batter in a frying pan with a lid!
You will need: 180 g pancake flour, 1 egg, 150 ml milk, 0.5 tsp. salt, 2 tbsp. olive oil.
Cooking: Mix sifted flour with salt. Add egg, butter and warmed milk. Mix everything well. The dough should be homogeneous and thick, like pancakes.
