Cooking: Rub the pumpkin on a grater, pour vegetable milk, add sugar and boil for 10 minutes over low heat. Add the washed rice and vanilla, and cook the porridge, covered, until the desired consistency is reached, about 20-30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
4. Rice porridge with pumpkin in milk in the oven

You will need: 100 g rice, 500 g pumpkin, 750 ml milk, 2 cinnamon sticks, 2 tbsp. sugar, 20 g butter.

You will need: 300 g pumpkin, 1 glass of rice, 2 apples, 2 tsp. sugar, 3 cups milk, 20 g butter, 1 tsp. lemon zest, 1 tsp cinnamon.
Cooking: Grate the pumpkin, cover with milk and boil for 5 minutes. Add washed rice and cook the porridge until it is ready. At the end, add grated apples, zest, cinnamon, sugar and butter, mix and let the porridge brew for 5 minutes.
7. Rice porridge with pumpkin and pineapple in coconut milk

Even such a simple dish can be made a little exotic!
You will need: 300 g pumpkin, 170 g rice, 3 slices of pineapple, 2 tbsp. coconut flakes, 700 ml coconut milk, 1 tbsp. vanilla sugar.
Cooking: Cut the pumpkin and pineapples into small cubes, and rinse the rice. Pour the pumpkin with coconut milk, bring to a boil and boil until soft. Add rice and continue to cook until the cereal is cooked. Add more milk or a little water if needed. Then add pineapples, vanilla sugar and coconut flakes, and cook the porridge for another 5 minutes over low heat.
8. Rice porridge with pumpkin and dried fruits in milk

A very satisfying porridge for breakfast before a busy day!
You will need: 1 cup rice, 100 g dried fruits, 1 handful of walnuts, 200 g pumpkin, 3 cups milk, 3 tbsp. honey.
Cooking: Finely chop the pumpkin, randomly chop the dried fruits and add the washed rice. Pour everything with milk, bring to a boil and cook the porridge for 30-40 minutes over low heat until tender. 7 minutes before the end of dadd honey and chopped nuts.
9. Rice porridge with pumpkin and cranberries in milk

And if you use fresh cranberries, then just add it at the end.
You will need: 300 g pumpkin, 170 g rice, 600 ml milk, 20 g butter, 100 g dried cranberries, 1 tsp. cinnamon, 0.5 tsp nutmeg, 2 tsp Sahara.
Cooking: Grate pumpkin, add washed rice, pour milk and bring to a boil. Boil the porridge for 10 minutes over low heat, and then add spices, sugar, butter and cranberries. Continue to cook for another 20 minutes until done.
10. Rice porridge with pumpkin in milk without sugar

An excellent porridge recipe especially for those who follow their figure.
You will need: 1 cup rice, 300 g pumpkin, 800 ml skim milk, 1 orange, 1 tsp. cinnamon, 2 pinches of vanilla.
Cooking: Finely chop the pumpkin, put it in boiling milk and boil for 10 minutes. Add orange zest, spices and washed rice, and cook the porridge over low heat for another 20 minutes until tender, stirring occasionally.
11. Rice porridge with pumpkin and milk cheese

Especially original is obtained with salty cheese, like suluguni.
You will need: 1/2 cup rice, 1.5 cup milk, 15 g butter, 60 g your favorite cheese, 100 g pumpkin, 3 sprigs of herbs, spices.
Cooking: Grate the pumpkin, rinse the rice, cover everything with milk and cook over low heat until the porridge is cooked – about 30 minutes. Add spices, butter, chopped greens and grated cheese, mix the porridge and leave for 5-7 minutes to brew under the lid.
12. Rice porridge with chicken and pumpkin in milk

We are used to the fact that milk porridge is basically a sweet breakfast. But there are other options too!
You will need: 200 g of chicken fillet, 100 g of rice, 200 g of pumpkin, 30 g of onions, carrots and celery, spices, 20 g of butter, 3 cups of milk, 50 g of hard cheese.
Cooking: Finely chop the chicken and fry it in butter for a couple of minutes. Immediately add all the chopped vegetables along with the pumpkin and fry for another 7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
