1. Chicken skewers with a golden crust
Only five main ingredients and spices to taste!
You will need: 1 kg chicken, 2 onions, 1 tbsp. vegetable oil, mayonnaise and tomato paste.
1. Cut the chicken into small pieces, and the onion into strips. Mix everything together with spices.
2. Add oil, tomato paste and mayonnaise there. Mix well again.
3. Leave the chicken covered in plastic wrap in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours while soaking the skewers in water.
4. Put the chicken on the skewers and put in the form on the foil. Bake the kebabs in the oven at 230 degrees for about 45 minutes, turning occasionally.
2. Chicken skewers in milk on skewers
Ordinary milk with spices makes a great marinade for chicken skewers.
You will need: 1 kg chicken, 200 ml milk, 3 tbsp. soy sauce, 6 bay leaves, spices.
Cooking: Crumble bay leaves with spices and mix with soy sauce and milk. Cut the chicken into pieces and leave in the marinade for 2-4 hours. Thread the meat onto skewers and send it to the oven for 40 minutes at 200 degrees.
3. Chicken barbecue with mushrooms in the oven
You will need medium sized mushrooms.
You will need: 1 kg chicken, 250 g champignons, 1 tsp. balsamic, 1 tbsp. soy sauce, 4 tbsp. vegetable oil, spices.
Cooking: Cut the chicken into large pieces and mix with oil, soy sauce, balsamic and spices. Add champignons there, mix again and leave for half an hour.
Put the chicken and mushrooms on skewers, alternating, put on a baking sheet and send for 15 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees. Turn over and bake for another 20-25 minutes.
4. Chicken skewers with lemon juice
We share another successful and simple marinade for chicken meat.
You will need: 1 kg chicken, 1 onion, 4 tbsp. soy sauce, 2 tbsp. olive oil and lemon juice, 1 bunch of herbs, garlic and spices.
Cooking: Mix all the ingredients for the marinade, and add chopped herbs and garlic there. Coarsely chop the chicken and onion, and marinate for 3 hours. Thread the meat onto skewers and bake for 40 minutes at 180 degrees, turning as it browns.
5. Chicken skewers with vinegar
You can experiment with different types of vinegar and you will see subtle differences in taste.
You will need: 1 kg chicken, 3 onions, 4 tbsp. vinegar, 1 tbsp. sugar, salt, spices, half hot pepper.
Cooking: Cut the chicken into large pieces and roll in spices. Cut the onion into rings and mash a little with sugar and vinegar. Mix it with chicken, salt, add chopped pepper and leave for a couple of hours.
Thread the chicken along with the onion onto skewers and bake for 30 minutes in the oven at 200 degrees. Be sure to turn the meat at least a few times during the process.
6. Chicken skewers with pineapple on skewers
Better chicken with pineapple can only be chicken skewers with pineapple!
You will need: 300 g chicken, 200 g canned pineapples, 100 g ketchup, 100 ml soy sauce.
Cooking: Cut the chicken into large pieces and marinate in soy sauce with ketchup for 40 minutes. Put the meat on skewers, alternating with pineapple pieces, and put in a dish. Bake the kebab for 30-40 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees.
7. Chicken kebab with kiwi
The secret here is that kiwi is not used on skewers, but in the marinade.
You will need: 1.5 kg chicken, 2 kiwi, 2 cloves of garlic, 2 tbsp. lemon juice, soy sauce, mayonnaise and olive oil, spices.
Cooking: Whisk the peeled kiwis in a blender along with the rest of the marinade ingredients. Cut the chicken into medium pieces, pour this mixture over and leave overnight in the refrigerator. Thread the meat onto skewers and bake at 180 degrees for about 40 minutes, turning occasionally.
8. Bacon-wrapped chicken skewers
One of the best ways to cook tender and soft chicken skewers at home in the oven.
You will need: 600 g chicken, 80 g bacon, spices.
Cooking: Cut the chicken into medium pieces and roll in spices. Wrap each piece in a strip of bacon and thread onto skewers. Bake kebabs on the grill for about 20-25 minutes at 180 degrees.
9. Mineral water chicken skewers
Highly carbonated mineral water also does an excellent job of softening meat.
You will need: 1 kg of chicken, 120 g of mayonnaise, 80 ml of mineral water, spices, 400 g of onion.
Cooking: Cut the chicken into portions, and the onion into rings, and mix them with spices. Dilute mayonnaise in mineral water until smooth and pour over meat for 2 hours.
Thread the chicken pieces onto the skewers, alternating with the onion, and fold into a casserole dish. Send to the oven for about 40 minutes at 190 degrees, and after half the time, turn over.
10. Chicken skewers in a jar
Another interesting way to bake tender chicken skewers.
You will need: 500 g chicken, 1 tsp mustard seeds, rosemary, spices, 30 ml soy sauce.
Cooking: Cut the chicken into pieces and marinate in spices with soy sauce for half an hour. Thread the meat onto skewers and place them upright in the jars.
Cover the jars with foil, make one hole at a time and place in a cold oven. Turn on the temperature of 200 degrees and cook the kebabs for about half an hour.
11. Chicken barbecue in beer
Beer marinade has long been a classic for meat.
You will need: 1 kg chicken, 300 ml beer, 2 tbsp. adjika, spices.
Cooking: Cut the chicken into pieces, mix with spices and pour beer with adjika. Leave the meat to marinate in the refrigerator overnight under the lid. Thread the chicken onto skewers and bake for about 35-40 minutes at 200 degrees.
12. Chicken skewers with vegetables on skewers
Delicious, colorful and very flavorful!
You will need: 400 g of chicken, 200 g of mushrooms, 250 g of zucchini, 2 tomatoes, 2 onions, 2 cloves of garlic, 2 bay leaves, 100 ml of kefir, 50 ml of vegetable oil, spices, herbs.
Cooking: Cut the chicken into medium pieces and mix it with spices, chopped onions, crushed garlic, herbs and kefir. Leave the meat to marinate for at least a couple of hours.
Cut the vegetables into rings, and the mushrooms into halves, drizzle with oil and sprinkle with spices. Thread everything onto skewers, alternating, and bake for 35 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees, turning over.
