Therefore, it is not surprising that more and more recipes for raw jam appear. For example, from raspberries without cooking. It is better to store it in the refrigerator or a cold cellar!
1. Raspberry jam without cooking with a blender

You can use more or less sugar if you like.
You will need: 1 kg raspberries, 1 kg sugar.
Cooking: Sort the raspberries and grind them with a blender. Add sugar, stir, leave for 10 minutes and stir again. Arrange the jam in sterile jars.
2. Raspberry jam without cooking through a meat grinder

You can add a couple of pinches of cinnamon or vanilla to the finished jam.
You will need: 800 g raspberries, 800 g sugar.
Cooking: Sort through the raspberries, mix with sugar and pass everything together through a meat grinder. Stir the workpiece until the sugar dissolves and pour into sterile jars.
3. Pitted and boiled raspberry jam

Getting rid of the seeds in raspberries is actually very easy and simple.
You will need: 1 kg raspberries, 1 kg sugar.
Cooking: Sort the raspberries and grind them with a blender. Grind the puree through a fine sieve – the bones will remain in it. Add sugar, stir until dissolved and arrange in sterile jars.
4. Raspberry jam with lemon without cooking

For lovers of more sour jam – it is also very useful.
You will need: 1 kg raspberries, 1 lemon, 1 kg sugar.
Cooking: Pour boiling water over the lemon, cut and remove the seeds. Grind it with a blender. Grind raspberries in the same way, mix with lemon, add sugar and mix. Arrange the jam in sterile jars.
5. Raspberry jam without cooking and without a blender

A meat grinder is also not needed – only improvised devices.
You will need: 600 g raspberries, 600 g sugar.
Cooking: Sort the raspberries, cover them with sugar and leave for a couple of hours or overnight. Mash it with a pusher or pestle, grind until smooth and arrange in sterile jars.
6. Raspberry jam without cooking with vodka

Vodka provides better preservation of the workpiece, but does not affect its taste.
You will need: 1 kg of raspberries, 1 kg of sugar, 50 ml of vodka.
Cooking: Pour raspberries with sugar, leave for a couple of hours and grind with a blender. Pour in vodka, mix and leave for another half hour. Arrange the resulting jam in sterile jars.
7. Raspberry jam without boiling in the freezer

Raw jam can not only be stored in the refrigerator, but also generally frozen.
You will need: 1 kg raspberries, 1 kg sugar.
Cooking: Pass the raspberries through a meat grinder and mix with sugar until dissolved. Spread the mass in plastic containers and send the jam to the freezer.
8. Raspberry and blackcurrant jam without cooking

These berries are perfectly combined with each other in a simple preparation.
You will need: 1 kg raspberries, 500 g black currants, 1 kg sugar.
Cooking: Go through the whole berry and grind with a blender. Add sugar and stir the jam until smooth. Put it in sterile jars.
9. Raspberry jam with honey without boiling

Doubly useful jam for children and adults, especially during the cold season.
You will need: 1 kg of raspberries, 1 liter of honey.
Cooking: Sort through the raspberries and lightly mash. Spread it in sterile jars in layers, filling each layer with honey – and so on until the end of the jar. In the process, knead a little and tamp the berries.
10. Raspberry and gooseberry jam without cooking

From the gooseberries you need to cut off the tails and remove all debris.
You will need: 1.5 kg of raspberries, 1.5 kg of sugar, 500 g of gooseberries.
Cooking: Pass raspberries and gooseberries through a meat grinder. Gradually add sugar and stir until dissolved. Arrange the jam in sterile jars.
11. Raspberry and strawberry jam without cooking

This jam has an amazing aroma – it is impossible to resist.
You will need: 1 kg strawberries, 1 kg raspberries, 1.5 kg sugar.
Cooking: Sort through the berries, remove the leaves and chop the strawberries and raspberries in any convenient way. Add sugar, stir and leave for 20 minutes. Stir the jam again and put it in sterile jars.
12. Raspberry and blackberry jam without cooking

By the same principle, you can mix any berries to your taste.
You will need: 1.5 kg raspberries, 500 g blackberries, 1.5 kg sugar.
Cooking: Sort through the raspberries and blackberries, and grind them with a blender. Gradually add the sugar and stir the jam until it dissolves. Arrange the blank in sterile jars.
