You will need: 4 eggs, 300 g minced meat, 4 tbsp. milk, 100 g sour cream, 2 pickled cucumbers, herbs, spices.

Cooking: Mix sour cream with crushed garlic and finely chopped dill. Season the minced meat and divide into 4 parts, and cut the cucumbers into strips. Roll the minced meat into cakes with a rolling pin through the film.

Beat the egg with a spoonful of milk, pour it into the pan and put the minced meat on top. Fry over medium heat until golden brown, turn over and bring to readiness under the lid. You will need: 400 g minced meat, 130 g carrots, 120 g cabbage, 1 potato, 1 onion, 2 tsp. tomato paste, 5 tbsp. flour, 4 eggs, spices.
