
Speaking of the most popular rolls, it is impossible to ignore Philadelphia, which got its name from the cheese of the same name in the filling. In addition to the cheese itself, the classic recipe includes fish and avocado, but how many chefs – so many ideas. We share the best of them!
1. Classic Philadelphia rolls

The basic recipe for rolls, which you can already experiment with in the future.
You will need: 300 g boiled rice for sushi, 1/2 avocado, 120 g salmon or salmon, 1 cucumber, 60 g Philadelphia cheese, nori.
Cooking: Cut cucumber and avocado into thin strips, and salmon or salmon into very thin slices. Lay half a sheet of nori on the mat, and rice on top. Turn the workpiece over, lay out the cucumber, avocado and Philadelphia cheese, and form a roll. Lay red fish slices on top of the roll and cut with a sharp, wet knife.
2. Philadelphia rolls with salmon

You can take any cottage cheese or cream cheese to taste.
You will need: 1 cup round rice, 150 g cucumbers, 3 tsp. rice vinegar, 1 tsp sugar, 0.5 tsp salt, 200 g cottage cheese or cream cheese, 200 g salmon, 2 sheets of nori.
Cooking: Boil the rice according to the instructions and season it with vinegar, sugar and salt. Lay half a sheet of nori on the mat, and rice on it. Turn the nori rice side down, top with cheese and julienned cucumbers, and roll into a tight roll. Slice the salmon thinly and place it on the mat next to the roll. Wrap everything up again so that the salmon is on top.
3. Philadelphia rolls with cucumber

Choose a long-fruited large cucumber to cut into slices.
You will need: 200 g ready-made sushi rice, 1/2 avocado, 100 g salmon, 1 cucumber, 50 g Philadelphia cheese, nori.
Cooking: Spread the rice on the nori sheet, turn over and top with the Philadelphia and sliced avocado with salmon. Roll a tight roll with a mat. Place a thinly sliced cucumber next to it, and wrap the roll again so that it is on top.
4. Rolls Philadelphia with tuna

This recipe calls for fresh tuna because canned rolls won’t work.
You will need: 1 cup round rice, 2 tbsp. rice vinegar, 1 tsp sugar, 0.5 tsp salt, 2 nori sheets, 150 g cucumbers, 200 g Philadelphia cheese, 200 g tuna.
Cooking: Cut the tuna into neat thin slices, and the cucumber into strips. Boil the rice, season it with vinegar, sugar and salt, and let it cool. Cut off half of the nori sheet, lay out the rice and turn over. Put Philadelphia cheese and cucumber on top, and wrap a tight roll. Lay the tuna slices on it and press it all down with the mat again.
5. Rolls Philadelphia with eel

Before serving, we recommend pouring the rolls with unagi sauce and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
You will need: 300 g ready-made rice for rolls, 1 cucumber, 60 g curd cheese, 1/2 avocado, 120 g smoked eel, nori.
Cooking: Cut the avocado and cucumber into cubes, and the eel into thin slices. Lay the cheese on half of the nori sheet, flatten it and turn the nori upside down. Put cheese and vegetables on top, and wrap a tight roll. Lay out slices of eel on it and press it again.
6. Philadelphia rolls with avocado

The main thing is that the avocado is soft and ripe enough, and does not break.
You will need: 1 cup sushi rice, 20 ml rice vinegar, 2 nori sheets, 1 avocado, 1 cucumber, 70 g Philadelphia cheese, 120 g salmon.
Cooking: Boil the rice and season it with vinegar, and then let it cool. Lay half of the nori on the mat, rice on it, tamp it down and turn it over. Top with Philadelphia and sliced cucumber with salmon. Roll up the roll. Next to it, place a thinly sliced avocado on a mat, and wrap the roll again so that the avocado is on top.
7. Philadelphia rolls with shrimp

Use large shrimp that can be thinly sliced.
You will need: 1 cup sushi rice, 1 cucumber, 4 tsp. rice vinegar, 1 tsp sugar, 0.5 tsp salt, 1/2 avocado, 200 g curd cheese, 200 g large shrimp, nori.
Cooking: Boil sushi rice and season it with vinegar, sugar and salt. Let cool. Lay a half sheet of nori on the mat, and rice on it. Take it and turn it over. Top with cheese and sliced cucumber with avocado. Make a tight roll.
Boil the shrimp until cooked, depending on the size, peel and cut into thin slices. Lay the slices on the mat near the roll, and wrap again so that the shrimp are on top.
8. Baked Philadelphia rolls

Perhaps the most unusual version of Philadelphia is hot rolls.
You will need: 1 cup rice for rolls, 20 ml rice uksusa, 2 nori sheets, 1 cucumber, 60 g Philadelphia cheese, 120 g salmon, 50 g hard cheese, mayonnaise, soy sauce, 1 garlic clove.
Cooking: Boil rice, season with vinegar and let cool. Put nori on the mat, and rice on top. Put Philadelphia on it and sliced \u200b\u200bcucumber with salmon. Wrap the roll and cut with a sharp wet knife.
Separately, mix finely chopped salmon leftovers, grated hard cheese and, to taste, mayonnaise, soy sauce and crushed garlic. Put the sauce on top of the pieces of rolls and send everything for 5 minutes in the oven at 200 degrees.
9. Philadelphia rolls with smoked salmon

This recipe is especially for those who do not like raw fish.
You will need: 200 g smoked salmon, 2 nori sheets, 1 glass of rice for rolls, 150 g cucumbers, 1 tsp. sugar, 0.5 tsp salt, 3 tsp rice vinegar, 200 g Philadelphia cheese, 1/2 avocado.
Cooking: Boil rice. For dressing, mix vinegar, sugar and salt and season it, then let cool. Cut off half of the nori and place on the mat. Put the rice on top and turn the workpiece over. Spread Philadelphia and diced cucumber with avocado. Make a tight roll. Cut the smoked salmon into thin slices, put on top and gently press down.
10. Philadelphia rolls with crab sticks and cheese

We recommend taking melted cheese for toast, in the form of thin slices.
You will need: 1 cup rice for rolls, 20 ml rice vinegar, 0.5 tsp. sugar, nori, 1 cucumber, 1/2 avocado, 60 g Philadelphia cheese, 120 g crab sticks, 150 g processed cheddar cheese.
Cooking: Boil rice, mix with vinegar and sugar, and let cool. Lay half of the nori sheet on the mat, rice on it, and turn the workpiece over. Top with cheese, sliced avocado, cucumber and crab sticks, and roll tight. Lay the slices of cheese on top and gently press everything down with a mat again.
11. Philadelphia rolls with daikon

A good decision to add something new, but relevant.
You will need: 1 cup round rice, 200 g curd cheese, 200 g salmon, 1 cucumber, 100 g pickled daikon, 1 cucumber, 2 nori sheets, 1 tsp. sugar, 1.5 tbsp. rice vinegar, 0.5 tsp salt.
Cooking: Boil the rice until cooked, season with vinegar, sugar and salt, and leave to cool under the lid. Lay a half sheet of nori on the mat and rice on it. Flatten and flip the workpiece. Top with curd cheese and sliced cucumber with daikon. Make a tight roll. Wrap it with thin slices of salmon and press gently.
12. Vegetable rolls Philadelphia

Such a roll recipe cannot be called completely vegetarian, but it is very easy and will appeal to vegetable lovers.
You will need: 300 g boiled rice for rolls, 80 g Philadelphia cheese, 1 avocado, 100 g pickled daikon, 1 cucumber, nori.
Cooking: Prepare rice ahead of time. Lay it out on half a nori sheet and flip it over. Top with Philadelphia cheese and sliced avocados with daikon. Wrap the roll, put cucumber slices on it and press again.
