1. Deep-fried chicken strips

Let’s start with a classic recipe. So that the fried strips are not too greasy, put them on paper napkins.
You will need: 700 g chicken fillet, 1.5 cups breadcrumbs, 4 eggs, 1/2 cup flour, spices.
Cooking: Cut the chicken into strips. Mix crackers with spices to taste and beat the eggs. Dip each chicken strip in flour, egg and breadcrumbs. Deep-fry the strips for about 5 minutes until golden brown.
2. Chicken strips in a pan

To make the finished strips juicier and tastier, it is better to marinate the chicken first.
You will need: 500 g chicken fillet, 50 ml water, 1 tbsp. olive oil, 1 tsp. ground garlic, black and red pepper, salt, 120 g flour, 70 g corn flour, 1 tsp. paprika.
Cooking: Mix water, oil and spices, cut the chicken into strips and marinate it for a couple of hours, or better – overnight. Roll the chicken in plain flour, put in a colander and dip in a container of water. Remove the chicken, let it drain a little, roll the strips in cornmeal and fry in a pan in a large amount of oil on both sides.
3. Protein coated chicken strips

The secret of this recipe is in the unusual breading, from which everyone will definitely be delighted.
You will need: 500 g chicken fillet, 3 tbsp. soy sauce, 2 tbsp. vegetable oil, 1 tbsp. wine vinegar, 2 egg whites, 400 g corn flakes, 1 cup flour, spices.
Cooking: Mix soy sauce, oil, water and spices to taste. Cut the chicken into strips and marinate it for 2 hours or overnight in this marinade. Whisk egg whites with spices. Grind the corn flakes a little. Add spices to the flour, if desired. Dip each strip in protein, flour, protein again and roll in flakes. Deep fry the chicken strips until golden brown.
4. Chicken strips with mustard

A spicy and savory appetizer that will perfectly diversify any table.
You will need: 500 g chicken fillet, 100 g mustard, 100 g breadcrumbs, spices.
Cooking: Cut the chicken into thin strips and mix with spices to taste. Add mustard, stir again and leave to marinate for 1 hour. Roll the strips in breadcrumbs and fry in a pan on both sides.
5. Chicken strips in the oven

Even chicken strips can be made almost like a PP dish if you remove the oil from the recipe.
You will need: 300 g chicken fillet, 0.5 tsp each curry, paprika, basil and other spices to taste, 100 g flour, 1 egg, 100 g breadcrumbs.
Cooking: Mix flour with all spices. Cut the chicken into strips, roll in flour, then in a beaten egg, and then in breadcrumbs. Put them on parchment and bake the strips in the oven for 15-20 minutes at 180 degrees.
6. Chicken strips with cheese

Parmesan or other aged cheese is perfect for this recipe.
You will need: 500 g chicken fillet, 1 garlic clove, 1 tbsp. soy sauce, 1 tsp mustard, 50 g hard cheese, 1 egg, 50 g flour, 100 g breadcrumbs, spices to taste.
Cooking: Cut the chicken into strips and marinate for half an hour in a mixture of soy sauce, mustard, spices and crushed garlic. Mix grated cheese with breadcrumbs. Dip chicken in flour, beaten egg and then breadcrumbs. Put on parchment, oiled, and send the strips to the oven for 20 minutes at 200 degrees.
7. Chicken strips in crackers

You will need: 2 chicken fillets, 600 ml of kefir, 180 g of cheese crackers, spices.
Cooking: Cut the chicken into strips and marinate it in kefir with spices for 1-2 hours under a film in the refrigerator. Let the chicken drain slightly and roll the strips in crushed crackers. Send them to the oven for 20 minutes at 190 degrees, and after 10 minutes turn over.
8. Chicken strips in chips

You will need: 500 g chicken fillet, 2 eggs, 50 g flour, 120 g chips, spices.

9. Chicken strips in batter

A simple breading for making delicious homemade strips.
You will need: 500 g chicken fillet, 1 cup milk, 1.5 cups flour, 1 cup cornstarch, 1 egg, spices.
Cooking: Cut the chicken into strips. Beat the egg with milk, add a glass of flour and mix the batter. Mix the remaining flour, starch and spices. Dip each strip in the batter and then in the breadcrumbs. Fry them in a pan with plenty of oil.
10. Chicken strips in oatmeal

In this recipe, it is better to use cereal for a long boil.
You will need: 600 g chicken fillet, 1 cup oatmeal, 2 eggs, 2 tsp. soy sauce, spices to taste.
