Cooking: Finely chop 1 onion and grate 1 carrot on a coarse grater. Put the ribs with peas in a saucepan, cover with water and bring to a boil over medium heat. Lower the temperature and boil the broth, and after an hour add a whole onion, carrots and spices.
From chopped onions with carrots, prepare a golden roast. After half an hour, remove the vegetables from the broth and lay out the potatoes. After another 5 minutes - add the frying to the soup, season again, boil for a couple of minutes and let it brew under the lid.
2. Pea soup with smoked meats and bacon

Fragrant bacon perfectly complements the same fragrant smoked meats.
You will need: 300 g smoked meats, 1 cup peas, 200 g bacon, 3 potatoes, 1 onion, 1 carrot, 2 bay leaves, spices.
Cooking: Pour smoked meats and peas with water and boil for an hour. Finely chop the bacon, fry until golden and set aside. And in the fat from the bacon, fry the chopped onions and carrots for about 5-7 minutes.
Add bacon, fried meat, spices and diced potatoes to the broth. Cook the soup until tender over low heat for about 20 minutes, and then let it brew.
3. Pea soup with smoked meats and chicken

It is better to use wings or drumsticks, because they are more rich.
You will need: 300 g chicken wings, 200 g smoked meats, 300 g peas, 2 potatoes, 1 carrot, 1 onion, spices, herbs.
Cooking: Pour the chicken and smoked meats with water, add the peas soaked overnight and cook for about an hour. After that, put the diced potatoes in the broth and cook for another 10 minutes.
Grate the carrots on a coarse grater, finely chop the onion, and also send them to the soup. Lastly, add spices, boil a little more, remove the dish from the heat and sprinkle with herbs.
4. Pea soup with smoked meats and cheese

Processed cheese or any cheese that will definitely dissolve will do.
You will need: 300 g smoked meats, 180 g peas, 80 g cheese, 200 g potatoes, 70 g onions, 80 g carrots, parsley, spices, 1.8 liters of water.
Cooking: Soak the peas overnight, rinse in the morning and cover with water. Add smoked meats to it and boil for 40-50 minutes, periodically removing the foam. Add spices to taste to the soup and lay out the potatoes cut into cubes.
Grate the carrots, finely chop the onion and fry them until golden. Send the roast to the soup 10-12 minutes after the potatoes. Add grated cheese there and cook everything together until it is completely melted. Sprinkle the soup with parsley at the end.
5. Pea soup with smoked meats and mushrooms

Finely chop the onion with carrots and fry until golden, and then also send it to the soup. A couple of minutes after boiling, add spices, herbs, mix, turn off the heat and let the soup brew for 15 minutes.
6. Pea soup with smoked ribs and lentils

A very unusual option if you want to diversify your diet.
You will need: 4 smoked ribs, 0.5 cup peas, 0.5 cup lentils, 1 onion, 1 carrot, 1 pepper, 4 potatoes, 1 celery stalk, spices.
Cooking: Pour water over peas, lentils, celery stalk halves and a whole peeled onion. Put to boil, and after half an hour add randomly chopped ribs.
Chop potatoes, carrots and peppers and add them to the soup when the peas and lentils are ready. Boil everything together for another 20 minutes, season, warm a little and remove from the stove.
7. Pea soup with smoked meats and meat

Choose your choice of pork or beef.
You will need: 500 g of meat, 150 g of smoked meats, 250 g of peas, 2 onions, 1 carrot, 500 g of potatoes, garlic, herbs, spices, butter.
Cooking: Pour the meat with water and set to cook for about 1.5 hours. Take it out of the broth and pour in the peas washed and soaked overnight with spices. After half an hour, return the randomly chopped meat, smoked meats and potatoes to the pan.
Chop onions and carrots and fry in butter until golden brown. When the potatoes are soft, add the fried potatoes to the soup. After a couple of minutes, season, boil until cooked and at the end add crushed garlic and chopped herbs.
8. Pea soup with smoked ribs and tomato paste

Tomato paste gives a slight sourness and a reddish tint.
You will need: 7 smoked pork ribs, 450 g peas, 1 carrot, 1 pepper, 1 onion, 2 potatoes, 2 tsp. tomato paste, smoked paprika, spices.
Cooking: Soak the peas overnight, then rinse and boil until tender. Boil the ribs separately until the meat begins to easily move away from the bone. Chop onions, carrots and peppers, and fry them until soft, and at the end add spices and tomato paste to the frying.
Remove the ribs, strain the broth and put the peas into it. When it is fully cooked, partially puree it with a blender, add potatoes and cook for another 15 minutes. Only after that, put the frying and pieces of meat into the soup, bring to a boil and let it brew.
9. Green pea soup with smoked meats

Ordinary frozen peas also make excellent soup, only faster.
You will need: 500 g smoked meats, 300 g peas, 1 onion, 3 potatoes, 1 carrot, 1 stalk of celery, herbs, garlic, spices.
Cooking: Boil smoked meats until tender for about an hour, remove from the broth and separate the meat from the bones. Add the potatoes to the broth and cook until tender over medium heat.
Finely chop the rest of the vegetables and simmer a little until soft. Put them in a saucepan with meat, and after another 5 minutes add peas and spices. Bring the soup to a boil, season with crushed garlic, sprinkle with herbs and remove from heat.
10. Pea soup with smoked ribs in a slow cooker

Of course, you can cook pea soup not only on the stove!
You will need: 200 g smoked ribs, 100 g hunting sausages, 200 g peas, 400 g potatoes, 150 g onions, 120 g carrots, 1.5 liters of water, spices.
Cooking: Soak the peas in advance, strip the ribs, cut the sausages and chop all the vegetables into a cube. Put carrots, sausages and onions in a multicooker bowl and fry for 15 minutes. Add the rest of the ingredients, spices and water there, mix, and cook according to the soup program for about 1.5 hours.
