1. Braised cabbage with chicken

Goes great with any kind of potatoes!
You will need: 500 g cabbage, 250 g chicken, 1 carrot, 1 onion, 2 tbsp. tomato paste, 100 ml of water, spices.
Cooking: Cut the chicken into a medium cube, lightly fry, add half a glass of water and simmer for 10 minutes over low heat. Add chopped cabbage to it, and after 7 minutes – onions, carrots and spices.

2. Braised cabbage with pork and mushrooms

Cooking: Cut the pork and fry for a couple of minutes until golden. Season the meat, reduce the heat and continue to fry. With an interval of 5 minutes, add first the onions, then the mushrooms, and then the wine.
When the alcohol has evaporated, put the chopped cabbage and spices into the pan. After a couple of minutes, reduce the heat again and simmer under the lid for about half an hour. 5 minutes before the end, add crushed garlic.
3. Braised cabbage with beef and prunes

A few tablespoons of red wine would be very appropriate!
You will need: 600 g cabbage, 300 g beef, 1 carrot, 1 onion, a handful of prunes, 2 tbsp. tomato paste, spices.
Cooking: Chop the cabbage, grate the carrots and finely chop the onion. Rinse prunes and cut into strips. Fry the onions and carrots until half cooked, add the pieces of beef and continue frying.
Dilute the tomato paste with boiling water and add to the pan. Put cabbage there, mix, and after 5-7 minutes add prunes and spices. Cover and simmer until done.
4. Braised cabbage with minced meat and rice

A quick alternative to lazy cabbage rolls.
You will need: 250 g cabbage, 300 g minced meat, 70 g onion, 1 glass of rice, 2 glasses of water, 2 tomatoes, spices.
Cooking: Saute chopped onions, tomatoes and minced meat together for about 10 minutes. Add cabbage there and continue frying the same amount. Pour rice, season, fill the dish with water and simmer until cooked under the lid.
5. Braised cabbage with beans and meat

A hearty dish when you want something hot and solid.
You will need: 500 g cabbage, 300 g meat, 0.5 cans of red beans, 1 carrot, 1 onion, 2 tbsp. sour cream, spices.
Cooking: Cut the meat and fry it until half cooked, and add chopped cabbage there. After 5-7 minutes, add onions with carrots, pour in a glass of water and simmer for 20 minutes over low heat. At the end, season the dish, lay out the beans and mix, and after another 10 minutes, season the cabbage with sour cream and serve.
6. Stewed cabbage with meat and apples

An unusual recipe that is sure to surprise loved ones.
You will need: 2 apples, 500 g meat, 500 g cabbage, 1 carrot, 1 onion, spices.
Cooking: Cut the meat and lightly fry it until soft. Add chopped onions and grated carrots and continue frying. After that, add apple cubes and spices, mix, and after a couple of minutes put the chopped cabbage. Continue to simmer under the lid over low heat until tender – about half an hour.
7. Braised cabbage with lentils and meat

By the way, without meat it will be a great lean dish for every day!
You will need: 200 g of meat, 0.5 cups of lentils, 0.5 heads of cabbage, 1 carrot, 1 onion, 1 tomato, spices, 2-3 cups of water.
Cooking: Finely chop the onion with carrots and fry until a beautiful golden color. Add cabbage and washed lentils there, mix again and warm.
Pour everything with hot water and simmer for about 15 minutes over medium heat. Cut the tomato into cubes and add to the cabbage, season and mix everything well. Let the dish brew under the lid for another 15 minutes.
8. Braised cabbage with meat and potatoes

Hearty, simple, tasty, and like almost everyone without exception.
You will need: 300 g pork, 600 g cabbage, 4 potatoes, 300 ml water, 150 g tomatoes in their own juice, 1 carrot, spices.
Cooking: Lightly fry the carrots and add to the her pieces of meat. After 10 minutes, while stirring, pour in 100 ml of water, and leave for another 20 minutes under the lid.
After that, add shredded cabbage and potato cubes to the pan. After 5 minutes, add the remaining water, cover with a lid and simmer until half cooked. Pour in the tomatoes with spices, mix and simmer for another 15 minutes.
9. Stewed cabbage with meat and buckwheat

You won’t surprise anyone with buckwheat with mushrooms, but what about buckwheat with cabbage?
You will need: 250 g cabbage, 1 cup buckwheat, 2 cups water, 1 carrot, 1 onion, 200 g meat, 1 pepper, 1 tbsp. tomato paste, spices.
Cooking: Boil the buckwheat until cooked, and cut the meat into cubes and fry. Pour the meat with water and leave to stew under the lid, and in the meantime make the frying of onions, carrots and peppers.
Add cabbage to vegetables, stir and fry, stirring, for about 10 minutes. Add tomato paste there, a little more water, and a little later – the finished meat. Stir and leave covered until tender, and lastly add buckwheat to the cabbage.
10. Braised cabbage with meat in sour cream

Most often, cabbage is made with tomato, but this is also good!
You will need: 500 g meat, 500 g cabbage, 1 onion, 1 carrot, 1 tomato, 1 pepper, 150 ml sour cream, spices.
Cooking: Chop the cabbage, pour a glass of water and simmer for 15 minutes under the lid. Fry the meat with onions, add the rest of the vegetables there and simmer for 15 minutes over low heat.
Put the cabbage in the pan with the meat, season the dish and mix well again. After 5-7 minutes, pour in sour cream and finish simmering about the same amount.
