1. Meatballs with rice in a pan
It is very easy to prepare, so even a beginner can handle it!
You will need: 600 g minced meat, 1.5 cups of cooked rice, 2 onions, 2 cloves of garlic, 1 carrot, 1 tbsp. tomato paste, 1 tbsp. sugar, 1 egg, 2 tbsp. flour, spices.
Cooking: Finely chop 1 onion, chop the garlic and boil the rice in advance. Mix everything with minced meat and egg, add spices and form small meatballs. Roll each in flour and lightly fry in a pan.
Separately, fry the grated carrots and with the remaining onions until golden, pour in water and tomato paste. Add spices, sugar, and simmer for 5-7 minutes. Put meatballs in it and continue to simmer under the lid for half an hour.
2. Meatballs with rice in the oven
No need to watch the pan, because the oven will do everything itself.
You will need: 500 g minced meat, 1 onion, 1 egg, 150 g rice, 100 g carrots, 5 tbsp. tomato sauce, 1 tbsp. flour, spices.
Cooking: Dissolve the flour in 350 ml of water, add the tomato sauce and stir. Fry onions and carrots, pour this sauce over and simmer with spices for a couple of minutes.
Mix minced meat with rice, egg and spices, and knead until smooth. Form the meatballs with wet hands and put them in a mold, and pour hot sauce on top. Bake for 40 minutes at 180 degrees.
3. Meatballs with rice in a slow cooker
It will take a little time to prepare, and the rest is details.
You will need: 500 g minced meat, 200 g rice, 1 onion, 1 carrot, 1 tbsp. sour cream, 2 tbsp. tomato paste, spices.
Cooking: First, boil the rice and rinse it with cold water. Leave the chopped onions and carrots in a small amount of oil for 15 minutes in the baking mode.
Mix minced meat, rice, frying, sour cream and spices until smooth, form meatballs and put in a bowl. Fill them with water with tomato paste and cook for 40 minutes in the stewing mode.
4. Meatballs with rice in the microwave
Sounds incredible, but it’s possible! Minced chicken takes about 10 minutes, and pork and beef – 15.
You will need: 300 g minced meat, 1 onion, spices, 2 tbsp. soy sauce, 2 tsp tomato paste, 150 ml of water, 1 tsp. mustard, 100 g of rice.
Cooking: Mix minced meat, boiled rice, chopped onion and spices until smooth. Add mustard there, form small meatballs and put in a mold.
Mix soy sauce with tomato paste and water, and pour meatballs. Cover and microwave for 10-15 minutes at 750W.
5. Meatballs with rice in a creamy sauce
What could be more tender and tastier than a creamy meat sauce?
You will need: 600 g minced meat, 2/3 cup cooked rice, 1.5 cups cream, 80 g cheese, 1 tsp. starch, 1 clove of garlic, spices.
Cooking: Mix the minced meat with spices and rice, form small meatballs and put them in a mold. Mix the cream with grated cheese, starch and spices, and pour the meatballs with sauce. Bake for about 40 minutes at 200 degrees.
6. Meatballs with rice and cabbage
A very unusual way to prepare an ordinary dish.
You will need: 750 g minced meat, 400 g cabbage, 1 cup rice, 1 carrot, 1 onion, 1 egg, spices, 200 ml sour cream, 2 tbsp. tomato paste.
Cooking: Finely chop the cabbage with onions, grate the carrots and fry all the vegetables until half cooked over medium heat. Boil rice, mix it with minced meat, egg and frying.
Beat the minced meat carefully, shape the meatballs and fry them on the sides until golden brown. Put everything in a frying pan and half fill it with water with tomato paste and spices. Stew the meatballs over low heat for half an hour, add sour cream and simmer for another 10 minutes.
7. Meatballs with rice in tomato sauce
The secret of the sauce is in aromatic herbs and fresh herbs.
You will need: 500 g minced meat, 100 g rice, 1 onion, 3 garlic cloves, 1 yolk, 2 tbsp. tomato paste, 1 tbsp. flour, half a bunch of cilantro, 1 tsp. hops-suneli and paprika, curry, spices.
Cooking: Finely chop the onion and fry until golden brown. Add chopped garlic with tomato paste to it, and simmer for a couple of minutes. Add flour, spices, chopped herbs and 500 ml of water there, and leave covered over low heat.
Mix the minced meat with spices and rice, add the yolk and beat well. Blind small meatballs, put them in the sauce and stew under the lid for about half an hour.
8. Meatballs with rice and mushroom sauce
Mo You can add chopped mushrooms directly to the minced meat. And you can make mushroom sauce!
You will need: 300 g minced meat, 1 cup cooked rice, 1 onion, 1 carrot, 2 tomatoes, 3 tbsp. sour cream, 300 g mushrooms, 0.5 bunch of herbs, spices.
Cooking: Mix minced meat with boiled rice, spices, egg and chopped herbs. Fry onions with carrots, and add finely chopped mushrooms to them. Stew everything together for a couple of minutes, and then add the chopped tomatoes in a blender.
Dilute the sauce with water to the desired amount and consistency, and add fatter sour cream. Bring spices to taste, form meatballs and put them in the sauce. Simmer covered for about 35 minutes over low heat.
9. Meatballs with rice and vegetables
A complete dinner that does not require a separate side dish.
You will need: 500 g minced meat, 1 onion, 1 egg, 150 g cooked rice, spices, 4 tomatoes, 2 peppers, 1 zucchini, 1 carrot, 3 potatoes, 600 ml of water.
Cooking: Mix the minced meat with rice, egg and spices, beat it off and form small meatballs. Brown them on all sides and set aside.
In the same oil, fry the carrots with garlic, and gradually add randomly chopped tomatoes, peppers and zucchini. At the end, add potato cubes, cover everything with water, season and boil for a couple of minutes. After that, put the meatballs to the vegetables, and simmer for about 40 minutes under the lid.
10. Meatballs with rice and cheese
Any cheese is suitable: soft, hard or processed.
You will need: 500 g minced meat, 150 g cooked rice, 1 egg, 100 g cheese, 4 tbsp. sour cream, 2 onions, spices.
Cooking: Pass the onion through a meat grinder and mix with minced meat. Add boiled rice, egg and grated cheese there, form meatballs and fry on all sides. Dilute sour cream in a small amount of water, fill the meatballs by about 2/3 and stew or bake for half an hour at 170 degrees.
