You will need: 100 ml of kefir, 100 g of cheese, 1 egg, 50 g of flour, 15 g of butter, a pinch of salt.
Cooking: Beat with a whisk kefir with an egg and a pinch of salt until smooth. Add the flour and grated cheese, mix again, and evenly distribute the dough in a greased pan with butter. Fry under the lid for 5 minutes on low heat, and then another 3 minutes on the other side.
3. Lazy khachapuri on sour cream

The higher the fat content of sour cream, the less flour will go to the desired dough consistency.
You will need: 350 ml of sour cream, 300 g of cheese, 130 g of flour, 4 eggs, 1 bunch of green onions.
Cooking: Beat eggs with sour cream and salt until smooth. Chop green onions and, if desired, some more fragrant greens. Grate cheese on a fine grater and add everything to the dough.
Add flour last to adjust the consistency. Heat a little oil in a frying pan, evenly pour the dough into one large pancake and fry on both sides.
4. Lazy khachapuri with mineral water

Absolutely ideal – use Borjomi for the test.
You will need: 200 ml carbonated mineral water, 1.5 tbsp. sugar, 1 egg, 1 tsp. salt, 2 cups flour, 30 g butter, 250 g cheese, greens.
Cooking: Mix mineral water with egg, salt and sugar. Add flour, grated cheese and chopped herbs to the dough, mix well and spread evenly over the pan. Fry in butter on both sides for 3-5 minutes.
5. Lazy khachapuri with three kinds of cheese

Here the cheese goes into the filling, so it turns out even more interesting!
You will need: 200 ml milk, 1 egg, 4 tbsp. vegetable oil, a pinch of sugar and salt, 150 g of suluguni, 150 g of cottage cheese, 100 g of cheese, 3 cups of flour, butter.
Cooking: Mix milk with egg, vegetable oil, salt and sugar. Add flour so that the dough comes out elastic enough and moves away from the walls. Wrap it in cling film and put it in the fridge for half an hour.
Mash the cottage cheese with a fork, and add grated cheese and suluguni to it. Season the filling or add herbs as desired. Divide the dough into 6 parts, roll into a cake, and put a handful of filling in each.

7. Lazy khachapuri without eggs

This is not quite a classic, but no less delicious khachapuri recipe!
You will need: 200 g cheese, 4 tbsp. flour, 2 tbsp. oatmeal, 4 tbsp. water, a pinch of baking powder, 250 ml of yogurt, salt.
Cooking: Pour water over oatmeal, and when they are soaked, mix with flour, salt, baking powder and grated cheese. Pour the yogurt into the mixture, mix gently and pour the dough into a hot oiled pan. Fry under the lid over medium heat on both sides.
8. Lazy khachapuri with spices

The main secret of this recipe is a set of spices!
You have towill achieve: 150 ml of kefir, 1 egg, 1 tbsp. sour cream, 4 tbsp. flour, 100 g cheese, 80 g cheese, 1 tsp. smoked paprika, suneli hops and Georgian herbs, a pinch of cayenne pepper, garlic, green onions, cilantro.
Cooking: Grate both types of cheese and mix it with egg, sour cream and kefir until smooth. Add all the spices, chopped herbs, green onions and crushed garlic there.
Depending on the consistency of the dough, gradually add flour until the mass is slightly thicker than on pancakes. Lubricate the pan with oil, evenly distribute the dough and bake under a lid over low heat for about 5 minutes, and then a couple more minutes on the other side.
9. Lazy Adjarian khachapuri

Yes, these are the most beautiful egg boats!
You will need: 150 g cottage cheese, 50 g hard cheese, 1 egg, 35 g flour, spices.
Cooking: Mix cottage cheese with spices and knead it well with a fork so that there are no lumps. Grate hard cheese on a fine grater, and add about 2/3 to the curd. Separate the protein from the yolk, and add the protein to the cheese. Mix everything together, add flour, knead an elastic dough and roll it into a ball.
Hand form a boat about 2 cm thick, and fry over low heat for about 4 minutes. Carefully turn the khachapuri over, cut a hole in the middle with a spoon and pour in the yolk. Pour in the remaining cheese and bring to readiness for literally another 2 minutes.
10. Lazy khachapuri in the oven

Baking lazy khachapuri in the oven is many times faster than classic ones.
You will need: 200 g cheese, 4 eggs, 200 g cottage cheese, 150 g sour cream, 6 tbsp. flour, 1 bunch of greens.
Cooking: Mash the cottage cheese with a fork, beat in eggs, add grated cheese, chopped herbs and sour cream. Mix the dough well, add flour and pour into a greased form. Bake in the oven for about 20-25 minutes at 200 degrees.
